Ideally we would come up with a communal cleaning schedule to keep the space organised. I know how to be considerate of others and respect people's boundaries, and communicate effectively if any issues arise without taking things personally. What I'm looking for: I'd like my place to be a quiet and peaceful sanctuary where I go back to unwind and relax with the occasional friends get together rather than it being a super social and party place. But I want my roommate(s) to be independent and ideally we have our own lives going on but also can share some meals, have nice conversations and hangout together from time to time.
