I prefer living in a home that's clean, green, and chill, reflecting my passion for sustainable living. I've lived in shared housing a lot in my 20's so am a seasoned housemate. I'm moving over from Perth so looking for options for my first year in Melbourne before I buy my next home. Flexible on stay and start date but not before mid April. I work in an office in the city (regular hours) and also have the option to work from home if the set up is right - just need internet and a desk. I've produced Fringe shows and volunteer in the bleeding disorder community so tend to be quite busy, love down time at home as a counter balance.
