Fun, tidy and easy-going, looking for a housemate or two (couples included) to start a share house on the Sunny Coast - I've been in many share houses over the years and I know the run of things when it comes to keeping the place clean and respecting the space of others. I appreciate good hygiene practices and would like someone who is equally house proud. I come with lots of furniture, kitchen appliances etc to help build a home.
I enjoy catching up with housemates at the end of the day, but also love alone time. I like to spend time in the garden/outdoors, painting, op-shopping, going to the beach, reading or listening to music.
I work casually as a gardener (garden maintenance) but am home majority of the time due to chronic health issues. I am financially stable and have an excellent rental history.
I also have two pet cats (Pope and Fernando) who are very sweet, affectionate and well house-trained. They are inside cats though they enjoy time outside in an enclosure. I hope that you would also like cats/not be allergic. They are not great with other pets, sorry. The cats also have excellent rental history lol!
I am a non-smoker and very asthmatic so cannot live in a smoking home. I don't drink much these days, so not looking for a big party party house - though dinner parties are a vibe always.
