Our cute beach home is just one street from the beach (a 2 min walk), 2km from the Kawana Shopping world and a short walk to Nicklin Way for buses. Narambi street is a quiet little corner of Warana with friendly neighbours. The house has three bedrooms, although only two will be occupied (one by us and the other is on offer), the third will be used as a study/guest room. The room features two bright windows, fitted with blinds, a large built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan and carpet. The room can come furnished (with a double bed and chest of draws) on request for no extra cost. The furniture in the photos comes with the room (set of draws and tv) which can be removed on request if they’re not required. The house features an open kitchen, dining room and lounge room space with a fridge, oven, stove and TV in place. There is also a large garage for a shared storage space which also includes a washing machine, clothesline and dryer to share. There is a large backyard to relax in with lawn, a clothesline and our vegie gardens. PLEASE NOTE: -The room if occupied by a single person is $190 weekly or if occupied by a couple is $220 a week. -Your utilities contribution (Electricity, internet and water) is $35 weekly for a single person or $45 for a couple. -2 weeks bond required prior to moving in Please message me with any questions or if you would like a tour of the house :)
Hi, my name is Naleni and I am 19. I am currently looking for a place to call home while I finish my beauty diploma on the Sunshine Coast. I am a clean and tidy person who pays rent on time and is conscious of other housemates. I work part time in retail and study full time, which means that I am rarely home. I also love to spend time out and about with friends because I am a very active and social person. I am happy to start a new house share or move into an existing one with like minded people. I would also like to have a house share where friends and family are welcomed and allowed over occasionally (my current house share doesn’t allow this and it’s a big deal breaker for me). I have previously lived in 2 other house shares so I know the ins and outs of what makes it a successful and happy home. Please don’t hesitate to message me as I am very eager to move!
I am moving from Mackay to Sunny Coast for a fulltime job with my 2 medium sized dogs.I am 25 and fairly active, I like to go to gym or anywhere I can take the dogs. I keep to myself mostly but still up for a chat. I am very chilled and just go with the flow.
Clean out going 41 year old needing a good size room to move into. Can cook, clean, babysit, have car and open licence.. own small online store selling new and used clothing. Needing somewhere asap... look forward to hearing from you... somewhat flexible regarding rent.... thanks rach x
Hi ☺️ I’m from northlakes just north of Brisbane and I’ve been driving over an hour to work everyday. So I’m looking for somewhere near the Sunshine Coast University Hospital to stay. I always clean up after myself, I’ll almost always be working, training and studying so I’ll never be in your way. I think of myself to be a relaxed and decent guy. Bonus points if you have a cat/and or dog (I miss mine). I hope to hear from you soon.
Hi, my name is Matt. Currently single I work full time mon-fri and occasionally a 2nd job here and there, I keep myself active by going to the gym. I spend most of my time away from home however if I am home I usually play a console or watch Netflix, keep things clean and tidy and do yard maintenance (I love mowing ect). I enjoy movies and music. I am clean, tidy and respectful of other people, their privacy and their property. I have had very bad experience in this area of late and hope you are the same. I have my own bedroom furniture and tv/tv cabinet. I have personal/business references if requiring them. If you want any more information or have any questions don’t hesitate to ask.

I am a non smoker, have no pets and am neat and tidy. I enjoy having a coffee and wines with friends though not anything crazy :) I currently am studying full time and looking for part time - full time work. I also love to paint, sing, meet new people, dance and cook!
Hi there, I'm looking for a quiet place to share with one other flatmate. I'm originally from the Sunshine Coast but have just moved back after 9 years in Brisbane. I'm about to start fulltime work near Mountain Creek and am looking for a place in the surrounding suburbs. On weekends I'm usually Sailing, Scuba Diving, making the most of my time with friends (camping, eating out, events), or sometimes doing nothing when I need it. My ideal budget is around the $200-220 mark, however, for the right place I could go as high as $250. I'd prefer my own bathroom though it doesn't need to be an ensuite. Off-street parking for my car would also be preferred. I enjoy basic cooking, with dinner being my favourite meal of the day. I'm not a big drinker but enjoy an occasional drink. I like the idea of entertaining, but can often not be bothered making it happen. I enjoy watching trash TV, Youtube, Netflix and pretty much all other streaming services. I own most household items (bar a couple of major items eg. Fridge, Sofa, TV) but otherwise have a good number of things to semi-furnish a place and my bedroom. I'm happy to team up and find something privately too (so get in touch if you think we'd be good flatmates). I'd be interested in signing a lease for 6-12months. I don't own any pets but am keen at adopting a cat in the near future, a pet-friendly place, preferably with a courtyard/garden area would be ideal. I also don't mind living with other people's pets, plus if you already have a cat, then that would fulfill my cat desire...but dogs are great too. That's all for now. Anything other questions just message me
Easy going, easy to get along with. Always up for a beer or coffee. Love a bit of banter. Independent and a clean person. And handy around the house if something needs to be fixed/built 🤙🏽
I’m a real cruisy guy, like going beach and camping. Not a crazy partier but do like to have a drink and socialize. Have a full time job as a paramedic which means I work 10-12hr shifts on a cycling roster.
Hello potential house mate. I’m looking for a place to call home at the start of September. I’m clean, I’m respectful, I’ll spend a lot of time in my room and I won’t eat your food. Enjoy a vegan lifestyle, so similar minded others is a plus but not a necessity. I work full time and if I’m not there, I’m out with friends or playing with cars. I’m looking for somewhere that has garage space as I have a weekend car and tools that I like to keep undercover. It’s annoying until you need me to fix your car. Happy to pay extra for at least one garage spot. Other than that request, anything goes. I’m pretty easy going and super easy to get along with.
New to the coast, full time worker, learner surfer, underwater photographer. Chill and not looking for a party household, a crew that enjoy a beer or two on the weekend but respect that home downtime feels Prefer on the beach or damn close to it for arvo paddles Length of stay flexible
