Hi 😊 My names Hayley I’m 26 years old and have been living in Perth for just over 4 years. I work full time in retail in the city. I have been living with my sister who is now planning on travelling and rather than living on my own I am looking for somewhere and someone to share a home with. I am currently renting and so have already purchased a lot of home furnishings, I’d really like to be able to bring these to a new home with me, depending on the situation. I am clean and tidy, however I have my girl moments when clothes end up everywhere. I enjoy cooking meals every now and then and I like to keep healthy as much as possible. I’m not much of a party girl, but love the odd night out at a bar socialising or just relaxing at home with some wine and a movie. I’m really easy to get along with and am looking forward to meeting new people and hopefully new friends to share a home with. My ideal locations are close to the city: Mount Lawley, Burswood, Vic Park, etc. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Laid back guy, uni student at Curtin uni and working part-time at Crown, just looking for a bunch of new people to share a place with. Clean and tidy and happy to share household chores. Prefer to be in a house with under 35 year olds, not fussed with male or females. Either a current rental that is looking for another roommate, or a new vacant rental with 3-4 people. Send me a message if you're also looking to team-up, and searching for a place in a similar location to myself.

Hi! I've been living in Bridgetown for the past year and a half and have recently accepted a job in Perth, so I'm looking for a happy, clean and friendly home to move into. I love to laugh, chat, listen to music, watch movies and TV shows, play video games and board games (I've got a N64 so how could you not want me as your new roomie?) but I also really love my alone time too. I'm a considerate, funny and friendly person but I can be pretty particular about things being clean and fly-wire doors staying closed because I'm terrified of bugs, especially cockroaches! Security is important to me and I love being in a neat and tidy environment. I love cats and dogs but don't have any of my own, so I hope you do! Also sexism, racism and homophobia really bums me out so I don't want to live with people like that. Cheers, Emily.
Hi Everyone.....For starters please let me tell you a little about myself. I pride myself on my triple "C" motto. Meaning I'm a Clean, Courteous and Considerate person/flatmate, who is responsible and respectful with references to back it up. I work in the building/mining industry. I am social but also like my own space. I enjoy chilling with good music, taking in some sport, sampling craft beers and hitting the beach whenever possible. I am searching for a drama/drug free residence with friendly people who are also clean and tidy. I will require a furnished bedroom. To have my own bathroom would be preferable but not essential. And if it's not asking to much, a secure garage space in which to store some personal items and for a car in the near future would be great. So please don't hesitate to contact me if I meet your flatmate requirements and or if you wish to know more about me. Thanks.....Andrew.
I'm going to be a PhD student in chemistry at Curtin Uni. I've lived in lots of different sharehouses throughout my undergrad in Canberra and am looking for a chilled out, friendly house to live in. I enjoy cooking and am keen to share it with housemates. I'll be moving from Melbourne.
Hey I'm Tom, I'm a friendly young guy who works full-time for the state government. Looking to move closer to Ashfield to shorten my daily commute. Please only reply about properties within the suburbs I have listed. Thanks

Bryan, 24, full time nurse at Royal Perth Hospital. Owns a espresso machine which costs too much and will make you a cuppa. Enjoys motorcycles, cooking & coffee. Grace, 22, full time waitress at Crown Towers. Grumbles at Bryan's espresso machine and motorcycle. Enjoys cooking, watching shows and photography. We are non-smokers, anti-drugs/alcohol, clean people who enjoy having the privacy of our space seeking like minded people with similar life values. Large sized room (available 11 January 2018) $260 per week including all bills. Medium sized room (available early March 2018) $250 per week including all bills. Couples can apply but have to pay an extra $20 for the room and additional $50 per week for that extra person's expenses. So add $70 to the above figures. The medium sized room has a queen bed, 2 bedside tables, a chest of drawers, 2 lamps and a 40 inch Samsung Smart TV. Bring your own bed linen. The Larger room has queen bed, 2 bedside tables and 2 lamps. Bring your own bed linen. Large double bedroom available for rent in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom character house in Vic Park. The room is a large room and has built in wardrobes and overhead storage. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one ensuite to the Master, the other is the main bathroom) and a separate laundry / extra toilet downstairs. There are two separate large living areas, a separate dining room, large kitchen and a big outdoor entertaining area with a spa pool. There is a park across the road. The house is 300 metres from the Vic Park train station, so it is in a super convenient location for getting to work / city. The house is about 6km from the CBD and about a 3 minute walk to Woolworths / the Vic Park Café strip. Living with one other person (the third bedroom is just a spare room for now, but my sister may move into that room next year). I’m a 32 year old female kiwi tax lawyer working in the city. I work a fair bit, so I’m not around much during the week. It’s not a party house but I definitely enjoy a wine / banter etc. The house is furnished however if you have some stuff you want to bring that’s fine too we can find somewhere for it. There is off-street parking for two cars. No garage or carport but a big area for 2 cars. There’s a storage shed too if you have a bike or something. The rent is $200 (medium room) or $210 (large room) plus $50 a week expenses, so $250 or $260 per week total. The $50 a week covers all expenses including – electricity, gas, water, NBN broadband wifi (iinet) and a cleaning lady and a gardening guy who does all the gardening (which has a full reticulation system anyways). Approximate expenses per person per week: Power -- $15 Gas -- $5 Cleaner -- $17 Internet -- $6 Water -- $7 TOTAL -- $50 per week per person. Give me a text if you want to come and have a look! Send me a little blurb about yourself and when you might like to view the house. Looking for someone say 25 years old to 35 years old. Male or female. No pets. Cheers, Amy

I work full time. I am clean and I enjoy socialising. I respect the space that I live in and I respect privacy. Whilst I like to socialise, I also like my alone time, so I understand the need for space and wanting to wind down after work on your own. (or not!) I don't want a party house, but somewhere that a social drink with friends (housemates welcome) from time to time is a must. I would love my housemates to turn into friends, gym buddies, you name it. I have had the pleasure of living in Canada, so I'm no stranger to living in share houses and housemates turning into family :) I would prefer to live with no more than 2 people and if there are 3 girls living there, would be great to have two bathrooms ;) I am mainly looking at the Vic park - East Perth area. I have a car and do not want to park on the street. I am also allergic to animals.
Every household needs "that" tech guy who can quickly fix your phone or computer. Look no further, bit of a nerd but always down for a bit of fun I do enjoy my privacy so I will respect yours Plenty of life skills which I'm happy to pass on I love naps
I currently work at Perth Airport. Looking to live no more than 15 mins drive from the city. I have travelled a fair bit in the last 7 years so I come with a good knowledge bank on where your next holiday destination could be. I like going out and exploring good food options and having a wine or two. Pretty keen to always head out and try new things. Looking to live with people who around my age group in a house with mixed genders to keep a good social balance. Not looking for a uni student type housing, leaning towards living with people who are on the lease the house themselves. I do have a car so will need a parking spot for it. I do have a pet dog but it has been tough to get her to move with me in some rentals but I am definitely keen to look for something pro pet friendly this year. Look forward to making new friends and creating a new home with my fur child. Note: looking for a place to move in around end of Jan earliest - latest mid feb
Quiet, very friendly, clean and tidy. Chef by trade so love to cook! Don't go out much, on holidays from uni at the moment, so enjoying the freedom!
