I'm non smoker, no drugs and no trouble maker. I don't have pets and looking a room with a build in wardrobe just for myself... if possible no furniture. Hopefully I'll find a nice, understandable, honest and peaceful environment to live with other people.

Hi my name is Chris. I'm an easy going, friendly, respectful and honest 38 year old guy who's looking to share a house/apartment/unit with someone like minded. I'm very clean and respectful of others and love a bit of banter but my days of going out and partying are done. I would be looking after the property as if I owned it myself. I've got solid rental history and also own a number of houses which I tenant out and air bnb but due to their unavailability I'm requiring a share place of my own.
