Hey guys! Myself (22) and my partner Dakota (19) are looking for a new place to rent! Our current lease is ending on the 6th of November so we are looking to move out 2 weeks before that date (23rd October) we are open to signing another lease or renting a room in an existing share house, studio, granny flat etc. What we are looking for: We would ideally like to have our own bathroom and off street parking but not necessary. We also have our own furniture so an unfurnished room is no issue, if the room is furnished we can make other arrangements for our bigger furniture. We always pay rent on time and are more than happy to help out around the house with any basic maintenance and cleaning of shared spaces. Both myself and my partner work in the underwood/ slacks creek area so ideally a property closer to here would be better but we are open to other options. About us: We both work full time Monday- Friday as well as some Saturdays so we are only really home in the evening/ night and on some weekends. We enjoy exploring/fishing/ going on walks etc. in our spare time so most weekends we are out and about. We are clean, tidy and respectful and would like to live with other like minded people.
