My weekly budget is up-to $200 including bills but I can be flexible. I'm a clean and tidy person. I like my privacy but would also enjoy a dinner or outing with my flatmate. I am a quiet person and mostly like to stay in my room but always up for a chit chat after quiet periods. I study from home or the library and therefore, during the day I want a place where it’s quiet and I can work without any distraction. I like clean tidy apartments and respect privacy of others. A place for short/medium term so that I can call it home and enjoy that comfort. I would like to share the place with 1-2 people only. I enjoy going to church and if your a chess player great, ciao.
