My name is Steph, I'm a 23-year-old from Canberra and I'm relocating to Sydney in early January for a full-time job at a restaurant in Waterloo. I'm looking for a sharehouse that I can call home. I'm an enthusiastic, warm, relaxed and adventurous person, and I look to share my space with people who share similar tendencies. I'm a pretty active person. I enjoy being outdoors, gardening, hiking, swimming and the like. I enjoy spending time at home, cooking meals and maybe a touch of gardening (space permitting). I do however work hospitality so I spend a lot of time at work, often finishing late. I’ve lived in share houses for 8 years so far, and think I’m well versed in housemate etiquette. I’m big on open communication and respect boundaries. I enjoy being at home and cultivating those nice warm home vibes with my housemates. I look forward to meeting you x

Hello everyone, here emanuele from Italy! I'm an architect, and I'll move to Sydney for professional and study reasons. I'm very sociable, friendly and respectful, I love tranquility and sport, I spend a little time at home, because I prefer to work in my spare time. I look for clean, serious and tidy housemates. I'm looking for a private room in the city (or somewhere near the central station, easy to walk) preferably with a double bed and its own bathroom, but if the place is nice and well located, I can easily overlook this detail.... Available from December 23th. Please do not contact me if the characteristics do not correspond to the requests.
Our room with a super sunny private balcony and en-suite bathroom will be available from Friday the 21st of December (flexible!) Suitable for couples. What we enjoyed most about our room is you have an awesome balcony just to yourself (nice place to chill in the summer), and also a shared backyard! It is a townhouse with a great location: super close to Redfern station and shops and other public transport close by. The house itself is in a good condition and our housemates have all the comforts needed in this day and age. Decent kitchen with plenty of cooking utensils, dishwasher, kitchen appliances, washing machine, furniture, TV etc. We are renting the whole house through a real estate agency and the lease is until May, and if everyone is still happy then the lease can be extended.
