The house is a lovely old house we great decoration. Sharing with 3 girls ages between 22-29. We are so close to the train stn and the cafe strip isnt too far away if you wanted to walk. Smoking is only aloud outside and unfortunately beyond fish no pets are allowed by the owners. The room does come with a single bed and mattress if you need them otherwise we will store it elsewhere. We are fine if you are looking for a job as long as you can afford the rent weekly and your share of the bills. Internet is paid for each month and is unlimited, gas and electricity an water are split between the four housemates.

Suburb choice is pretty limited to East Vic Park / Vic Park / Bentley / St. James / Rivervale and some surrounding areas with NBN (as listed on the NBNCo Rollout map) as shit internet is the number one cause of anger amongst housemates. Looking for a 4 x 2 place so we each have 2 bed 1 bath each. (or a 3 x 2 if you want to pay less and only get one room and a bathroom but up for discussion) If you need help with your budgeting, I work in Analytics / Finance so I can give you a pretty good idea of costs. Based on my current estimates (which over-estimate just to be on the safe side), bills add about $30 a week to your rental costs.
