I'm goth/punk so of course I love cats and alternative music :)

I am respectful as a neighbour, am well past my party years, and I take pride in my home, wherever it may be. I've been living in rental properties for almost my entire life, since childhood with my family, and for about 14 years as an adult, enjoying many years as a valued housemate to friends and acquaintances. As a very independent person, I've thrived in the times I've lived alone, so am ready to take the leap. As a person seeking a home alone, it can be really hard to find and secure a safe place to live so I'm hoping to find some independent properties or living situations where I can - private rentals are absolutely skyrocketing in price and other housing options are highly competitive, hence reaching out here. I'm flexible on a move in date, location, and amenities, but not flexible on finding a place solo, so I'm not interested in hearing from people about share houses.
