Beautiful Stanwell Tops, Amazing View. Just over a 5mins drive south from Waterfall in the most amazing National park. The house is a 55 mins commute to Sydney CBD (47 min train ride to central) and 5 mins drive to Coles and the Helensburgh shopping district. Under 5 mins drive will get you to Stanwell Park beach and Bald hill. 10 mins will get you to Sea Cliff bridge, Scarborough Hotel and Otford walking trails (the famous Coast track: Bundeena to Otford). All top quality places to enjoy life. Would suit someone looking for the quieter side of life and wants to take advantage of the surrounding beaches and hiking tracks. You will need a car to live here as the train station is a 20 min walk down the escarpment and during rain or night time this could be a problem.
Lovely newly renovated, heritage listed home backing onto the Royal National Park, close to the train station at Waterfall. Terrific for bushwalking and in summer the beaches are close by and some great swimming holes. The yard is a good size for BBQs and during winter we enjoy the fire pit and a glass of wine with friends. We are only 4 houses in the street with very friendly neighbours.

Location: Located 6-7min walk from Sutherland station/buses and ample on street parking. Few minutes walk from the leisure centre, Coles/IGA and shops. Also very close to Miranda Westfield, beach/river, national parks etc so lots to do around here. Big, bright ground floor flat surrounded by gardens in a secure building and safe area. Our Housemate: - Must be working full time and not on Centrelink. Must be able to pay bills ON TIME every fortnight. Must be able to show proof of employment. - A quiet, friendly and tidy housemate (sorry, no couples- not ideal with one bathroom). - We expect the room to be cleaned regularly and for the housemate to clean up any messes they make. We share cleaning supplies and the vacuum so we expect you to make use of them.
The house has a beautiful outlook overlooking the Woronora river and is only 10 minutes by bus to the Sutherland train station or 20 minutes if you walk. You get your own bathroom and two large living rooms to share. The house is made of western red cedar and feels a little like a ski lodge. The kitchen has a large fridge and the laundry has top loader and dryer. If you wanted to rent the house entirely it would be $400.00 per week for two rooms, kitchen, laundry, two living areas and two bathrooms.
