- Spacious, beautiful home in the heart of Vic Park. - There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with built in robes (one taken by myself, and you would have your choice of the remaining two). - Shared roomy bathroom with an enamel claw foot bath, and a beautiful kitchen / dining with stainless steel appliances including a 90cm oven and dishwasher. - Ducted air conditioning in the front rooms and kitchen and there is a split system in the family room & study. - Lots of shared lounge/study space for relaxation. - Very fast NBN internet; excellent mobile reception. - The front door has lead lights as do some of the windows. Ceiling roses, polished wooden floorboards & all windows have decorative wrought iron screens. - Double carport with roll-a-door at rear of the house (my 4wd is kept out the front so the carport is usually empty). - Within walking distance to shops, schools, transport, the ever popular cafe strip & 5 minutes from the City, Crown Complex, and the new Optus stadium. Enjoy the fantastic lifestyle that Victoria Park has to offer.
Hi, I'm Chris. Im moving back to Perth shortly after a few years living in Queensland. I’ll be working part-time as a medical scientist and studying IT part-time, so it’s going to be a productive year. In my spare time l enjoy doing yoga, running on the beach, hiking, music and I love to cook. I’m looking for a clean, quiet place to live with no drama, but don’t mind a good movie/games night and relaxing with a few drinks. I’m flexible, considerate & always happy to help my housemates to take care of the place, keep it clean & tidy, and create a good dynamic where everyone feels comfortable.

I consider myself responsable, clean, funny, extrovert and an easy-going person. Originally from Albany, living in Mandurah and starting at UWA next semester studying Bio-Med. I'll be studying full time and enjoy going out a lot but still will pull my weight around the place. Bills won't be an issue and I'll be able to easily pay everything on time with no drama's. I went to boarding school during high school so I know all the in's and outs of a share house. I enjoy being active and going to the gym and getting out or maybe having a quiet night in my spare time.
We search an apartment for 1 month, we are very friendly and we study in Perth
