Hi there, moving to Newcastle as I've just scored a full-time job in Warners Bay. I am clean, tidy, bubbly and easy to get along with as well as reliable with paying rent and bills. Please message me if you have something close to warners bay! Thanks Soph :)
I'm moving from Melbourne to Newcastle and looking for a sharehouse to stay for a few months until I find a house to rent. I'm easy going, independent, I do astrology, alternative healing and I'm into healthy lifestyle, organic food, permaculture. I enjoy cooking, long walks on the beach, swimming, music, dance (5Rhythms) and cafes for chai. I don't smoke and rarely drink. I tend to keep to myself a lot but also enjoy a chat and like to keep the house clean and tidy.
Hey I'm Lisa, Im a 24-year-old Childcare worker looking to find a place around Cameron Park, Fletcher, Glendale or Warners Bay. I'm super clean, cook well, love a glass or wine or bourbon and am a huge foodie. I enjoy going for walks, watching movies and spending time with family and friends at a nice cafe or shopping. I'm always up for a random adventure. Although I do have a 1-year-old cat named Mia who is super friendly and is really tiny for her age. Mia is bathed once a month to get rid of any dander on her fur which may cause allergies, she spends her days outside and comes in to sleep. I own a fridge, washing machine, lounge, microwave and out door setting as well as loads of other household items and my bedroom furniture. Please message me if you're interested in sharing a house. I really want a nice modern home that I can live in for a couple of years.
Hey 🙋🏻 I'm Kim, I am 23 years old have relocated from Dubbo about 7months ago now. I work casually part-time and also am starting my first year at UON studying teaching. I am not so much a partier but I don't mind a few casual drinks on a hot summer arvo! I have a fun bubbly personality and am easy to get along with, will always try and make you laugh 😜 If I seem like your new roomie, hit me up I love meeting new people.
Hi, The name is Limo. Been in newy for awhile now. Working full time as an Auto Technician in town. Loves the outdoor, active. A terrible chef but a good critic. Barely home, plenty of laugh. No, I dont smoke and I'm not an alcoholic but I love my whiskey. I appreciate the idea of freedom and respect. Figure out the rest later. Red tank in the photo. Peace!
Hey hey all potential new roomies!! I am a 36yr old chick, who has played the share accommodation game before, so I am very familiar in how the whole thing rolls. I was renting my last place for nearly13 years, but it was 2 storey, & due to some health reason I unfortunately had to bid the house goodbye, & now looking to start the next chapter in a single level dwelling. I am looking to stay living around the Charlestown/ Warners Bay area's, but not further out than Warners Bay either. I would ideally like to find someone between the age of 30 & 40yrs of age to find a property & to co sign a lease with, I know this is probably a little discriminating to all those awesome people who fall outside this age bracket but I am just past the stage of where my house is a frat house every weekend, but I am not quite ready for bowls, bingo & the purple rinse brigade just yet either. I am fairly easy going, who loves a chat, & doesn't mind whipping up a feed & having a cheeky beer or vino. I am looking to move asap. So if all that sounds like I am someone you would potentially like to move in with, then flick us an email or give us a call. Thanks
Im 20 years old and am an extremely social and friendly person, but I also enjoy keeping to myself at times. I am very clean and have to live in a tidy area. I'm looking to move in with females only. I am a very creative and artsy person, and I sing and play some acoustic guitar and piano so a room mate would have to be ok with that. I like to get out of the house a lot, and spend most of my time at the beach. Im also starting at Newcastle uni this feb. That's pretty much it!
I have share most of my life, so understand privacy and respect of others. Prefer to share with Female, which I have found work with me. Have good computer knowledge and very sociable. handy around the house, like to garden, can fix most things. I only wish to share with one other person as I find this enough, considering they will have family and friend, so know who's coming and going. Like to safe in the place I life and they too.
I am a very fun and friendly person; I always keep my space neat and tidy; I work part-time and am currently looking for a second job for my spare time.
Hi :) I'm a very down to earth, bubbly and really easy to get along with person hoping to find a nice place near the water to hopefully call home in shared accommodation with likeminded person/people. Currently working full time during the week in a very stable job.

I'm 16 and a single mother to be, I'm currently 6 months pregnant with a baby girl due in may and looking for somewhere for us to live before she arrives. I'm rather quiet and quite shy until you get to know me, I'm tidy, respectful and helpful. I don't smoke or have any pets, I'm currently trying to get a job and get into tafe or back to school.
I have views over the lake and a reserve. It really is a nice outdoor environment. I have a very large downstairs room available for a female or male (sorry no couples). The room is furnished with a QS bed, side tables and lamps, table and chairs, coffee table, single bed set up as a sofa, television, shelves and hanging space. You will have your own bathroom (shower and toilet), a shared laundry. The laundry also has a bar fridge, small microwave, kettle, toaster for your use as is the vacuum cleaner! Your room looks out onto the pool which is on the same level and very handy with this hot weather. The house is also airconditioned. Kitchen and main living area are upstairs. There is a space to park a car off the street but not covered. It says I should talk about rules in this section...... hmmm - I have three cats. You don't have to love them but it's their house too. They get along well with females but cautious about males (I'm talking about humans here) - visitors - for discussion - I have the NBN but only 50MB per month so if you download music and movies we would need to discuss. - non smoker - Can't think of anything else right now.

My daughter stays with my parents a few nights a week and when I'm working. I have a husband who is from Germany we are waiting on his visa to come through so he can come back to Aus. That's going to take 8-12months. I will be traveling a lot this year. I've been to Germany and Switzerland for a month then Bali in May then back to Europe in July then off to Africa in Oct. I lead a healthy lifestyle I study yoga and enjoy music and laughing. I'm an easy going tidy person who loves life and how to be a good house mate. If that's something you might be interested in let me know :) Thanks Tegan.

Hi I'm Elliott. I'm 27 years of age and work full time. I enjoy music, the beach, swimming, gardening, bush walking and getting out into the great outdoors. I love trying new things, meeting new people and I'm a happy, outgoing person. I'm clean and tidy and have recently started doing yoga. I enjoy being social but my working days are M-F and I start early, so I restrict the late nights to the weekend. I'm offering a single room in my 3 bedroom home. The house has a well equipped kitchen, large open plan living areas, sun room, pool and vegetable garden. I currently live alone but have lived in shared arrangements before. Likes Pets. I have my own bed, looking for a private room. Not into parties, enjoys day living, walking, gardening at times. The locations 1) in the Newcastle choices have to be close to the Princes Highway to help me catch the 350 bus route bound to Swansea early morning, this bus is frequent during peak times which sets my traveling time very tight during non-peak hours. or 2) In the Revesby area or 3) in North Parramatta or 4) in Bankstown
I am originally from Port Stephens but currently enrolled in University of Newcastle University. I'm clean, quiet and relaxed but always up for a chat :)

I'm fairly quiet, neat and tidy. Spend a lot of time at work as a chef, and I'm usually not home till late weekdays. Like to cook for others when I'm home, so that's a bit of a bonus ;)
I'm an easy going person who likes to be social as well as have time for myself. I work as a Nurse (mostly morning shifts) and am currently continuing my studies part time at uni. I like to catch up with friends and have a drink or two on my days off.
I'm very quite but very well spoken. I don't like to bother other people and I'm very respectable, I do love metal music etc so hopefully that isn't to much of a problem to play music sometimes. I've lived out of home since I was 16 and I feel as though I've done very well
Hi, we are Maria & Kasey. We are a happily married couple and moved to the area couple of years ago from rural NSW. We are looking for a place to share to help save money for our future. We are both quiet and relaxed and enjoy our space but would also love the odd drink or two and I also love to cook for other people:) I work full time Monday to Friday in an admin role, and Kasey is also working full time at club and works some days and some nights.
Heya, my name's Steph, I'm 25 and I'm a full-time travel agent. I've been renting for 6 years. I'm a pretty easy person to live with, I'm quiet, keep to myself mostly as I wind down from work, and usually go see my boyfriend on the weekends. I don't mind a chat either. I enjoy reading, computer games and binging on TV shows and movies. I'm reliable and friendly and honest and expect the same from my housemates too. I'm looking to move as soon as I can, open to living out Lake Macquarie way too depending on the place. Feel free to send me a message!
I'm an easy going housemate who has been living in share houses for 15 years, Including one with 10 people, 3 animals, and at times, 3 children. I think if you can keep the peace there, you pretty much can anywhere :) I always treat my flatmates like family. Ie, equal parts helping each other out, but with total respect and not taking the piss. If its raining and i'm home, i'll bring in your washing. If I've got milk, and you need milk, you can have some. But at the same time, If you never clean, and eat all my food every day, that would suck. So I'll probably talk to you about it. I'm active and health conscious, so would like to live with other active people. But i wont judge you if you drink coke and eat maccas ether. I'm moving to Newcastle to study Occupational Therapy. Although i don't have a job yet (as i'm just finishing up my business in Sydney), Ive got plenty of money saved and have never been unemployed in my life, so I know i'll pick up work quickly. I will have no issue with paying rent. (I also am self employed as a energetic healer on the side) I love to meditate, swim, go to the live gigs, grow vegetables, cook, draw. I want to live with easy going people that would like to share a chat and a meal from time to time, but respect my need to study too.

I'm quiet & amiable and have few visitors. I like things neat, clean and uncomplicated. I'm an early riser, usually early to bed and enjoy reading, writing, walking, cycling, and bodysurfing. I teach running technique and various exercise routines for my work and get around by bicycle. I spend a few months in Australia between blocks of time in East Africa, where I sponsor students, do a bit of coaching and assist with a project that supports remote hunter-gatherer tribes.
