The house is an old stand alone. It has four (massive) bedrooms with high ceilings. The finishings are quite retro but its a really charming, pleasant space. Lots of natural light, large kitchen, thick walls, two toilets, laundry, huge backyard. All bedrooms have large windows. There are dining spaces in the large kitchen, and in the lounge too. The backyard is fabulous. Fruit trees, flowers, grass, great dirt and compost if you're into gardening. There's even a shed. Its also a really nice entertaining space. There's 2-3 off street car parks and plenty on street. No shortage of parking here. The house has thick walls and good insulation so its not too cold in winter, and not too hot in summer.
Hello I am a student currently studying Commerce at Adelaide Uni and working part time. I am reasonably friendly, very interested in getting to know people, and fairly reliable. I enjoy reading, exercising and socialising in my free time. I am looking for accommodation in any suburbs within 30mins bus ride to the CBD. Feel free to contact me regarding any additional enquiries or clarifications you may require.
Hi! I'm looking for a female housemate to team up with to find and share a lease on a 3 bedroom place close to the city, preferably in the west or south. I live by myself at the moment so I own most of the basic furniture we'll need. I work full time in the city in accounts for a law firm. My free time is spent out with friends, going to music festivals, camping, hiking, making terrariums, putting succulents in things, baking and more. This might make me sound like an outdoor person but I'm not. Most evenings I'm taking it easy watching TV or gaming. I haven't shared for a few years but I like to think I'm easy to get along with and I'm pretty flexible. I like to keep my apartment neat and tidy and I try not to let the dishes pile up too much and most importantly I pay all my bills on time! I'm hoping you'll be looking for the same thing. Send me a message if you're interested!
I'm a really outgoing guy I like to meet new people and go on adventures. I moved to Melbourne in January but I'd like to come back to Adelaide now. I've been living on my own since I was 17 and have matured and learnt a lot about living alone. I would consider myself a neat and responsible person. I'm doing cert 4 in IT at tafe and would like to do UNI when it's finished. I am currently on centrelink but I am actively looking for employment. At the moment my rent is $250 weekly which is too much and I'd like somewhere around 150-175. I'm a very social person and I'm usually always up for a chat. I like to go out with my friends and I see my family very frequently. I have a small kitten named Daisy as well, happy to move in with pets but it's also possible for my parents to take care of my cat. Hit me up I'd love to arrange a place to move into! =) Not fuss'd on where it is but I'd like it to be in the metropolitan area.
Hey everyone, Looking to join a share-house with easy going people. Preferably Inner-SouthWest, something along the Westside Bikeway (Camden Park to Mile End) would be ideal, but I'm open to nearby options. I am a Project Manager in the imported gourmet Food industry - basically your great food and wine are actually my job ;-) I have great history with sharing accomodation, both agencies and privates, and references available including from my current flatmates. I have lots of interests: food (it's for work!), cycling, road-trips and anything you can do outdoors, rock climbing, photography, music, 4x4, camping, fishing but also movies, reading (I'm a news junkie), new technologies, the random nerdy stuff... and more. When I'm home, if I'm not doing some work-related email catching-up or watching idiot clips on instagram, I'm open to socialising during dinner or a glass of wine if that's the type of house, otherwise I respect other peoples' spaces and quiet times. I'm a non-smoker, mostly health/fitness minded, social but respectful person. Details aside, just feel free to contact me and we'll see how we go from there. Cheers! Some random facts: - I have saved thousands of marine turtles in Mexico; - I'm Italian but I don't like soccer; - I do cook amazing food, I'd love a foodies' house! - (Apart from Italian) I speak Spanish, and it'd be great to practice my French :) - Eventually in a few years I want to quit everything, buy a sailing boat and go places. PS: lastly, I'm not in a rush to move so I'm ok to plan things. The only reason why I want to change is that my current place can get a bit noisy at night, and I'm a bit of a light sleeper.
I'm super clean, respectful and always up for a chat and a laugh. no pets, don't smoke, eat clean and am a chef by trade so i loooove to cook and happy to share, I'm currently the venue and operations manager of a bar/eatery in Hyde Park and looking for my own pad but need something in between so I'm not rushing. Would like to live with like minded people and share some good banter with over a glass of vino. I'm also a musician but all my gear and enough furniture to fill a house are going into storage so I will be moving in with only bare necessities. Holla if you need a food ninja and banter buddy. Zen master and positive energy guru. peace put peeps
I love cooking/food/traveling and coffee. I currently work full time in IT and have done so for the last seven years. For fun I am into cycling and running. I enjoy having a few social drinks on weekends and meeting new people. I love dogs and cats, having previously lived with both. I am very clean and respectful of others. I am looking to move into a house with like minded people.

Oh hey! The name's Michael. I'm currently renting out in Brompton and while it's been a fantastic couple of years it's time to move on (My lease runs out in August). I enjoy life to the fullest. I'm always active, seeing things, going places (I don't really stay at home much at all). Love to cook and keep my things very tidy. I occasionally brew beer and love a good night out, but not too often. I'll always be looking to do things with the people I live with... Loads more but we'll keep it short and shiny.

Hey there! Rob and Myself are both originally from Wollongong, NSW. I moved down at the beginning of this year to start my Masters of OT at UniSA, and Rob's work is transferring him to Adelaide in August! We are both easy going and active people and we like exploring the outdoors, especially camping and hiking. We would really enjoy living in a sociable household. Love a good board game night and would love to get to know new housemates over a wine…or three, especially if there is cheese involved. Basically looking for an easy going place with roommates who are sociable but also respect each other’s space as well.
