I'm flexible, however, ideal places would be Kangaroo Point, Woolloongabba, Spring Hill, Coorparoo, East Brisbane, Fortitude Valley, Windsor, Lutwyche - Somewhere roundabouts but very flexible for the right place and the right person. I have a high up role and work Full Time in Woolloongabba, 3 to 4 days in the office and 1 to 2 days from home depending on workload (mostly at the office these days with the pressures of my workload) and often work 60+ hour weeks. I love peace and quiet and am considerate of other people’s space but I’m also very social and fun! I sound old and boring but I'm quite the opposite! I have all furnishings in storage to fill a home (Your bedroom excluded) Lucy is an only fur child and has always lived as the only pet in the house, I am not sure she would do well with other animals, sorry! She is very well behaved and will warm up to easily if you love cats and have her brush or toys close by. She is very much a Mummy's girl. Hi! I'm Hadassah (or Dass is fine!) and I'm back on the house hunting journey. I've been living in Ashgrove for the last two years, but it's time to move on. Joining me is my 4 year old cat Smudge. She's an indoor cat, very sweet and quiet - except when she's hungry lol. I work full time in insurance (4 days per week at home and 1 day per week on site) and I'm also a part time student at QUT. So I do need fast, reliable internet and a space that's peaceful enough to focus. I'm ideally looking for a place with my own bathroom (an ensuite would be perfect!) to set up Smudge's litter box. I'm happy with house sharing, a granny flat, own place, or down/upstairs area of a property - I'm fairly flexible but appreciate my own space.    I have a partner who stays over 1-2 nights a week, but you won’t need to worry about noise, we stick to ourselves as nerdy introverts. I’m not much of a party person, but more than happy for you to be. I'm pretty quiet and low-key day to day. I tend to keep to myself, especially with limited downtime, but I'm always respectful of shared spaces and of course respectful of your privacy. I’m also always down for a chat or movie night :)   In my free time, I'm usually playing video games on my PlayStation or riding my motorbike (a positive is that I don't need much space for parking!) I'm open to moving anywhere in Brisbane or even back to Moreton Bay. My budget has some flexibility, depending on the place.
