Mostly just talking to camera and editing, with all playing going into headphones.) Mon-Tue-Wed-Thu: 3pm-6pm Teaching music to 1-on-1 students Piano and electric drums 3 students per afternoon Total of 12 after-school students per week if the roster is full. Students are always respectful with volume. Sometimes a teenage drum student might get a bit excited - but there is a volume control. It’s strictly for 3 hours and it stops at 6pm sharp. So a dual-living situation is usually what I end up in. Owners upstairs, I rent the downstairs, etc. Everyone is working away from the house during the day while I work from home. Then when everyone gets home at 6pm, I’m all done and the house is all yours. On weekends I’m usually performing music or socialising, so I’m not around much. Basically, the perfect situation is a house of full-time workers – I have the house during business hours, and you guys take over when you get home. It’s a very specific situation so I’m taking my time to find something that everyone is happy with. - - - - -
