Hi, We are Chitra and Oscar, a mixed-race couple in our mid thirties. We work full time, Oscar in construction and I in the life sciences and are looking for a place, preferably close to the city, that we can call home for the next 6-9 months We're both non-smokers, have no children and/or pets (excepting a few houseplants), and are great at maintaining our living space in tidy form. We are out-going and sociable but definitely not party animals. Our current lease ends in the end of July, so we are looking to move sometime after mid July. We are after a one/two bedroom house/unit/apartment that's close to a train or tram station and if someone's looking to sublet their place or transfer their lease, that would be ideal for us.
