I am 22 and just graduated university as a primary teacher. Looking for casual teaching work in Newcastle but will most likely be working full time when school term starts. I lived in the country and moved to Sydney for 4 years and now needing another change. I am clean, organised, social but do still love my down time. I am past my partying days but still happy to have a couple of drinks and hopefully looking for housemates that can become friends. I enjoy games nights, watching Netflix and am free most weekends. I am pretty much happy to live in most suburbs of Newcastle as long as they aren't further than 25 minutes from the city.
I'm moving from Melbourne to Newcastle and looking for a place to stay! I have been in share houses for the past 5 years, I am easy going and like to keep common areas clean. I work full time as an engineer and will be spending my weekends exploring Newcastle and NSW. Looking for housemates that are happy to hang out around the kitchen on a weeknight but also respect each others space. I am currently looking for two available bedrooms - one for myself and one for my friend who I would like to move in with. She is also an engineer moving to Newcastle.
Hi I'm Miriam, I'm 22 years old and I'm an international student from Germany. I will start studying at UON in february as an exchange student. I'd really love to live in a friendly, easy-going, welcoming house. I'm always down for a chat/movie night/drink but I also enjoy my own space and spending time alone. I'm really clean when it comes to tidying up as well as making an effort in the house to keep everything nice and clean for others and I respect people's space. Let me know if there is anything else that you’d like to know! I look forward to hearing from you 😊
Hi guys, my name is Hannah. I’m from China. I just finished my study in the uni, now doing casual work in Newcastle. I am very clean and tidy and prefer a tidy new-ish place to move in.
Hi. I'm looking for a clean, organised and friendly place to call home with my senior feline friend whilst studying at the University of Newcastle. I am quiet, studious and down to earth and have 6 years of good rental history. I can provide rental references as requested. If you have something suitable please feel free to contact me. Thank you.
Hi, I have a lovely house in an excellent location, close to transport for the Uni or the Mater and close to Waratah Village. There are 2 bedrooms available to rent. As per the floorplan bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 are available for rent. Bedroom 1 is already rented (23 yo male) and Bedroom 4 is a study for all to use. Each room has a built in wardrobe. Hey, I'm a 29 YO professional that's been working for about 8 years but am pursuing some postgrad study full-time at UON this year. I'm quiet, tidy and easy going, love to cook, happy to share a meal and a drink I'm moving up from Sydney for the year so looking for a room and somewhere to study etc. for 6-12 months depending on availability. I've got a partner in Sydney (she's staying down there for study) so I will probably be away most weekends. Preference is to move in around mid-Feb but happy to move earlier for the right place
Hi, I'm 27, easy going, friendly, super clean & tidy. I respect other people’s space and I clean up after myself. I work full-time as an Admin Assistant at Charlestown Mon-Fri (8.30am-5pm). I spend most weeknights at home, but I also enjoy going out for dinner & trivia occasionally with friends. I spend majority of my weekends out and about spending time with my boyfriend or catching up with friends. I enjoy keeping active and like doing outdoor activities, but I also like to relax with the occasional bevy. I'm a bit of an introvert when it comes to my living space and I do enjoy my alone time. I'm hoping to find a roommate/s who is friendly, relatively quiet but doesn't mind the occasional chat, someone who is clean & tidy and wiling to pull their own weight when it comes to household chores. Let me know if you think I might be a good fit. Cheers
Hey guys, I'll be looking for a place near Stockton from around the 9th of February. I'm a pretty chilled guy who likes to socialise but will also give people their space. I'm a shift worker so I will keep some weird hours and may need to sleep through the day sometimes. I'm a bit flexible on my budget, but would prefer less (obviously). I've lived in Queensland up until now, so I'll be keen to meet some new people. If you want to know more about me or have a room you think might be suitable, hit me up.
Hey, I'm a 25yo retail assistant/soon-to-be-again student just looking for a pretty chill house to move into or some easy-going people to team up with for a place. I work part-time, normally about 3 days a week, but also volunteer at a few local art galleries and will be starting my second BA this year at UNSW (commuting 1 day a week to start) so I'm out quite a bit. I stay pretty busy so I do like being able to come home to a kinda quiet place and having my space but still would love to move into a place with similar people that I could get along and hang out with. I'm tentatively looking for a place for 9 - 12 months right now just because if my study load/number of days I need to be in Sydney changes with later uni terms then I'll probably move down there later on. Message me if you have any more questions :)
Hey there! Pretty reasonable and easygoing, I clean up any mess I make and prefer to solve any issues I have with people in person and civilly. You won't find me eating all your food or using your shampoo, which I think is a pretty redeeming quality. Though, I'm mostly an introvert and I treat where I'm living as more of a chill downtime space, then a hangout spot. So unless we hit it off, I'll largely just reside in my room. Currently working 9-5 / 5 days a week on an internship
This is a perfect central location: bus stop out the front, train station around the corner, Waratah Shopping Centre just a few minutes walk. Convenient for university, Mater Hospital and CBD. Suitable for workers or students. The room available is large, with queen bed.
Great central location on many bus routes into city and university;perfect for students at Callaghan or City campus. Just a few minutes walk to Waratah Shopping Village. Each bedroom has a bed, desk and built in wardrobe, and your own key. The house is fully furnished and the kitchen has all the basics.
Hey, I am a software engineer looking for an accommodation in Newcastle. I mostly keep to myself and not that much of a party guy. I like to read and play video games in my free time. I am looking for a house-share type of accommodation with an independent furnished room having air-conditioning and internet.
I am an active vibrant girl that loves the gym. I currently work full time in childcare and am studying my Personal Training Certificates. I love being social but can keep to myself when needed. I respect space and privacy
