My name is kymin (they/them) I'm looking for a room in a veggie/ vegan friendly lgbqti friendly flat in the inner north suburbs (Brunswick, Coburg Fitzroy, Carlton, Northcote. Ideally anywhere near 19 tram line or upfield train line would be amazing. My budget is $250-350 a week. Can move in mid June.

I am a friendly and well organised working professional 30+. I work as an educator in the CBD. I am vegan/ veggie and queer with a flare for art, food and making people laugh. I like to cook flat dinners for folks or spend time with flatmates sharing art, boardgames or tea and conversation. I also respect people's privacy and I am a quite person to live with. I'm organized, tidy and friendly, good communicator and empathetic.
I am usually out and about hiking, biking or going to museums or gigs. I play bass in a band and have band practice in the studio. I do volunteer work with the local food pantry and like to be involved in my community. I really love plants and animals; houseplants and some gardening if there is space for that and interest. I don't have pets or furniture for that matter as I just moved to Narrm. I'm a non smoker and only drink occasionally.
What I am looking for in a flat: Nice people to live with, and a sense of community in the flat. Clear and empathetic communication. A refuge from the loud busy city. A place to laugh with others and cook and learn! I would love to live in a communal type or friendly type flat, with a bathtub, an outdoor space or a garage.
