Hi everyone, My partner and I have been sharing this house with another couple for almost 2 years now. The other couple is moving out in late November and their bedroom will be available for rent from the 25th. The house is furnished except from the bedroom. There are 2 off street car parks which are shared equally between the couples. The house is a few meters from the beach, which is amazing if you practice any water sport or enjoy going for a run/ bike ride alongside the ocean. The closest train station is Mosman Park and is a 5 minutes walk from the house. We have a big backyard which is a great spot to have barbecues with friends. We also started to grow our own veggies.
This beautiful home is newly renovated with a large kitchen, 2 lovely bathrooms (inc a bath), laundry, living room, front and back verandah to relax and a large sunny garden. It's a perfect location with a walk to the station or bus to get to the city, Cottesloe beach and the river. You can also hop in the car or uber easily to get about North or South to fun spots like North Freo restaurants, South Terrace, City Beach, the new Scarborough pool etc. The house is on a leafy quiet street and is close to the supermarket. Looking for 1-2 flatmates.
Clean and Tidy, relaxed, reliable professional. Out doors person, prefer to live with like-minded people. Any questions, just ask. Please only message as I’m working :)
I'm a 30 year old, engineer, working full time in the city. I live an active and healthy lifestyle; kite surfing, mountain biking, running, etc. I also enjoy travelling, camping, exploring and good company.
Hi! I am easy-going, fun-loving and courteous. My flatmate is very sad that I am moving out of Hong Kong to work in Perth. Look forward to meeting you and exchanging interesting stories and experience.
Hi, My name is Anthony (37 y.o) and i am moving to W.A to study a masters in OT at Curtin University. Im very active love to surf, swim, ride, gym as much as possible. Im very easygoing, am very clean without being OCD, love to cook and love to socialize over a beer or glass of wine (however my party days are well and truly gone). I am looking to find a share house with like minded individuals.
I've been living in Bali for almost 3 years and I am coming back to Australia. While I haven't shared a place in a few years, it was part of my life for 15+ years. I work in tech, keep fit, healthy, love to cook, watch a little tv, study
Hola 👋 My name is Grady and I’m a 31yo urban planner who has just moved back to Perth after living in London for the past 3 years. I’m a clean, considerate and easygoing guy on the lookout for a few likeminded individuals who are looking for a place to live. I’d like to consider myself a fairly sociable and friendly person who is happy to have a conversation with just about anyone. I enjoy having a few drinks with my housemates be it a beer or a glass or a wine after work or something on the weeeknd as think that household dynamic is important. By the same token I keep fairly busy during the week with work and exercise and respect the need for individual space and privacy. I love travel, the dog beach, and enjoying nice food and drinks with quality company. Historically more of a festival goer but these days you’re more likely to find me enjoying the sun in beer garden with friends or down at the beach with Astro (family pooch who lives in freo). I’m working in the city but also a big fan of freo so ideally would like to locate somewhere along the Fremantle line but not really looking to go any further north of Perth (refer previous comments about Astro and the dog beach). So, what’s the long and the short of it you ask, well, I’m like to find two housemates who are interested in finding a place together. Preference is for a house with a nice outdoor living area for summer. If you’re interested, feel free to drop me a line and we can catch up for a drink and take it from there. Many thanks, Grady
G’day maties, We’re three English geologists who will be moving to Perth early next year (Jan 3rd). We’re easy going and sociable chappies who enjoy sports, being outdoors and are partial to a few beers of a weekend. We’ve all lived in shared houses while at University, so know how to be good, tidy and respectable housemates We are looking to form a house with a few (2 - 4 more) sociable, tidy and respectable housemates, around our age, male or female, who we can get along with and hopefully share some good memories. Ideally, we’d like to be live somewhere where there’s things to do in walking distance, and an area where we can easily access both the city and nearby beaches. As we don’t know the Perth area and its suburbs to well, we’re open to suggestions on areas to live As geologists, we’ll most likely be working on separate FIFO (Fly In Fly Out) contracts, meaning one week we may be living in Perth, and the next with some kangaroos in the outback (hopefully you’ll be better housemates), so the odds are, not all three of us will be in the house at the same time. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to give us a message :) Happy house hunting, Paul, Paddy and James
Hello, I'm moving moving from Melbourne to Perth to work as a full time osteopath! I'm looking for some easy going laid back housemates that are still up for a bit of chit chat and a laugh. I've lived in a share house for the last 6 years and no how to keep things clean and tidy. I love the outdoors, sports, coffee, food and a couple of drinks on the weekend with friends! Shoot me a message if you have any questions :)
I'm a student from the UWA, I will stay 2.5 years studing my master degree. I was traveling all around the world. I love to meet new people, share my culture. I make awesome sourdough bread ;)
Hey, pretty busy just scoping out options for a new place to live. I'm rarely in but when I am I'm usually just chilling out. Like the outdoors, eating out etc.
Hey i'm Alex, I'm Aussie I've just come back to Perth after travelling around outback WA working in some sick pubs, I'm super chill, honest, very reliable and very clean. Looking for a chill place for summer and somewhere to sleep! I work in hospo so I'm always busy and never home, love a laugh, love the beach and good vibes!
Hey legend(s), I'm an electrical engineer from Melbourne and will be relocating to sunny perth for work (down at the shipyard in Henderson) and need a place to hang for 6 months. Some of the things I get right around include socialising with mates, playing sports (I play footy so I'm keen to join a club over here), getting outdoors for walks, I love cooking, chilling out, going out and just having an all round good time. Feel free to reach out if you'd like to have more of a yarn else I look forward to hearing from you! Cheers, Tim
Hey ! I am currently on my final year of my undergraduate degree at UWA and I work part time at the Crown. Looking for accomodation around these areas, I am super busy with both commitments so I would not be home much. I am such a friendly person and I respect everyone needs and wants. I do love my own personal space but still would never say no to a chat and getting to know lovely people :)
I'm going to be doing part-time study next year at UWA. I previously did full-time study. I intend to return to Perth to study and do part-time work. I can be pretty quiet to start off with but I do like a chat when I get to know someone. I enjoy watching movies, making cocktails, playing board games and listening to history podcasts. I also like cooking but I won't pretend to be very good at it. I'm pretty relaxed with whatever people do but I tidy up after myself and expect other people to within reason. I would prefer live with people around my age. I would prefer to live relatively near a train station but it's not a deal-breaker.
I'm looking for a short term room to rent. I'm very clean & tidy, I'm busy, so always out but if I am home I will keep to myself but am very friendly and happy always up for a chat.
