My name is Lucy Gale, and I am looking to make a move into a share house or private rental as soon as possible. Ideally I would like to make the move around the 2nd of August. I am seeking short-term accommodation for roughly two months before I head overseas to Europe. Upon my return, I may be looking for a place to rent again depending on my situation.
I am a 21-year-old independent individual, and I have been renting my own house in Broken Hill since late 2022. Although I have rented from family, I have always paid rent on time without fail and take great pride in maintaining a clean, respectful living environment. I am reliable, honest, and respectful of others' spaces, and I believe I would make a positive addition to your household.
In terms of my rental budget, I am looking for a place within the $200–$250 per week range, including bills. I also have my own Wi-Fi, which I would be happy to share with the household to ensure a reliable internet connection for everyone.
I drive a Toyota RAV4, so parking would be an important consideration for me. A parking space would be greatly appreciated.
I do have a dog, and I would love for him to be considered as part of the rental arrangement. He’s very well-behaved, quiet, and friendly. If pets are not allowed, I will, of course, make arrangements to rehome him, as I fully understand the importance of following property policies.
