Hi I'm Yihan, a 22-year-old female. I study in UCL Australia as a full-time student. I like watching soccer (fan of liverpool or AC Milan is quite welcome!!!), especially old videos. Sometimes I'd love to listen Chinese operas (will not disturb housemate - so happy if we can share). I am a quite female, therefore I want a housemate (only one ^ ^) who is quite, especially no party. SOCCER FAN IS SPECIALLY WELCOMED!!! (As long as not MU ^ ^)
Hi everybody! I lived in this nice shared house during the last couple of months but unfortunately have to leave at the end of November. That's why I'm looking for somebody who wants to take my room and life in Unley, a safe and pretty neighbourhood. We share a large kitchen (including dishwasher), a living room, laundry and dryer room and a garden. My room is about 16 sqm and is fully furnished. The location of the house is perfect - Unley Road, where you find a lot of restaurants and a shopping centre including coles and woolworths is right around the corner. I drive to Uni by bike which takes about 10-15 minutes, but the tram station and bus stations are also only a short distance away. If you're interested in living here or if you have further questions, please contact me! The date for moving in is also discussable :) Regards, Anabel
Hi There, I'm Nate, 29, Mechanical engineer/project manager. Avid cyclist and rock climber. excellent cook (handy with a cocktail shaker too) and very sociable guy. I work a lot and don't really party/go out much, but I do love a beer and a chat at the end of the day. I have almost a full house full of furniture if you need anything, but otherwise happy to put it all in storage for the time being. I've lived in share houses for the last 5 years and am well versed in the etiquette required to live with other people. Hope to hear from you soon!
The house is located in the popular city fringe suburb of Unley. In between Unley Road and King William Road, close to the CBD, transport, cafes and Unley Shopping Centre. The three bedroom house is fully furnished (except for the available bedroom). We are two professionals (one male and one female) and are looking for someone clean, tidy and considerate to share with. We are both friendly and lead pretty busy lives. The house has one bathroom and two toilets. The bills (including electricity, water usage and water supply) are shared equally. We use the services of a cleaner once a fortnight (this cost is also shared) and this cost is additional to the rent. The house would suit someone who works full time. Sorry, no students, pets or smokers.

I'm Spanish and I'm going to study English in Adelaide at language school and also will try to find a job with my student visa. I'm a quiet, tidy and cheerful person. Now I smoke, but always outside, about to quit we'll see though ;) Please furnished private room with bills and internet included. I forgot ...love animals, so if you have dogs or cats, I'll be the happiest woman :)
Hi! My name's Paulina. I'm 34 and female. I enjoy dancing salsa and speak Spanish. I would be more than happy to help teach you both of these! I am a Virgo starsign. I'm looking to rent a room, under $170 (bills inclusive), close to city. Ideally within a 5km radius from the CBD, but open to a bit further out for the right place. I am looking for: a house with no smoking or marijuana on the grounds and a household that choose to lock exterior doors at night or when everyone is out for the day. I am also looking for a fully furnished (double bed) room, please. I'm friendly, respectful and currently work full time hours. I would also like to be friends with my fellow housemates, rather than purely "living" under the same roof. Please feel free to private msg if you have any questions! ✌🏼️ Thank you!
Hi! I'm Tess. I'm 28 years old, currently working full time for the government and studying Nutrition (online, full-time). I moved down to Adelaide from Cairns in June of this year because it was time for a change and so far I am loving it down here, though it has certainly had its moments. I'm really outgoing and love to get to know new people and new cities and am always up for an adventure and a challenge. A little about me - I work hard with both my job and my study. After work I head to the gym or go for a run, I love to keep fit...but don't worry I hate Crossfit and I don't eat Paleo! Sorry if you do ;) I'm not a party girl (except on the odd occasion), most weekends I love to go to the markets and find great new little cafes to eat at. I like a glass of wine every now and then (hence the move close to the Barossa), you'll win my heart with a bottle of red and a cheese platter. I love to cook and am known at work for my baked goods, I'm an ex beauty therapist/make-up artist, I love to explore the great outdoors (though you'll never get me out camping). In Cairns I lived in a share house, we were all very clean and had no issues with cleaning rosters and all that jazz. I'd like to live somewhere close to the city, currently I'm in Camden park which is so convenient, my work is right in Rundle Mall . The unit I'm living in has just sold which is why I need to find a new place, this also means I have a unit full of furniture too! I have two cats that are still up in Cairns, though I would like to bring them down in the near future.
We are looking for a 3rd person to join us in taking on a lease on a house in Unley. About the place: - Rent is $520 (divided by three = $173) - Conveniently located between Unley Road and King William Road - 3 large bedrooms - 1 bathroom (currently being renovated) - Large back yard - Off-street parking - Will be practically fully furnished, except for your room - we have fridge, washing machine, couches etc. - We have been approved to take on the lease, however the bathroom and floors in the kitchen are currently being renovated, so move in date will not be until approximately end of November.
Hi ! I am an international student, currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering at The University of Adelaide. Although of Indian descent, I grew up in Qatar from the age of 5 (I still reside there with my family) and would probably call it my home. I enjoy meeting new people, getting to know them better and hanging out with them almost anywhere: be it at a restaurant or hiking. If you would rather yearn for some quiet time, a bit more privacy at home, or in essence if you need a quieter flat mate, I would gladly oblige to be so. I have lived out of home for the last 5 years, so I am well experienced in living in a professional manner. I am responsible, tidy, able to seamlessly and quietly adapt to any rules/requirements in the environment. Usually I would be out at the Uni for the majority of the day subject to workloads. Weekends I tend to stay indoors although occasionally I would do a bit of exploring the city. I wouldnt mind any pets around the house. In fact, I would be glad to make new furry friends :P If left to myself, while assuming studies dont eat up my time, I would probably be reading up on military aviation, watching classical movies from the 40's to 90's (an addict at that), following cricket, Federer (he is tennis for me :P), playing COD and Falcon 4.0, reading a bit of history or listening to some of the best, western classical music has to offer. I am looking to move into a new place sometime by the end of November Please dont hesitate to contact me if interested in having me as your housemate. Looking forward to great times together !
I'm originally from Singapore and currently working part-time as an agricultural technician. Pescatarian. Friendly and easy going. I'm into fitness - in my spare time I practise krav maga and pilates. Looking for like-minded people to move in with. :)
I love a friendly household, but very much appreciate people's need for some personal space. I'm incredibly clean, relaxed, busy during the weeks - but I enjoy social catch ups and a drink or two on the weekend, hopefully with housemates every now and again!
Hi I'm Maddie! I'm a 27 year old trans girl. I work full time in the public service, I'm easy going, clean and pretty happy doing my own thing but also always up for a chat. I'm looking for a place in the city/city fringe close to my work.
Hi! Our names are Clare and Renee and we are looking for a new housemate to team up with to start a new lease on a house (preferably around Goodwood area) around the end of November. A bit about us: We are both studying postgraduate med at Flinders, and will be embarking on the joys of 3rd year next year. This means that during the week we are both on placement Monday - Friday and keeping up with general study. However, in our downtime we like to enjoy the finer things in life e.g. a glass of red (or ten), episodes of Grey's Anatomy, attending social gatherings and keeping active. We would ideally like to find a male house mate who is tidy, easy-going and can offer some good household banter - but we are also open to moving in with another female as well.
Location: Only 5 minutes walk to the city centre. You can reach to the city by Tram (Free) or Bus (200,208) in the main road KING WILLIAM. Excellent location for students, studying in UniSA, UniAdelaide, TAFE, Colleges and for people working in the city centre. The apartment: Quite, fresh and sunny, surrounded by trees. High-security area, near two big parks and a few small playground. A Common room (fully furnished with kitchen utensils, washing machine, vacuum cleaners - and you are welcome to use yours if you do have your own) One master bedroom (fully furnished) Bills Included in the rent, including: Electricity, gas, water, internet and building maintenance (There has been an increased in electricity and water since 1st July 2016 from the SA government)
I believe that I am great to live with because I am a 19 year old independent man on the mission to live my life in the best possible way I can! I study hospitality at TAFE, but my real passion is to write. I love writing. I love reading. I love listening to music. I love socializing with my friends and experiencing new life experiences - originally from Lobethal, currently living in Eastwood and my rental situation is that I'm allergic to my roommate's cat so it's kinda hard to live here and I just want to find somewhere with roomies who are sociable but let me do my own thing, independently - maximum I would be willing to spend is $140 a week - maximum bond I can pay is one week's rent but no bond would be better (the 140 a week is including bills and internet - spending 140 a week currently and I'd rather not be spending anymore than that unless there was internet and bills included in the rent). I'd love roomies that I could actually be friends with! If you're interested - message me and get to know me better!
Hey I'm Adeline, I'm 16 years old and I'm currently in year 11. I'm real easy going, i'll respect you and your home. I like socialising but love to be by myself too, so I won't be all up in your grill. I know 16 is really young but i'm independent and reliable as I hate letting people down. I'm organised and not too messy and i love a bit of banter. I have a cat called Whiskas, (lame i know) I adore him with all my heart so that's my main issue here, finding accommodation for him and I.
We are looking for someone to fill a room in our three bedroom Unley townhouse. The house is in an excellent location, 3 min walk to bus stop or 5 min walk to tram, and very close to the city. Also close to shops, cafes and restaurants. The house is double storey, with three bedrooms, one bathroom, a second toilet, kitchen, dining and living room. We have a nice outdoor area at the back which is lovely in summer. The house is furnished except for the bedroom, but there is space to bring anything extra you might have. Get in touch and we can arrange a time for you to view the room/house and meet the other housemates! :)
I'm a 28 year old professional (speech path) looking for somewhere to live. I enjoy being outdoors and being able to see trees from the house is a must. I play roller derby, ride my bike and hike on the weekends but I also love some time on the couch with some Netflix.
I am looking for a new place call home with some easy going, fun loving, house mates (preferably female) who will be happy to share their home with me and my two furbabies. I currently work full time and also casually in hospitality so I come and go and fair bit and when I'm not at bootcamp or hot yoga I enjoy dinners and chats over a glass of wine and movie nights in with a glass of wine. Did I mention wine? I'm not looking for a party house but I do like to have dinner dates and the occasional night on the town. I come with baggage (dont we all) - two well behaved indoor cats who spend most of their time sleeping, eating or chasing each other around he house (well the younger one chases, the older one runs away). I hope that my new housemates can get along with my feline friends. If you are keen on teaming up or have a room to rent let me know. I am hoping to say out in the Western suburbs, near the beach or close to the city. Send me a message if you are keen! Happy house hunting 😸
Friendly, easy-going housemate who's been working full-time as a Marketing Manager in the arts for 5 years. I'm out of the house a lot for work/events, social life, so home tends to be my chill-out space, with the odd dinner/small party - housemate nights in with wine have become a bit of a habit I'd love to continue! I have pretty eclectic tastes, but i generally love music, sport, anything summer-related, oh and I dance once a week! I'm neat, tidy and very respectful of communal areas (my room may get a bit untidy with clothes during the week, but it will never be dirty). Don't have a gender preference for sharing (have share with both over the years), looking for a nice, safe home with like-minded, people I can hopefully become friends with also! Preferably in the CBD, as I haven't got a car since I got back from my o/s sabbatical, but happy to look 5km-ish radius of the city and look into getting a car again. Also prefer to live with non-smoker, no cats (or spiders), but love dogs. Moving because my current flat's being sold, with my housemate's move to Melbourne, so I have to be out of my place by early-mid December, but can go earlier.
I've just come back from living in London and then riding across europe. I was a maths/IT teacher there, but am now a programmer. I'm very into music and play a few instruments (with headphones), riding bikes, travelling, cooking. I'm am quiet, clean, and courteous. I love to have a chat and get to know other people. Ideally I'm really looking for a place that feels like home, with friendly people who enjoy living together.
I have just finished uni and started working. I am clean and easy to get along with. There must be mutual respect for each other. I have been house sharing for 5 years now, and i have never had any bad experiences. I enjoy relaxing over food and getting out on the weekends.
