I’m a 28 year old gay male, currently working part-time as a dog walker and studying spatial design part-time at UTS. I’m looking for a place where I can sign onto a lease. I am looking for a place I can begin renting over the next few weeks. I’m fairly happy keeping to myself whilst being social at times, and like to keep things neat and tidy. Ideally I’m looking for a home where I can become friends with who I’m living with, but still have my own space in my room. I love to cook, and live a fairly quiet lifestyle in that I’m not out partying and don’t have house parties. I prefer catching up over meals and a few drinks, nothing too big. Living with me is Frankie, my 3 year old dog who I have trained to be a medical assistance dog. She's an awesome dog with a big personality. She goes to uni and work with me, and I'm crate training her so she'll happily settle in a new house. She also loves other dogs.
We're from Wollongong.. I'm 21 and my boyfriend, Jack, is 22. I just graduated uni at the end of last year and am looking at going back to study in sydney this year. Jack has also finished his undergrad and is going back to study at Usyd. We're not massive party animals, but we do enjoy a bev or two with mates. We like to go for adventures and activities. We like to keep things pretty clean in shared living spaces.

Easy going guy who works as a landscaper in the eastern suburbs. Looking for a granny flat or to share a non party house with 1-2 others
We are a group of three students and working professionals (22-23) who have just secured a great terrace house in walking distance to Redfern station, Danks Street eateries and galleries, East Village Shopping Centre and Green Square town centre. I will be working in North Sydney until July and will not be moving in until then. The other two girls, one working at Citibank and the other studying Medicine at UNSW and doing prac work at St Vincents Hospital, will be moving in on Wednesday the 25th Jan. We are looking for someone to take the spare room until July. The master bedroom is situated upstairs and comes with a large built in wardrobe, a 4 piece ensuite and a spacious private deck (see photo).
Hello! My name is Kam recently just moved to Sydney from Melbourne looking for a new change. Current;y stay with family but do need to move out at some point..... I am clean, easy going and open minded.
Hi, Just finished my fieldwork here in Sydney for my master's thesis in social anthropology and am about to do a little trip to celebrate! As the girl I rent my current room from need to have her room back I need to find a new place to stay when I come back by the end of February. Will be in Sydney until 26/1 so could always come by and introduce myself before then. A little bit about me: I am 32 years old and from Sweden. I have a lot of interest but some of them are health, art (both creating and enjoying other's), music, photography and travelling. Love spending time with friends but also enjoy my space. I am trustworthy, respectful, independent, open minded and easy going. Also vegan but have no problem living with someone who is not.
Hi, we're from Poland and we're both in our early 30's. We love sport and we like to spend our leisure time actively. I (Justyna) study and work part-time and Michał works full time as a personal trainer. We're not party animals, however we're sociable and easygoing people, who enjoy a good conversation, watching movies and playing board-games. We're quite busy during a week, so we need space to relax. We're looking for a place, which we call out home, not only a place to sleep. We're responsible and reliable flatmates. We respect other's privacy ,but don't mind having a good time together. We like clean environment as well...
French student looking for a accomodation in Sydney. My university is in Surry hills. French is my native language, but I have also a good level in English (12 months of exchange student in High School) and I speak a little bit of Spanish. I love read, watch series and shopping. I like hang out and drink (not to much) but also stay home and enjoy quiet night. I am nice and funny girl, who like cooking. I love laugh, talk and meet new people. I am very clean and respectful people, who understand that there are rules or requirements to share a home with other people. I also respect the privacy of others people and I always pay my rent in time.
About me: I'm a young professional in his 30s who works as a software engineer. In the evenings I like to go for a run, read, watch tv or a movie, or just relaxing with a glass of wine. I speak three languages and I am keen to learn more.
Looking for a great flatmate to move into this fabulous apartment! About the apartment: the apartment is fully furnished, and the room comes with a large built-in wardrobe with drawer space. You'll also have your own bathroom, which is very spacious. The apartment has a European laundry setup, aircon, and within the building there is a gym and pool. I also have NBN internet access here and Netflix :) About the location: excellent location, right next door to Aldi and Coles, a local doctor and plenty of restaurants and eating places. Bus stop is right across the road, and is only a 15minute bus ride into the CBD (I commute to the CBD everyday and it's a breeze). 5 minute walk to Crown street, 10 minute walk to East Village shopping centre. About me: I'm a 30 y.o. female, professional who works in the CBD, and likes to socialise. I like to keep the place clean, but I wouldn't class myself as a neat freak per se. Looking for someone that I can chill and have a glass of wine with - but is OK with allowing some personal space (we all need it!). Look forward to hearing from you :)
I am a cardiologist moving back to Sydney to work at St Vincent's Hospital in February 2017. I like to live in a clean and tidy home and hope to find a flatmate who shares these ideals! I want somewhere furnished with a private bathroom near St Vincent's Hospital, or with good public transport links. I am from Malaysia, but have lived in Auckland, London, Melbourne and Sydney since my time at university. Most of my effort is committed to work and study, but I do enjoy good food and wine, especially with good company.
Hey guys, I'm an open minded and fun person. But also very tidy and organized. I have 5+ years of experience in living in flatshares and enjoyed it a lot. Therefore I know when to give space and privacy. Because I work for a German company that sent me here for 6 months (maybe longer) I tend to be a little quiet during the week. But on the weekends I like to socialise, do sports or explore the city. I'm looking for my own place or a great flatshare that has no problem with me having guests that are visiting from Germany once or twice. The room has to be furnished. Also ideally the place is close to a train station because my office is in Rhodes. Hope to hear from you guys, Max
Hi I am looking to share or team up with another who is in their 30s or 40s. I work in North Sydney full time. I love animals but don't have any. I am currently living in a 1 bdr at the moment , but hoping to save money as well as socialise with a new housemate. I am social but also enjoy my own quiet time. I do have my own furniture, but happy to put my stuff in storage, if I find the right place, that is fully furnished. I love a nice wine in the afternoon, and hopefully enjoy one with good company. I am not much of a cook, but when I do I am respectful and clean. Would really love to find some housemates that areally friendly, social, respectful and clean. I have listed a number of areas that would suit where I prefer to live, but as long as the area is easy and not far by transport to North Sydney, another area could also suit.
Hey Hey! So i just moved back to Australia from New York. Currently crashing with my parents in Kirribilli and I'm dying to move closer to the city and to a younger area. The silence in the suburbs is killing me compared to the manhattan lifestyle I've become used to! I'm 31, male, very neat, almost OCD in that aspect. I'm generally quiet, i like to be friends with whomever i live with but i also like my privacy at times. I'm into fitness, seeing friends and being social but my party days are long behind me! I do have a little ragdoll cat named Henry who would love to live in an apartment with friendly people, he adores human company although prefers to be left alone. He will always be near you and will come to you when he wants a good patting. He barely makes a noise and is so charming, is used to dogs so no problem if you have a pet. I hope to hear from you soon!
Hey, I'm Raphael, 22 and from Luxemburg. I'm a tidy and respectful person and I really enjoy having a good chat and having fun but i also need some chill times. I will be working full-time in a research center in central Sydney during my 6 month stay.
I'm a 23 year-old student doing design and working part time. I love design :). I need a single room for at least 6 month soon, starting from around 31st January 2017. I'm not a smoker and I only drink occasionally. I always respect other people's space and would like to keep public space clean when living with other people. I'm OK with people who smoke as long as they smoke at reasonable places. I am very independent and can be quite busy sometimes due to work and school. But of course I always hang out with roomies and spend time to enrich our living experience. I'm passionate about all creative industries and am open to people with different views and interests. I currently work and practice in architecture and design related fields and also do sculpture in my free time. I need a place to stay for at least 6 month soon, starting from around 31st January 2017. Please let me know if you have a room available or would like to share an apartment with me. :)
Great complex - there is a pool, sauna and gym provided. It is a 2 minute walk to Coles, Aldi, vintage cellars, chicken shop etc, 5 minute walk to the bus stop or 20 minute walk to central. It's right near Moore park and within a quiet area. There is also a small grassed area across the road for picnics or reading.
South African - Australian. Just moved to Sydney to finish off my studies (Marketing) after teaching English is Asia for a year. Friendly, really easy going and reliable flatmate. I love to travel, drink coffee, occasionally yoga and bake! Looking to rent ASAP as studies start next week.
Local easy going couple (27 &33yo) seeking suitable like- minded accomodation. Generally up for a vino & a chat though we are tidy and respectful of communal areas. Both keen on fitness, outdoors lifestyle & work/ life balance.
I am a respectful flatmate, non-smoker, clean and easy to live with looking for like minded people. I enjoy sport, exercising, reading and meeting new people. I work in Education and usually spend Monday to Friday trying to keep fit while socialising with friends on the weekend.
My name is Joana. My friends and I are currently moving out of our flat but there is a gap of 2 weeks between the day we have to leave and the start of the new flat lease. We need a place to stay for short-term during this time. We are 3 clean and friendly girls (28, 24 and 23 years old) and would be happy to negotiate a fair price for both sides!

Heya! Firstly, thanks for having a look at my listing. I appreciate the time, we all have busy lives after all. A bit about me so you can see if we are on the same level. My name's Jordan. I'm 26 and I work full time in hospitality and advertising. I'm currently working with Huberts so....potential discounts at all the best bars. I have all the hobbies. I used to sing professionally but now it's all about that salsa and learning spanish. I'm quite busy with friends and work so I'm usually out of the house but I like having an awesome home environment to come back to. I'm moving because whilst I love where I'm at I want somewhere that's more central and closer to where I work. I'm looking for some awesome flat mates who know how to human and have a great vibe. I figure that if you have a bit of social acuity all the other stuff like respecting personal space, cleaning after yourself, communicating, etc, all come pretty naturally. For me, I want to live in an awesome place because it makes a huge difference looking forward to going home at the end of the day. Don't hesitate to shoot me a message if you feel like this is something that could work.
Hey! I'm a 22 year old Aussie who's been living in France for 6 years. I just landed a full-time job in Sydney so here I am back again! I cook up a storm (but always clean up afterwards) and love to have the occasional beer at the end of the day with flatmates but other than that I'm generally not intrusive, and I'm very well organised and clean. In my down time I'm usually out exploring the town and taking photos, cooking/eating, watching movies/TV series or reading. I've recently (very recently) taken up running and wouldn't mind a gym partner! I also love meeting new people and just hanging out. Though I'll always respect your privacy, I'm really keen to make some friends, and I'm not just looking for a place to crash at night. As I'll be working full-time I'm not looking for a place that's loud during the week but the occasional weekend party/chill would suit me! I love animals, if you have a pet that's a bonus!
Waterloo sunny two levels apartment one spacious bedroom + own bathroom (upstairs) looking for one to move in on 23 Jan 2017 $360pw, 4weeks bond + $100 key deposit, all bills included. Whole house is fully furnished with all brand new furniture. Walking distance to Taylors College, 2mins walk to buses to city, UTS, USYD etc. Close to East village, Coles, Aldi and shopping center. Huge swimming pool and gym downstairs. Message me for an inspection today!
Hey, i'm Eric and i'm currently working full time at St Peters as a project manager. A bit about myself, I like cooking and playing some sports in the weekend. I'm pretty easy-going with stuff, thus get a long with people pretty good. I'm looking for a nice clean one room or master room to live, and closer to my work place.
I'm a doctor working at St Vincent's (from Feb) but mostly office hours with the occasional weekend on call and VERY occasional evening or night shift. I'm British but have permanent residency in Australia and looking to get my citizenship when I can (2019!). I tend to listen to music (everything bar RnB/hip hop & drum 'n' bass) more than watch TV & I have decks at home for pretending to be a DJ, but wouldn't use them while you're home. When I do watch TV, it's the news, politics and docos on the ABC or SBS or on-semand stuff from Stan. Happy to also sit and watch a film together with a bottle of wine in the evening. I like to cook and would be happy to share meals, although I'm veggie so equally happy to do my own thing. I also love to entertain, either dinner or a bigger group for drinks. If you wanted to have a houseparty I could be convinced, but only for special occasions! I like to have the odd big night out, although this tends to just be on the long weekends and generally on the scene, although I am trying to find what else gay Sydney has to offer (recommendations welcome!) I'm looking to get a house rather than an apartment and I will be getting a dog so please don't waste your time if that's a no-go for you!
Me and Matt work full time, love good food, and enjoy to unwind with a few beers. I like a good book and matt likes to play FIFA until his thumbs are sore. We both go to the gym and have relatively healthy/active lifestyles. We are EXTREMELY clean.. more so matt - he has OCD but doesn't admit it. Apart from that we are a laid back couple, up for a laugh and a good cuppa tea.
Hi I'm Lucy and I'm looking for a bright happy room of my own in a home with some friendly housemates. I'm 32, a full-time student and freelance graphic designer. I like to read, watch movies and shows, cook and do yoga. Weekends I'm usually working or doing homework, catching up with friends or just enjoying home time. I love to travel and do so as much as possible, enjoy a laugh and a beer. Please note: I am NOT interested in shared rooms.
Hi There, I'm 28 and I work full-time for a high end Italian design company. I'm really quite and clean, and I would expect the same from the flatmate. I like cooking and sharing a meal with a glass of wine/beer with flatmate. I think this little moments makes you feel home. But I do like having my personal space, as I will respect yours. During the week end I usually go to the beach and catch up with friends for dinner and drinks somewhere. Love travelling, when I have the chance I just jump on the car for a road trip or an plane to explore Australia.
