(non-smoker and prefer to have no smoke in the house) I'm a biomedical engineering student at UTS so I'm generally studying a lot or out at the gym etc. I usually work nights so I'm gone from the afternoons and then come back to sleep at like 1-2am, I usually stay home to either study or just chill out in my room by myself watching TV shows or playing games on my pc i make cocktails for a living so i'm constantly making new recipes and more than happy to use potential roomates as guinea pigs for my drinks I have a cat and he's been in my sharehouse around 4 other roomates all his life so he's used to being around people, doesn't attack anyone and usually naps or stares out windows. He's not huge on being touched but he does like walking around people

So there is no point having my own place when it's sometimes empty for long periods. I'm very self sufficient, clean and work a lot of hours.
