Hey potential future housemate, I've been living on the south coast near Wollongong for the last few years - love the beach, peace and quiet, but I'm looking to move closer to my workplace and friends in the inner-west. I work full-time split between communications at a research centre and freelancing. In my free time I like to read, go on hikes, watch films from the 70s and strum a mandolin (don't worry I'll only play it when no one is home). I like to keep things neat and the kitchen sink empty. I love my downtime to recharge and relax, but would enjoy occassional post-work chats or a weekend dinner party if our schedules align. I have a long and awkward poodle named Quincy (pictured!). She loves to snooze all day, accompanies me most places and has recommendations from neighbours and sitters you can check out. I'm interested in teaming up and create a nice, clean and cozy sharehouse in the inner-west. Or to jump onto an existing lease in similar condition.

A little about me: I’m a bubbly, positive, and optimistic person who loves connecting with others. With a background in hotel tourism, hospitality, and as a qualified chef and housekeeper, I take pride in keeping my home clean, tidy, and orderly. I value mutual respect, kindness, and creating a harmonious household where everyone feels at ease and supported. Currently I work full time at Metro trains Sydney and I’m on a shift work roster so can be doing a 12 hour shift from 6am to 6pm or 6pm to 6am. I don’t smoke and drink alcohol and I’m a non- party person. I have great rental history from September 2024, never missing a payment and always paid 1 week ahead of time. As I’m 6 foot 4 and big built , I am looking for a king single, queen or king size bed and a place to park my car. I prefer to live with 1 or 2 people max , no couples sorry.
