Rental-Property via owner or team ups for new rental hunt: Prefer No more than 500m from Train - Metro station - Alternative Bus stop near the property. Shared spaces: Need kitchen and laundry space. Wardrobe - storage cabinets Have lots of stuff that need a place to be used or stored. Happy if small space is available in lock up garage - storage area . I can pile up my boxes in less square meters. Clean Areas, Walls- floors with no signs of Mold. Premises in good condition. Prefer new build with roof insulation. (economy) Long term settlement 4-10 years. House mates: Hygienic - no nasty germs - bacteria spread around (Raw meat-food-Toilet-bath etc). Clean after your self. Respect and care of each others belongings - gentle while using the appliances About me: I am a mature woman, very clean and tidy, enjoying my life with my hobbies. I am quite but also very social around happy ppl. A good friend to rely on. I have a funny side and joke a lot. No parties ,might have a relative over once in a blue moon! I don't watch much TV in general. Prefer being outside enjoying nature. I am open to team up with good hearted ppl, I will never use you so don't do me wrong! Taking my time relocating whilst looking for a job near by. I work in Construction as an estimator, possible start WFH. My previous company relocated so here I am starting allover! I have been working since I was 18y. No dryer (I sun dry ) - no microwave - nor air fryer TV is broken , I might repair later. NO Drugs-No drug Pills and heavy alcohol. Open for a drink or two but not getting drunk!!!! I might have a few smokes (outside) If you love cooking- meal prep-gardening-hiking-biking-camping etc that would be great to spend time together!
