Hi guys, I'm Kate. I'm fairly new to Melbourne. I like having a chat but I won't nibble your ear off. I have my own life but am happy to go out and socialise with house mates too. I respect common areas in the house by keeping them nice for everyone to use. If you want to know more get in touch.
Hello, We are a newly married couple, looking for a fully furnished place for a short term stay. We are both school teachers. Reliable and trustworthy. We always pay rent on time and are quiet tenants. Ideally we would love a small unit or granny flat separate from the rest of the house. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Looking for a place in the leafy parts preferably with a garden and a quiet, relaxed atmosphere. Im easy going, happy to socialize and get to know you tho I also need a decent amount of self time. Currently I work mostly p/t & i study naturopathy externally, so from home/library/cafe/wherever on my laptop. I like to feel im able to pot around the house gardening or cooking or be in my room being creative or studying be a happy hermit. Im self aware and wont invade your space. Tho i will be out n about working, volunteering, spending time away every week, i am at home a fair bit sometimes, but not always. it all depends. Im very flexible. I would need ya'll i live with to be down with whatever (as some peeps seem to want a ghost housemate, hardly ever home) that's not always gonna be me and sometimes not often either, just so you know:) and having open communication about things is super nice. I like to pull my weight in the house chores and know how to clean up after myself. I like to go off on adventures, travels and festivals also. In summary Im tidy, respectful, mostly Vegan, occasionally freegan. i don't give anyone a hard time if their not vegan or something. Im not one of those vegans! I love animals, love to garden herbs and veggies, cook, study, read, create. I work and study, do volunteer stuff as well. I Dont drink. I always respect people's privacy, space and boundaries and I'm super easy going type of cat :)

Hi - I'm Glenn. I have a long history working in the helping type fields such as nursing and psychology with multiple undergraduate and post graduate degrees. I am very caring, empathic, considerate and have always been compassionate towards others, regardless of who they are or where they've been. I guess humility, acceptance and openness are some of my key values/traits and although my path is not the same as others, I love to hear about other people's past experiences and their hopes and visions for the future. Sadly, after some 20 years, I had a bad experience when nursing and made the decision to try alternative work (Happy to go into details if you'd like to know - I'm fine now but needed a change). I'm currently doing forklift work in Kilsyth, but I'm enjoying it. It's hard work but the people are great. So, am looking at rentals / flatshare in that area -Kilsyth, Croydon, Bayswater, Boronia, Lilydale, etc I'm also focusing more on my music composing. Last year, a friend was suicidal and in a very bad way. She had several admissions to hospital, and some very intense treatment. It was heartbreaking that she was unable to see just how beautiful and special she is and just how much she is love by those around her. I wrote her a song titled "We love you" which tried to remind her of that fact. It seemed to help and it felt good to see her smile. So, I feel passionate about reminding people when they just cant see it - through music - just how important they really are - Every person is inherently important and an integral part of the world. I also LOVE animals - and I have two adorable cats. You don't have to love them - but I could never live with a cat hater. I am their carer, protector, food giver (most importantly) - and they rely on me. Having them is a gift and I don't take that lightly. I need somewhere that they would feel comfortable. I pretty much get on with anyone and seem to be able to find something to talk about. I make a point of making people feel comfortable and welcome without being over the top. I'm probably more mature now and settled and stuff and enjoy more quieter times. I'm very respectful, considerate, empathic and compassionate, and a great listener. But, I'm also sensitive to other people's needs and respect my own and others personal space. Oh and as well as working full time, I also make a point of doing regular volunteer work where I can. As a bonus I also come with an unlimited supply of lame jokes and am the person to have on your trivia team if the subject "Hits of the 80's"ever comes up. Probably crapped on enough. Cheers Glenn
Live a healthy lifestyle. When I am not at work (Mon-Fri - I work at a University) you will find me at Yoga, painting, seeing friends and exploring nature. I am looking for a home that is really peaceful yet fun. somewhere I can create a home. I am respectful, house proud and tidy. I am happy to have a chat and cuppa whilst spending time on my own and chilling.

Way over priced and way too many ice heads! Please help me find a nice place to call home! Ty
We are 3 people in our 30’s, one guy and two girls (and one cat), looking to share with someone who is employed, and that are looking for a place to live long term in a lovely, and great size house, to join our happy home. It is a good sized bedroom that is available. The room is unfurnished so you will need to supply your own furniture, bed etc. We are looking for someone truly decent, male or female, age appropriate, around our age 30 and above. $105 PER WEEK. This does not include bills. ONE MONTHS RENT AND BOND IS REQUIRED BEFORE MOVING IN. Please include your phone number when you email me so I can call you. Pets are considered. We are close to public transport and shops and have unlimited Internet. Decent, mature, considerate, respectful persons like ourselves NEED ONLY APPLY. No substance abusers, thanks.
Looking for a place to call home...An amazing opportunity has opened in our beautiful home for the right person. Your new room is very large 4.7m x 3.6m with a large built in wardrobe. A beautiful spacious bathroom with a spa and shower, overlooking bush land is shared with 2 others when they are in the country . There is hydronic heating in all rooms (heated towel rail in bathroom so no more wet towels;), and a wood heater in the open plan living area, so you'll never feel the cold of winter in the hills. Air conditioning takes care of hot summers days & nights. Upwey train station and Main Street with cafes and shops are approximately 10mins walk away and there are lovely walking trails nearby. Firewood, internet, Stan, and Netflix is included in weekly rent!
I'm a kind, neat musician/DJ/music producer that respects privacy when it's wanted. I'm currently working as an all-rounder at a cafe in Eastland but what I love is playing, creating, and performing music. I usually DJ on Saturday nights for extra money which will help with rent/bills etc.
Hi there, we are a couple from Hungary on WHV, and we are searching for a place from the 3rd of December till the end of January. Chris is working as a full time 3D designer, and I'm working in a shop 5 days a week. After January, we are going to leave Melbourne, and moving to Queensland area. We are both reliable persons, and like to keep our space very clean and tidy. It would be nice to find a place where we are able to rest, and using our own bathroom. We don't have great expectations, just trying to find a nice, clean space where we can stay for 2 months :) cheers! alíz
Super easy going & I laugh lots. Get along great with others but also understand the importance of alone time. I enjoy going on hikes & staying active, in my spare time I watch a lot of films and read books
quiet, young lady who enjoys reading, im sociable but enjoy keeping to myself, i dont shy away from pulling my own weigh, or lending a hand when can. i do own a 6yr old dog, which is a rescue an enjoys nothing more than relaxing an being right beside me, hes also toilet trained.. in all honesty ive had a pretty hard life n only turn 26 at the end of june, im mature minded and respectful; currently im unemployed (please before you make a decision) i do receive newstart payments an budget every cent, for the last 9 years ive had to step in an be my mothers carer as her physical health n mental health has rapidly declined thoughout the years, now that she is in assisted living, its finially given me the chance to create a life for myself after so many years, but as we all know real estate agencies arent the easiest to deal with at the best of times, to have somewhere my dog buddy an i can call home would be amazing.. if you have any further questions feel free to contact me day or night as id be happy to answer any you may have..
We've been a couple for 7 years. We're friendly, tidy, quiet, and easy going. We both work full time. We're not partiers, and we don't smoke (don't care if you do). More than happy to have a chat and a few drinks with you, and will always respect your personal space when you need it. I'm vegan but Callan is omni, so your diet doesn't matter! We have a female desexed (mostly) indoor cat, and are looking at adopting a dog sometime in the future. We're happy to live with your cat and/or dog if they get along with other animals and they're house trained :-) We're interested in living with another couple (cheaper rent!) ideally also in their 20s, but a single person is fine too. We're hoping for somewhere between Bayswater and Ferntree Gully, but also open to any surrounding suburbs because with this market you can't be too picky... We don't really care who you are or what you do, as long as you're trustworthy, considerate, and can clean up after yourself!
Hi! My name is Grace. I have two rabbits and work in retail. I’m quiet and respectful. I enjoy cleaning but my room can get cluttered. I generally keep to myself but do enjoy having a chat! I love gardening and have an extensive collection of indoor plants.
Friendly and pleasant to talk to, but I also like my quiet time and I enjoy my own company. I'm on a steady fixed Disability support pension so I'd ideally love to keep rent at less than $180 per week, including bills (somewhat negotiable) so that I can meet my budget goals as I'm currently saving for a car. I would prefer somewhere I can maintain some privacy such as renting a bedroom with an ensuite/own bathroom, or a granny flat for example, in a quiet, friendly home. I'm neat, clean and polite. I am currently renting in Bright, Victoria, I just gave my 28 day notice to vacate so I would like to be settled in a new place by end of November if I can, and am flexible of duration of stay. My real estate will be more than happy to provide a great reference, I have not been late once with rent, and given them no trouble as a tenant. Can provide older references too. I enjoy reading, some gardening, spending time with family and my cat. I will be busy several days a week helping my sister with her child while she is at work. I love movies, music and cooking/baking. My cat Bear is 6 and she is very timid, and keeps to my room or the yard, so if possible I'd love to live somewhere that doesn't have other dogs/cats as Bear is a real scaredy cat! I'm also happy to sign a Pet Agreement. I'm an outside smoker and am happy to have further discussion or for you to ask any questions about my situation, your expectations etc. Thank you.
