Hi! I am Lisa-Marie, a 22-years old Dutch graduate student in the field of pharmacy. I am looking for a nice place to stay in Newcastle, as I will perform my MSc research project at UON. I would really appreciate a clean house with chill flatmates to come home to at the end of a hectic day, but most importantly I would love roommates who are open for a nice chat and a glass tea / wine. Ofc with respect for eachothers privacy ;) little bit about me: when I am free I love to meet new people / hang out with them, explore new restaurants / bars, go to the beach, bake, dance or do yoga.
A freshly renovated three bedroom house in Waratah. Close to bus stops and Waratah shopping village. This room has a built in wardrobe and can come furnished with bed frame and bedside tables or empty as you desire. All internet, water, electricity, and gas bills are included in the rent. Kitchen is fully kitted out with everything you’d need, plus dishwasher.
I’m 30 years old, work full-time as a support worker and am an honest, respectful person. When I’m not at work, I’m at the beach or catching up with friends. I’m a social person and easy to get along with. I have a beautiful staffy that will come with me. He is 3 years old and very friendly. I’m looking for a place with a fenced yard & friendly housemates.
Studying construction management and working at a bottle shop. I love the outdoors and nights out. I'm pretty chill and love to hangout as well as enjoy my own time. I'm easy to get on with and keep a tidy house. Preferably would like to share with other gay men.
My name is Ashleigh and I currently live on the Central Coast studying Exercise and Sport Science at the Ourimbah campus. I am looking at changing to Nutrition and Dieticians next year at Callaghan and would love to move into a house with likeminded people. Will be spending most of my time studying, working(I have two jobs), at uni, the gym or with my boyfriend. Very active and love eating out and having a good laugh every once in a while, but also like personal space and quiet to get my studies done. I currently live with 7 other housemates and that is too much for me so hoping to live with 5 or less other housemates with a walking distance to uni.
I'm 25 and work part-time in retail, a lot of my other time is spent out of the house as I volunteer at a few different art galleries around town. I'm a pretty tidy person and tend to keep to myself to be honest so just looking for a chill house with some easy going housemates. Feel free to message me any other questions you want to suss me out :D
Hey guys, I'm a full-time master student at the University of Newcastle. Social and friendly. Most importantly respectful. I'm looking for a tidy and friendly house to feel like a home. I do care about cleaning, so I'm looking for a clean place.
We have a reasonable-sized double room in a big modern house, $170 for a single and $210 for a couple including electricity, unlimited internet, water and cleaning. The house is new, modern, always clean and furnished well. It has big dining and living areas and two modern big bathrooms. We have a well-designed and beautiful garden around the house. It is close to Waratah Shopping Centre, the University of Newcastle and Public Transport. The house is shared with two professionals and two students. Please contact Hanna for further information.
The house is conveniently located close by to shops and only a 2 minute drive from the University/walk to the train station. We have a huge backyard and decent outdoor area, perfect for entertaining. The room is a decent size and comes with cupboards, big enough for a queen bed and a desk.
Hello, I'm happy to co-habit with people who clean up their own mess, and just try to get along well. I'm easy to get along with, I buy my own groceries, and help out with taking out the rubbish and keeping shared spaces clean. I prefer a clean house, but I'm not a neat freak. I don't smoke, and I'm able to tidily organise my belongings in the kitchen and shared spaces. I let people sleep at night - if it's late, I'll have my shows down low, or check to make sure it's not inconveniencing people if friends come over for a late night hang out.
I’m looking for somewhere quiet in Newcastle, preferably Warath/ Mayfield area. No more than $200/ week for rent. I’m looking to move out of my current place between 1st - 14th October. I am working full time in a Reservations role. Looking for a place where there are no late night parties.
Hi! I am a 28 y.o female hoping to move back to Newcastle ASAP. I am an OT working for HNE Health Mon - Fri. I have a 2 y.o American Staffy called Major who adores everyone - he is currently an inside/outside dog however can be negotiated. I like cooking, playing indoor netball / exercising and generally hanging out. Happy to have my own space but enjoy being social as well. Plus sides of living with me: there will always be wine, I have a Samsung so I won't steal your charger, you can rip in to me about owning a Samsung, and you will get an instant BFF with Major. Happy to move in to an existing place or team up! Looking more short term, actively looking to buy a house 😁

I'm clean and tidy, like watching tv and movies, love travelling, like exercising, can cook, not a big partier but don't mind the occasional beverage If you are interested please message me as I'm keen to find somewhere

Hi! I'm a 29 year old phd student from Romania. I' ve been in Australia for a little less than two years. I'm warm and social (except in the morning before i have my coffee). I love having chats on any topic (philosophy, trump, the best dishwasher soap... you name it), being goofy, occasional dinner parties, going to the beach, dancing salsa, traveling and of course banter. I'm a huge movie buff and a pretentious jazz listener. On top of my research scholarship, I work as an academic staff member at UoN and a few other small part time jobs. I'm looking for a nice place relatively close to the university of newcastle, callaghan campus, to share with a few fun, social, clean people. Hope to meet you soon! Thanks Cheers Andrei
