Currently looking for a single ($450 p/w) or couple ($500p/w) to move in, the place is beautiful with sunset facing windows. We all keep it very clean and most importantly, you have your own space to make your own, a private bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The bedroom is furnished but of course you can keep or replace any items you do not need, as well as bring your own furnishings. The TV has Netflix, Chromecast, Stan, Amazon Prime and Foxtel, and our Google Home has Spotify enabled. It is currently furnished with a double bed, as well as bedside table, lamp and plenty of closet space. The apartment has a gym, pool, sauna and parking space all included, as well as 24/7 security and help desk. It is right next to the East Village shopping centre, and is located right on South Dowling St, so driving to the city is a breeze.
I’m a 23 year old gaduate from Ireland moving to Sydney around the 10th December. I'm currently completing farm work in Victoria. I’m pretty outgoing, sociable and considerate. I’m not a messy housemate at all and will keep the place in great shape. I like playing a bit of football and chilling out on the beach any chance I get. I'll be working in the city and will hit the beach and town on weekends. Not in any way weird, messy or anything. I'm looking a 3 or 6 month tenancy, so please don't be contacting me with anything less. Won't be able to view any place before the 10th Dec, but can phone, video call etc or whatever if needs be , leaving it all fairly casual for now to see what turns up.
The apartment is a modern, split level, 2-bedroom apartment. The room advertised is the one upstairs and has its own private bathroom, built in robe and a small balcony. I am in the master/ensuite downstairs, so you'll have your privacy and own space. Please see the floorplan for the size of the room (it can fit a queen bed and a few other furniture items). Kitchen/living space and large balcony is all upstairs. Ducted air conditioning, new kitchen appliances, new TV, couch and armchair are also new. Clothes dryer comes with the property. Looking for a twenties/thirties/forties professional who is considerate, respectful, not a big party person (although what you do outside of the home is your business), pays bills/rent on time, self sufficient/independent, experienced living in shared accommodation, clean and hygienic, enjoys a chat every so often over a glass of wine. If you own a dining table/chairs set, that's a massive bonus as the previous flatmate took it with him. Also, do you have indoor plants? :)

Originally from Ireland, I have been living in Australia 9 years - came over for a year and never left :) I work Monday to Friday as an engineer in Construction (7am-6pm usually) so my weekdays are pretty quiet. I'm an avid gym goer and try get there most weekdays before work. My evenings are spent unwinding after the day watching some Netflix/TV or reading, and cooking dinner. I'm not as much of a social butterfly as i once was on the weekend (getting old!) but i still love to get out and about when i can - drinks and something fun like bowling is a weekend well spent for me. I also love both hiking and coastal walks and try get one in at least once a month. I'm currently in a one bed apartment in Rosebery so looking to stay in this area after falling in love with it when i originally moved in one year ago :) I am looking for a room in either a 2 bed (preferable) or 3 bed unit. I also have a work car which i need a car space for. I have a full house of furniture so I can either furnish the room, or I can sell it all if the room comes furnished. Also, happy to bring along any of my furniture that i will be selling if you need it :) I am open to team-ups, however will not be able to commit to a full one year lease as i believe I will be leaving Sydney in around 9/10 months.
It's a little cottage, but its really cute and great to live in. Very close to the city, transport and facilities. Has a nice large backyard, peaceful outlook and chilled vibe. I've fully furnished it, have a nice massive tv to share, can also share my workroom full of tools if you like. Easy parking nearby too. The bedroom has a queen bed and wardrobe/storage built up high Couples also considered, rent would be $300
QUIET / HOUSE TRAINED / FIFO GUY Hi, I'm full-time employed, work 12 hour days, approximately 5 days on and 5 off. When "off" I usually fly home to the Gold Coast to visit my wife and adult kids. So btw work, sleep, riding my mountain bike and going home.. you probably won't see much of me. When i am around, I'm very sociable, like to eat good food and love a few drinks. I'm also quiet, respectful and enjoy cooking. I'm not OCD but do like to keep things clean. I've lived at Waterloo with my current flat mate for nearly a year. I'm looking for somewhere new as his girl friend is moving in.. and they need all the space they can get. I'm on contract at work until April, however am expecting to have that extended. Let me know if you think I'll suit the space and we can make a time to meet. Cheers Neil
Hey friends, I'm looking for a cosy house to move into early-mid January. I'm in my final year of uni and also work part time so I'm pretty busy and won't be a lounge lizard all the time. I'm mature, clean and not a party animal but still would love to socialise and make friends with my housemates. I love to get out and go to the beach, have coffee and exercise. I'm really chill and also have a bit of extra furniture to offer if we need it. I've lived in sharehouses for a while now so pretty much know the drill and am just looking for a decent room in a decent place with some decent people :) Looking forward to hearing from you
