Our suburb is quiet and friendly. A front loader washing machine, double burner stove, microwave and standing fridge/freezer are included with the studio. The furniture pictured is included if you would like to utilise it (double bed and mattress, bedside table, tall boy, table and four chairs, desk, reclining lounge, filing cabinet, TV). The studio is located on the lower level of our house. We live upstairs from the studio. We are a friendly family who are open to the occasional chat but will also respect your privacy and ask that you respect ours also. You have a separate entrance and washing line to us. The granny flat is situated at the back of the property underneath the main house where we* live (*My husband, myself and our very active toddler). The bedroom can fit a double sized bed and a single lounge chair or desk. Currently, there is a fold out bed (we can get a bed if you need one). The bedroom has access to the bathroom and a large walk-in wardrobe. The bathroom has a large shower with a waterfall shower head, and a brand new toilet and vanity. The living area has a 4-person dining table with chairs, and a single and double lounge chair. The kitchen contains a gas stove top, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, small wooden preparation island and a refrigerator. Basic crockery, cookware and cutlery will be provided. There are two ceiling fans, however, no air conditioner. There is a laundromat nearby, as there is no access to a laundry from the granny flat. There is a bus stop nearby and UOW is a short drive. The yard is shared and currently needs work. To enter the granny flat you need to walk down quite a few stairs. We have a beautiful cat named DeeDee, who is gentle and sleeps most of the day. We will not accept smokers or those with dogs. We are open to having someone over summer for less than six months.
