I’m a 44-year-old professional relocating to Sydney for work and looking for a short-term stay (around three months) while I explore the city and decide where to settle longer term. I work full-time, travel occasionally for work, and appreciate coming home to a clean, relaxed space—not a party house. I come with solid share house credentials: I’m tidy but not obsessive, reliable with rent and bills, and I’ll never leave passive-aggressive notes about dishes (I’ll just wash mine and hope for the best). Outside of work, I love a mix of quiet and adventure—exploring new spots, visiting art galleries, hiking, cycling, and squeezing in a yoga class when I can. As a foodie, I’m excited to eat my way around Sydney. Music is always part of my day, and I look forward to catching some shows in town.
