First off, my name is Eunbi. I’m from South Korea, and have been working as a dental technician.
My income is very steady and I have more than enough to pay the rent and bills. I’ve also attached my bank statements to show my current financial status. I am always on time with my rent and bills and will never have late payments.
I have no pets and no children. I am incredibly clean and organized and will be respectful of the property.
