Hi my name is James, I work in HR and am studying my masters of physiotherapy. I am a friendly and clean person who is out going and down to earth. I am very much into health and fitness and love raquet sports (especially tennis). I also love playing video games (have a ps4) and watching movies.
Working as a Software Engineer in CBD. Pretty busy person overall. Love meeting new people. Find high value in a clean home. Love to cook, and pretty good at it. Looking for a fun but low drama household. About me: I spend a lot of time with work, friends, and my church. Love CrossFit, the beach, climbing, and road trips with my beloved truck. I'm from California, been here ~2 years now. Loving life. Looking for a modern place with parking for my car, with a decent public transportation commute to CBD where I work. Hopefully also close to a good grocery store as I like to cook and eat healthy.
Hi there! We’re looking for a quiet, easy-going and reliable housemate to join our home in Waterloo. Your room is an unfurnished spacious double room with a built in wardrobe with plenty of storage (including mirror), built-in air-conditioning and a window looking out over the balcony. We have the following appliances in our apartment for your use: fridge, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and built-in ducted air-conditioning. We also have a storage cage downstairs in the carpark. Our apartment is part of the ARIA development, so it’s fully secured with swipe card access and security – but we live on the upper ground floor. We have access to a gym and pool too. We have an large and partially covered balcony, so thankfully you can use the balcony and clothes will dry even when raining if you don't want to use the dryer. It is beautiful to enjoy when the weather is nice. Our location is very convenient: the bus to the city is literally two minutes from our front door, comes every five minutes, and takes you direct to the city in less than 15 minutes. If you’re a bike person, there are dedicated bike paths that go through Surry Hills right to the harbour or the city, and ones that go in the other direction to Redfern and Newtown. We have secure bike parking downstairs. You can walk to Surry Hills , and we’re just around the corner from Redfern Oval or Moore Park, and not too far from Centennial Park. We have a Coles and Aldi 200 metres from our place, just past the pool. There are also many great restaurants and cafes nearby.

Hey There, I’m looking for a fabulous roomie to share my new apartment in Waterloo – sorry fellas this one’s for the ladies only. I’ll be moving into the apartment on 5th May so ideally I would like someone who can move in as close to 7th May as possible. Here is the lowdown: The Room: This is the master bedroom which is a generous size (will fit a queen bed) and has a large sized built in wardrobe, so no need to worry about bringing your own. Your room also has its very own spacious ensuite with walk in shower. There is also the option to take the security car space with your room if you wish (see prices below) The Apartment: This is a wonderful 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment located on the 6th floor of the Tiara building with a wonderful East facing park view in Waterloo. Open plan kitchen with gas cooking (which you’ll appreciate if you like to cook). Super spacious living and dining area which flows onto a generous sized balcony – perfect for those evening drinks! There is also an internal laundry with washer and dryer. As I’m only moving in on 5th May, unfortunately I don’t have any pictures of furniture etc. to show you yet (the photo attached that appears to have furniture is of another apartment in the building with the exact same floor plan) – however rest assured it will be fully furnished very tastefully as I have just a teeny tiny obsession with homewares :) The kitchen will also be completely stocked with everything for you to use including cookware, cutlery, appliances etc. The Building: The Tiara is a security building with lift access and has a pool, gym, and sauna – all totally free for tenants. The Location: This location seriously can’t be beaten! Set in the heart of Danks Street village - Sydney's most dynamic inner-city precinct, with renowned cafes, delis and eateries at the doorstep (super close to Kepos Street Kitchen – one of my personal favourites for breakfast). This location offers a vibrant urban lifestyle with close proximity to the Eastern beaches and CBD - but just far enough out of the city to make you feel like you’re escaping the hustle and bustle at the end of the day. Coles and Aldi supermarkets located just downstairs which is super convenient for doing your groceries. Just 15 minutes’ walk to Green Square Station and you have the M20, 301 and 303 bus routes all pretty much at your doorstep which take you straight into the CBD in less than 30 minutes. Also only a 40 minute walk into the center of the CBD if you enjoy walking.

Excellent ground floor apartment with covered outdoor entertainment area and large court yard with a private courtyard off the open room. You will only have one roommate as opposed to 2 or 3 or 4 like most of the apartments listed on here for the same price, and I am hardly ever home so essentially you will have the place to yourself most of the time, which is always a bonus! Apartment includes dishwasher, gas stove, oven, small box storage area, hidden fridge compartment, and deep sink in laundry closet with internal laundry facilities. You will have your own large bathroom. Plenty of street parking day or night and one car space available. Outdoor pool set in the middle of the secure complex. Unbeatable location with Green Square station a 6 minute walk away, frequent bus to the CBD is half a block away, Uber from a night out in Kings Cross/Rocks is about $10.

Hey There! Looking for a room to move into end of May / Early June! I am Australian born and raised. Working full time in Sydney's CBD for a multinational commodities corporation. I consider myself as a friendly and approachable girl who likes to cook vegetarian meals and spend copious amounts of time in bed watching TV shows. I am meticulously clean and quiet. Love to have a chat but respect people's space and time! Looking to move in with like-minded people :)
Tea-aholic who loves animals, discovering new bars, live music, interior design, whisky tastings, travel adventures and hiking. Extroverted, friendly and relatively clean but respectful of boundaries. Happy to make you a cuppa tea every morning. If you put up with my sugar addiction I promise I'll share! I study at uni and work three jobs so I'm one busy gal. I do have a lovely 10yr old Pomeranian called Marley. Ideally, I'd love to keep her around with me. She's my princess! However, I can keep her with family.
I'm a 23 year old Film-maker moving from Geelong up to Sydney for a Full-Time cinematography position. Outdoors guy, love shooting surf photography, international travel, snowboarding and gym training. Very laid back, fun, clean and tidy. Working 9-5 in Sydney. Often overseas or travelling for extended time for work. Feel free to shoot me a message and we can see if it works out :)
I am nice, friendly, a big animal lover and respect the privacy of others. I work at Citibank in the CBD. I also enjoy eating healthy, going gym, watching TV shows and playing video games occasionally. I am a non smoker and would be hardly home (busy work schedule and gym during spare time). Flexible around move dates, and keen to also try teamup
Full-time working professional (corporate lawyer), who works in the city (can involve long-hours). Am looking for a place relatively close to the city, to share with a clean, tidy and considerate working professional. I'm not a partier, and tend to lead an active lifestyle. Due to work, weekends tend to be quiet for me, and I enjoy just using them to relax and unwind. Anything else, please ask.
young couple late 20s and early 30s, both working full time, looking for a 2 bed apartment to lease and share with another couple. Easy going and very quiet during the week, enjoy the gym and cooking. At the weekends enjoy going to the beach and going out for some drinks with friends
My name is Christina and I'm 26 years old relocating from Perth to try something new. I work full time, 9-5 job in the CBD and I would love to live in Inner West Sydney or closest to CBD. I am looking for a room in a cool place with easy access to public transport, near shops and nice vibe in the area. I am on monthly salary and just wondering if I could have monthly rent. I don't mind every fortnight but see if I could have any flexibility that would be awesome. I used to rent houses in Perth so, I know how to respect the property and I have clean and tidy nature. I love to explore, hanging out, listening to music and watch Netflix at home. If you think I would be eligible to be your future housemate, let me know :)
