🏡 Seeking a sunny and serene master or ensuite room. I am a 27 years old high school teacher. I don’t have pets, car, or disruptive habits. I do have an electric scooter I use for commute. I am easy-going and respectful of others' privacy. I don’t mind a chat from time to time, but I also keep to myself. I want home to be where I relax not a place of noise without considering other people. I have been a renter for years and have never had issues with other tenants whether it was on a lease contract or direct renting. I make sure things are put back and clean, and chores are done. My budget is up to $350 per week (preferably including bills) for a sunny master or ensuite room, which should be east or southern facing. I would prefer if the room is not adjacent to another bedroom. I have my own furniture for the living room but it is flexible. I would like it to be on a quiet street and a well-maintained home. My partner lives in Ballarat, and we spend every weekend together either with me or I go to his place. Move-in date is late July. I can commit to at least 6 months or longer but will always communicate and give time if I ever need to move out.

I study mental health and will graduate later this year. I'm a non-drinker but don't mind if others drink at home. I won't have guests over very often as I enjoy quieter times in the evenings.
