I’m Maddy, I’m 29 and looking for a place to live around the Newcastle area as soon as possible, can move in from 20/10/2025 but am flexible on move date as I am only moving out from temporarily staying with family. I’m working full time and looking to find somewhere close to my place of work. I currently work in the Kotara area, and occasionally other locations such as Charlestown and Glendale, so looking for something central to those areas. I drive but currently don’t have a car, so would love somewhere with good access to public transport and the option to park a car when I get one in the near future. I’m a very quiet person and keep to myself mostly, but am very social with the right people. I don’t party and work every weekend so would love a living situation that aligns with my lifestyle. My ideal setup would be a self contained unit/apartment/granny flat etc. but am open to shared spaces with people if the fit is right. Pet friendly is a requirement - I have a Jack Russell Terrier aged 13 with a couple of minor health issues that require her to be with me. She’s very friendly, house/apartment trained and super cute. hi friends i moved down to newcastle in january as i needed a fresh start and scored a location transfer, it was very impromptu so i've just been staying with a mate in raymond terrace until now. i’m very career oriented, i work in the community services field across a few locations in the area and am pretty much always at work. i do shift work and often do multiple sleepovers/night shifts a week and usually work most weekends. my job and advocacy are very important to me. i enjoy going to the gym and taking my motorbike out when i have time, i also do a few men’s groups down the coast from time to time. apart from that i don’t really get up to much yet as its still a new area to me. eventually ill get back into playing footy or try something new. personal space is very important to me, after work i usually just chill in my room playing my xbox or watching youtube to decompress. i do enjoy being sociable though watching a tv show or the footy even just going to the pub for a feed. i do love a beer or a wine and having a good time but lately its been very nice putting money away and keeping busy. i am very clean and respectful of space, i have lived with all types of people and am very accepting of everyone. i’m leaning towards the end of october but i can be a bit flexible if needed. please don’t hesitate to give me a message or call if you have any questions.

He's a sweet and sleepy boy, spending most of his time relaxing and keeping me company. He's quiet and very well-mannered. Tama is house trained, meaning he knows to follow general house rules and conventions; he's not destructive, messy, or dangerous. He currently lives without a backyard, so he's an inside dog most of the time. He currently lives with two cats, and he works quite well with them. He was an ex-racing dog, so he requires extra monitoring and handling around cats and other small dogs. He is still well-behaved around these animals; there is just the potential for unwanted behaviour if left unsupervised. My dog is everything to me! It's important to me that we move into a pet-friendly home where everyone is comfortable. Tama is very friendly and social with medium/large dogs, cats, and other people. He appreciates any attention he can get. As for other housing criteria, I'm very flexible. Just let me know what works for you!
