I will visit Sydney as a visiting scholar at Western Sydney University for three months and work on my thesis. I am looking for a living space that allows me to connect with local cultures and cuisines. I will visit alone, and I am open to meeting new people. I am a qualitative researcher particularly interested in cultural and media studies.

After work I spend my time writing, doing sport, or going to movies, so I'm certainly not the type you will find sitting watching T.V. all day. I would really like a situation where I could constructively contribute to the running of the residence. I'm looking for reasonable, friendly people, who I can have an occasional chat with and a bit of a laugh but who will also give me my own space.
