Looking for a room with straight person or persons in Sydney. Need to be within ten minutes walk of public transport.
I have enough money now to cover six months rent and living expenses.
Experience in gardening, cleaning, washing, clothing repairs, cooking, basic plumbing, basic home repairs.
Work history in elderly care, customer service, hospitality.
Also have experience house sitting, feeding and grooming pets.
Light eater (no meat, however I do eat dairy, eggs, seafood). I do not mind if others in the house eat meat.
Like to keep fit (walks, stretches).
Light drinker. Not involved in illegal drugs.
Quiet, clean, and co-operative.
Have been involved with women in the past. No children due to ddt poisoning.
Have lived in Queanbeyan/Canberra region since 1970, except for a few years.
Lived in Sydney when a child, and have visited over 20 times.
Direct family has lived in Sydney for decades.
Ancestry: British/Irish/French
Lived in last residence around 19 years.
Have lived in a group house for over one year in the past.
Have lived with Chinese people, worked for Muslims, and am well acquainted with Hinduism.
Baptised Roman Catholic and have a knowledge of theology and science.
Have graduated from University.
