I am a professional artist and arts worker specialising in theatre as an actor, producer, and director. I work sporadically but consistently across the whole year on projects as well as every week for a theatre company which supports local playwrights to develop their work. I'm always busy working on shows with most of the local theatre companies. Sometimes I get to travel interstate and overseas for my work but recently I’ve been spending lots of time in Adelaide for work, which is why I’m looking for a new stable place to call home. I’m a neat, clean, and tidy person, with a keen eye for aesthetics and a lover of music. I like puzzles, craft, fashion, cooking, and movies and so enjoy my time at home. I am respectful as a neighbour, am well past my party years, and I take pride in my home, wherever it may be. I've been living in rental properties for almost my entire life, since childhood with my family, and for about 14 years as an adult, enjoying many years as a valued housemate to friends and acquaintances. As a very independent person, I've thrived in the times I've lived alone, so am ready to take the leap. As a person seeking a home alone, it can be really hard to find and secure a safe place to live so I'm hoping to find some independent properties or living situations where I can - private rentals are absolutely skyrocketing in price and other housing options are highly competitive, hence reaching out here. I'm flexible on a move in date, location, and amenities, but not flexible on finding a place solo, so I'm not interested in hearing from people about share houses. I would consider long term sublets for the right situation! Am prepared to pay more rent if bills are included. Can also provide rental references upon request.
