Hello, me and my mate are students working part-time preferring a neat and clean household.
Our preferred locations are as close to Macquarie University as possible. It can be, but not limited to areas such as Macquarie park, North Ryde, Chatswood, Epping, Eastwood, Castle Hill, Carlingford.
Convenient location such as nearness to stations and stores is also sought after.
We prefer to lease a two bedroom apartment that is furnished, budget of 500/week.
We are also open to leasing a 3 bedroom apartment and can go 750/week if furnished.
In addition, we don’t mind non furnished appartments and for that we have budgeted 400/week for a 2 bedroom place or 600/week for a 3 bedroom place.
Both of us are busy and quiet people with increased emphasis on hygiene.
We are ready to move in upon 2 weeks notice to our existing accommodation options. So that should not be any problem.
