Hi! I'm an English and Drama teacher at Swinburne Senior Secondary College. As well as teaching 3-4 days per week, I tutor VCE students and write for an education magazine. In my spare time I love reading, swimming, books and music. My partner Rosie is a student at Holmsglenn, in Glen Waverly, and she is an incredible gardener. She can grow food, fix the kitchen sink, propagate natives... anything practical, she's onto it. She also plays violin, swims, reads, and does her homework. We're both clean and tidy and very responsible with our bills and payments. PETS: The kitten in the picture is not coming with us!! We are planning to adopt a dog but will make sure it is well trained (if you are worried we can pay a pet bond to put your mind at ease!). We are looking for somewhere green and quiet. An enclosed yard, trees, and spaces to grow vegetables are a plus, as is proximity to parks/rivers/creeks/national parks. I'd prefer to catch the train to work so walking/riding distance to the Belgrave line train station would be amazing. Neither of us smoke, and we have our own furniture.
I work at an awesome organic/wholefoods store in Ferntree Gully, which I love :) I went travelling around Europe for 3 months this year over winter. I'm thinking of studying naturopathy. But might put it off for a bit longer to do some more travelling... I'm a friendly, clean and tidy person who loves to hang out in my spare time! I also love: good food/coffee, going for runs, patting dogs, meeting new people, lying in the sun :)
I'm a friendly and very tidy person. Very considerate of other people. I work full time and will also be studying again next year. I don't mind a drink of wine every now and then. But I won't be having any wild parties. I grew up in the Dandenong ranges and would love to live there again.
Bills are included in this large neat 2 storey house. Furnished room overlooks large back decking has its own separate entrance and includes a separate kitchenette , is suitable for employed male and is walking distance to both upper gully station and Upwey station with walking distance to William Angliss hospital, Maxis shops and Royal hotel.
About Nat: I'm 22 and use they/them pronouns. I work part-time as a dental assistant, although I would love to pursue a career in video game development. I'm great to live with because I respect other people's privacy and possessions, I'm a huge neat freak, and I hate parties. I'm also a non-smoker and I don't drink. I have my own car and I own a very friendly spotted python who stays inside his terrarium. About Sam: I am 22 year old male and a good friend of Nat. Although I am currently on welfare, I am eager to find work and am fully aware that bills come first. I do not smoke or drink, and prefer a quiet atmosphere. I'm on my way to getting my licence and use public transport. I do not like putting off household chores and enjoy keeping a clean living space - coming from a house of young rowdy siblings, cleaning up after adults sounds like a dream ;). I also own a reptile, a single small blue tongue lizard who stays in his terrarium. About Rachel: I'm 19, Nat's sister, and study full time at Deakin University. I'm hoping to pursue a career as a criminal psychologist. I work part-time at Chesterfield Farm and The Butcher Club at Maxi Foods in Upper Ferntree Gully. I am well contained inside my bedroom and am typically a quite person. All socialising would be outside the house and I understand the concept of common curtsy; I wont disturb you while you're sleeping. I own a very friendly Swiss White Shepard dog who is great with all people, mostly very quite, and only barks at knocking on the front door. I have my own car, with a current driver's licence. We all have our own furniture and we plan on buying our own cutlery and utensils.

Nice and friendly neighborhood. Supportive housemate, would suit someone who love nature, hill living and have bit of artistic flair.
Hi my name is Daniel, I'm looking for somewhere to live with friendly people, in a nice house that also happens to have if possible, a garage with available space.. I'm easy to get along with, love cooking ( if you like nachos, I'm your man ), love animals but currently don't have any pets. I'm a field service technician ( I travel to to work sites and service and repair earth moving machinery ), and generally work from 8 till 4 or so. I like playing music, but haven't found the time as of late to keep myself from becoming rusty .. :( I like to work on my projects at home too, hence the requirement for garage space.. I have a girlfriend who's place I tend to stay at often as well, and she would come over from time to time too. I like to have a laugh, but also like my quiet time, and respect others space as well. If I sound like some form of candidate you'd like to meet / could picture living with, let me know! Cheers, Dan :)
Easy going, inafensive, friendly 33 year old guy. Work hard five days of the week as a mechanical plumber. Pretty relaxed and quiet week nights, but don't mind have a drink on the weekends.
Hi there, I'm Skye I am a down to earth conscious being who enjoys spending time with nature, doing Pilates, travelling, socializing and spending quality time with myself and good friends. I am seeking a place to call home, a place where I can come to rest and to just be me, I would really love to live with fellow people with whom are conscious and seek to better them selves and our world in some unique way, what ever that may be. I enjoy spending time alone in my home space as I am quite busy and full on out of home, but I would also love to be able to share communal activity's and meals when suits with my fellow housemates, I want a warm welcoming, relaxed family vibe for myself and for all with whom I live with :D
I am a fulltime working single Mum who is very easy going and well organised and love cooking. My daughter and I have lived in a rental unit on our own but have the need now to live in a house and found it just a bit difficult to do this on my own.
Hey we are are fun couple with great personalitys. We are easy to get along with. We Try to keep healthy and fit. We are neat and tidy and looking for same. We are major cat lovers.
I work full time as a cafe manager at Eastland. I spend a lot of my extra time at home studying and spending time on myself. I am currently living out of home already, always paid rent on time.
Lovely furnished room (including double bed frame and wardrobe) with a view of the stylish front yard. The house is located close to a train station, walking distance to grocery stores, milk bars, and restaurants. In summer, there will be an above ground pool in the back yard. Will also boast ducted heating this coming winter. Very relaxed household and neighbourhood. :) No obnoxious, messy or unhygienic people need apply. The household has two animals - a medium sized dog and a cat. If you are allergic, uncomfortable around or generally dislike animals, this is not the house for you. Harm to the animals or disregard of rules of interaction with the animals will not be tolerated. Their training, feeding, etc is the owner's responsibility alone, however they are everyone's to cuddle and love :) Communal living areas such as the loungeroom and kitchen must have occupants clean up after themselves directly after use. The room itself should be well managed by the occupant. If you are a smoker, you must smoke outside only, away from the building. Damage to property through direct harm or neglect will result in loss of bond or request of reimbursement.
Im 23 and moving to Melbourne for work. I have just been offered a job in Melbourne that I couldn't refuse. I start in Novemberand and wanna find something ASAP I wanna live in the east as my Dad is in Rowville and wanna be close to him. I work in finance and work long hours during the week. Weekends I love to go out and about. I'm social and down to earth and looking for like minded house mates. I will know no one in Melbourne so wanna live with people i can go out with and explore what Melbourne has to offer. Hopefully hear from you soon ! Josh
Hey everyone :) 26yo guy recently moved back to Melbourne after living in WA for a while. Looking for a long term room ideally in the eastern suburbs but I'm not all that fussed. I don't have much furniture so furnished are favorable. Maybe interested in property rentals with a few friends if the opportunity came up. $150pw incl bills is my highest rent price. Trying to get settled with employment asap so someone who is fine with my situation is necessary. 85% sure I'm entering full time study in 2017. I'm the quiet type but in no way anti social, tend to spend most of my time between home/my parents/with friends, not a party person, enjoy the odd glass of wine here and there, and I'm an outdoor smoker. I tend to get along with everyone I meet. If I sound like someone who would fit into your household, don't hesitate to email anytime (if I'm slow to reply, that's because I didn't get an email yet letting me know I have a message). Thanks. Richard :)
Very easy going, sporty and active. I am well established in my career so I do work long hours and play different sports so not home a lot.
Hey there, I'm pru, pretty easy going and clean, currently working at Bunning's in Ringwood and looking to move closer to work. Have a small pooch, baylea, love of my life and will be yours also, house trained and quiet. I moved from Tassie about a year ago and so far loving it here. I go to the gym and a bit of a gamer, but don't overdo either. up for most things and having a laugh. would love a new friend as well as a roomie but definitely respectful of person space as I enjoy my own a fair bit. pru =)
Hey all, I'm obviously in the market for a place to live, I'm looking to stay in the Ferntree Gully area at this stage. Full time employed I'm out the door before 5am so I shouldn't get in your way of a morning. Easygoing and accepting of most things, I'm looking for a place to have some fun and be proud of. I'm comfortable doing quiet things around the house as well as entertaining and getting out to socialize and meet new people. I can cook but I'm certainly no gourmet, I'd rather clean up after myself straight away rather than let things linger. Books, movies, music and a bit of gaming are all things I enjoy, but don't worry I'll throw on the headphones rather than annoy anyone else. I currently walk the 1000 Steps on a regular basis and once I'm settled would be looking to join a gym again, so at times you may not see much of me.
I'm a very quiet, caring & trustworthy person. I would prefer to live with an elderly lady if possible as I enjoy a simple & quiet lifestyle. I have been living in the Ferntree gully / Boronia area for most of my life.
I'm working full time as an apprentice roof plumber. I'm an easygoing, clean and respectful person. I have a staffy mix who loves everything, he is 1 and half years old and trained. Message me if you like to know more about myself or Zues (my dog) Thanks!
I am currently living out of home in the Yarra ranges and looking to move closer back into the suburbs. Work full time as a store manager, and spend a lot of time at the gym. I am a clean person and will always look after myself. Not a party person and as I work in hospitality am usually home over the weekend.
I'm easy going, clean and quiet. I've recently moved to Melbourne for work and that's my primary focus. When I'm not working I like cycling, working out and being outdoors. I'm happy to live just about anywhere east of the city but with no more than one other person. Happy to team up or move into an established place.
We are a small family looking for a place to base ourselves whilst enjoying our holiday in Melbourne. Our daughter is in school until 21/12/2016.
I'm a 31 year old single female. Work full time Monday to Friday in a Nusury. Love gardening, clean and tidy person, out going adventurist but love being at home just as much. Very motivated and get along with just about anyone. Have a dog who is well trained.
Hi! I'm Crystal. I'm 26 years old and work part time, five days a week during the day. I am a non smoker, non drinker and I am far from a party girl. I like to go to the gym two or three times a week and I love to cook. I am a very tidy person, compassionate and gentle with a pretty weird sense of humour... But you'll get used to that! I have a 'furbaby' as I like to call her named Moccasin - she's three now, and has been with me since I rescued her at 7 weeks old and is my absolute world. I need to be able to bring her with me, she's an indoor kitty and very well behaved, gentle and I am looking for somewhere that will be happy to welcome her too. As for me, I'm looking for somewhere that is a kind, nurturing environment where I can do my own thing as well as have like minded people around me. I can pay a bond straight away and rent in advance if required!
Greetings neighbourinos, i am 23 years old seeking some roomies in the eastern suburbs in Melbourne. Possibly around Ringwood and surrounding suburbs. I work full time as a dog groomer in boxhill. My little whippet Mishka will be joining me however she accompanies me to work every day so she is rarely home. Completely house trained and an absolute love bug! Im pretty relaxed and mostly enjoy a good glass of wine and movie most nights. I'm not a complete spud and will always pull my weight around the house. Any questions feel free to message :) Many thanks!
I'm a fully qualified carpenter with my own business which keeps me busy. I have a large work trailer that I need to be able to lock up somewhere securely. I have a 6 month old puppy named Dre who comes to work with me most days. I am currently renting in boronia but it's a bit far for work and isn't a very secure property which is why I'm looking for a new home. I enjoy hanging out with friends and having a few quiet beers, taking my dog on play dates and to the park, building furniture in my spare time and also just relaxing. I'm always up for a chat but also like to unwind after a big day in my room. I'm looking for young friendly house mates that like to have a laugh and that clean up after themselves. I'm looking for a place for anywhere between 6 months and 12 months.
Hi my name is Ben. I am looking to rent with easy going sociable people. I like to go to the gym, eat healthy catch up with friends and get out of the house on weekends. I don't drink too much these days but am keen to get out and about. I am open to renting a room or getting a lease with other people. I would like to live in a clean comfortable house.
Hi there I'm looking for a property to live in with me and my dog. I may be young but I'm mature for my age. On weekends I spend most of them camping up the bush and don't got out offtern. I work full time hours as a traffic controller and have an income of roughly $1000 a week. I am currently renting with Raywhite and sharing the property with my sister, however she has a baby which makes our small home quite crazy! I can provide my rental history and details to my work for proof of income. I'm a very easy going person and love to have a laugh. I don't have massive weekend as I'm up the bush most the time but do enjoy a drink on the nice sunny days. If I sound like your perfect tenant feel free to contact me
Hi, Myself and Kirilee are easy going, neat and tidy, Kirilee loves to cook. We have lived together previously and now looking for a new place. We have good rental history also. We're looking for a 2 bedroom or house with 2 avalible rooms.

Hoping to share the cooking especially curries (can be vegetarian). Not interested in party house just a quite respectful person that we can communicate with when at home. Also if you have children I don't mind as sometimes I would like to have my 5 year old daughter come around on some weekends. If you have a room available or are looking to share with someone please don't hesitate to email me with your details or questions. Kind regards Andrew
