Hi!! I’m Steph!! I’m currently on the hunt for a place to live in Brisbane, as my current housemate is moving on in life. I’ve lived on both the north and south side of the river, so I’m not too bothered on which side I end up. I’m a Registered Nurse working at RBWH, which means it’s a shift work life for me. This includes needing to sleep during the day and coming home late from work. This schedule and how it will work in with the rest of the household/property will heavily influence saying yay or nay to a place. I love animals - both dogs and cats - so I’m more than happy to share my space with your four legged family members. I live a fairly quiet and clean life, between working, church, going for walks, napping, catching up with friends, trying to get back into playing the piano, reading, spending too much time on my phone (when I really should be doing something more productive) and occasionally gardening/looking after my indoor plants. I tend to go with the flow and enjoy a good balance between being social and spending time on my own to recharge. Ideally I would love to have my own space (granny flat, studio etc), however I’ve lived in three share houses previously so am used to sharing a space with other people and being respectful of keeping communal spaces clean and tidy. I have my own mower and am happy to contribute to keeping the lawn tidy! On the money side of things, my budget is between $350-400/week depending on the property and inclusions in rent.
