Heyyyy!! I’m Gabriel, and I’m on the hunt for a like-minded flatmate to team up with and find a place to rent together from june onwards. I haven’t locked anything in yet; figured it’d be easier (and more fun) to find someone first and then look for the perfect place together! About me: I’m a 23 year old kiwi who moved to Melbourne in august last year and work as an Education Support Officer in Northcote full time while also completing a certificate 4 in school based education support online in my spare time. I’m social, tidy, easy going, I enjoy going out occasionally, I like going to the gym, playing social touch footy and very occasionally skateboarding and collecting records. I’m preferably looking for a mixed flat with people around my age that are friendly, responsible, and easy to live with. I’m open to co applying for a house or apartment together or joining an existing flat. Ideally looking around Northcote, Collingwood, Richmond, Hawthorn, Armadale, Caulfield, Carnegie or surrounding areas. My budget is around $300 per week however flexible for the right place. I’m keen to find a place that feels like home. Ideally with decent space, natural light, and good vibes around the place. Hi Looking for a place to stay during the week due to my work in Hawthorn. Plan to stay during the week for around 3 months and possibly 6 months. Strat date 3rd Jan 2025. I am a quantity surveyor and require accommodation more for work so I will not be there all the time. Most weekends I would go back to Geelong with my adult teen kids of where I have my own house. I have older children who will not stay at house in Melbourne. I am easy going and social. Like keeping active and neat and tidy.
