I’m respectful, honest and tidy. I was brought up in a well mannered, kind and respectful family . Originally from the UK, I have lived in Sydney for about 15 years and I am familiar with the city and call it home. I go to study 3 days a week and work part-time but earn good money. I have my own furniture if needed and a car. I am happy to socialise as well as be mindful of others space, peace and quiet. I always tidy up after myself and add great value to any household :)
I work as an accountant in Alexandria on McEvoy street and currently studying CPA Program as well. I like to relax on weekends with some cycling, brunch at local cafes, binge watching YouTube and finally some exercise in the gym. I'm looking to for a home near Alexandria, currently living in Newington (Sydney Olympic Park) bit far from work. I'm neat, tidy, non-smoker and active guy who pays rent on time. If you have a place to share, let me know, I will be keen to have a look at your place.
Design architect, quiet, straight, mature, friendly, and reliable. Have been renting for the past few years, have seen and experienced all kinds of things, been a housemate, landlord, caretaker myself. If you can read this, then I'm still looking! Have a 2.4m long table, so it needs to go somewhere :( If the room is a 3x3, the table will effectively use up 50% of that space, fyi. Also have 2 x corner chairs and a car. Don't need to be furnished. Speaks Mandarin and Malay and some other useless dialects too. Career driven, I'm always busy with something work related. I'm also flexible with the location, as long as it is not too far away from public transport.
Hey roomie! I am looking for a house I don't only have a place to sleep, also a place I can hang out with my friends/housemates, be creative, socialize, etc. I am a really easy going person, I respect my housemates/neighbours, I am tidy and I love to cook for other people. I am working full time in hospitality, which I love. And besides that I like to dance, do new things or just chill out with friends.
Hi :) I'm looking for a long-term room for LGBT and poly-friendly households. Preferably nice humans who get along and socialise a little. I work full-time so out of the house 8am-5pm most week days.
I am a clean and organised person, looking for a decent sized room in a suburb close to the city and close to a train station. I would prefer to only live with females. I have a warm and calm personality, am very respectful to others and their space, and appreciate it in return. I work full time in the events and music industry, so I'm a busy person who works irregular hours at times. I love my quiet down time and can be introverted after a long day at work, but also love a great chat (or drink) with friendly people. Looking to move out of home for the first time, so I can grow as a person and gain some independence. I am flexible with move dates as I am not pressured for time. I don't have a dog myself, but I love animals! Ideally, I'd love a large room to fit my piano keyboard in (don’t worry, I will always practice with headphones on), and my own bathroom if possible :)
Professional, non smoking female relocating to Sydney from Melbourne for work. I’m easy going and looking for a friendly place to build a home where I would feel comfortable enough having friends over for the occasional infrequent dinner. I’m not a party animal but don’t want to just sit in a room by myself either. Something in the middle would be perfect. I work in the travel industry and am out quite frequently during the week due to work commitments. I’m really excited about this move to Sydney and hoping to find the perfect base to start this new journey from.
Hello! We are a chilean couple on our second Working holiday visa in Australia looking for a quit clean and tidy place to call home. I’m 29 years old and Pablo is 30. We are both working, are really quite, hard workers and we like to cook when we have the time. Also love to watch movies and series on our time off. We are really respectful of others space and like to keep our place clean and tidy. We also like to have a chat or may be a drink with our roomies from time to time.
We have one bed available in a double room in our lovely flat. We are looking for someone friendly, clean and tidy (most important!), that can stay long term. You'll be sharing with a Colombian guy. The flat is in Waterloo: -Reach the city in 15min -12 min walking to the train station -Room with balcony -Coles and Aldi at the corner -Pool area and gym included -Dryer and washing machine inside the flat -Internet and water included in the rent -Just 200 per week
A charming heritage-listed terrace with kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet and laundry renovated in recent years. Although on a main street, it is surprising peaceful inside and at the rear. It is nestled in a neighbourhood dotted with parks and recreational spaces, and only a stone's throw from all of Waterloo's and Alexandria's great boutiques and eateries. All four major supermarkets are a walking distance away (IGA and Woolworths 600m. Coles and Aldi 800m) Only 3km away from the city centre with a bus stop right at door step, 850m from Green Square station and 1.4km from Redfern station. It is a great base from which to experience all that Sydney has to offer. The house is fully furnished and equipped with ADSL2+ internet. The main bathroom and extra toilet is shared. But I run to a later schedule and don't shower in the morning so there should be no issues around queuing for the bathroom before work. The room I'm renting out is 3.1x3.7m furnished with a Queen bed, large wardrobe and reverse cycle air conditioner (linen can also be provided). More furniture can be arranged if needed. There is a 3rd bedroom furnished but I'm keeping it free for family or friends to use when they stay occasionally. You can use it occasionally as a study if you need a quiet space to work in aside from your room. I'm looking to rent the one bedroom out at $450/wk to a couple (+$30/wk for bills). Ideally a couple who are in Sydney short term or a couple who are newly located to Sydney needing a room whilst looking for a permanent place. However I'm open to one person renting the room at $330/wk (+$20/wk for bills) if the person is a great fit for me and my greyhound. There is on-street parking available in front of the house, but it is a clear-way 4-6pm on weekdays; otherwise there is no time restriction.
I’m Laura, 28 from Yorkshire in England I work full time for a Ford dealership selling cars, I do have a house rabbit so I am looking for a room with people who are cool with that :) and one with my own balcony or an outdoor space. She’s makes no mess no smell and she’s the cutest. I work a lot and I’m usually out with friends most of my spare time. Love a glass of red wine on an evening and trips out of Sydney. I do have a company car however parking is not a drama if there’s a street nearby I can get parked on. I’m clean respectful and friendly moving from Coogee due to a recent break up :) x
Hello, we are a friendly and clean couple working full time. We are looking for a place to stay at least around 2 months with 1 couple or 2 girl but not party house or too much people. Happy to share a drink and make friends but we also like our privacy. Loooking forward to hear you back Thanks
Hi there, I'm looking for a nice place I can call home - My move in date is flexible as I'm willing to wait for the right place. A little bit about me, I'm gay and currently working as a "Business Developer Manager" in a couple of venues in Darlinghurst - I basically take care of the businesses and anything they need. I also started my own business importing alcohol but I've had it pretty forgotten this year so my New Year's resolution is to definitely give it more time. I'm originally from Mexico, but i've been in Australia for 5 years and getting my citizenship hopefully this year. I love to be clean, not Nazi clean but I like to think that I have common sense, i.e. I don't leave my stuff in common areas nor my dirty dishes. I take the garbage out and just basically do all the duties we should all understand but not many people do :).
I'm from Japan currently studying Hospitality at college. Looking for a place to stay for a long term. I'm chill, organized and health conscious. I'm mostly out during the daytime for work and study, otherwise you will see me chilling on my yoga mat.
Hello, my name is Fred, I'm 21 years old and I'm a student at the University of Sydney, studying commerce. I also work part time for a heritage architect and I am a live saver at Bondi. I really enjoy the beach, most sports and the outdoors. I'm generally a social, clean person, keen for like-minded people in a sharehouse. Thanks!
Hi! We are a couple from Norway. I, Julie, am studying international marketing at UTS, and Leif is here on working holiday. We like to go to the beach, work out, try new restaurants and spend time with friends. We are easy going, clean and quiet, and we are looking for someone who are the same.
This beautifully appointed two bedroom Meriton apartment sprawls over a massive 155m2. Boasting two large balconies (East and West) allows the sun to fill the entire apartment throughout the day, opening both balconies gives a welcoming breeze in warmer weather. The apartment is virtually split down the middle with each side enjoying air-conditioned bedrooms, bathroom, balcony and air-conditioned entertaining area. Looking for someone long term (flatmate leaving after almost two years to move out with his partner) The kitchen (and laundry) is pretty much all you share! Available for rent is one bedroom + large double mirrored wardrobe. Double glass sliding doors open onto a large balcony, which also connects to the dining area. Main bathroom is exclusively yours =) Sharing with only one professional who's also been long term flatmate. Conveniently located to Sydney CBD, public transport, Eastern Beach`s. Forget paying gym membership with free access to the gymnasium, pool / spa and sauna included in rent. And the 24hr Meriton Security is another luxury to appreciate. One parking space is available in the secured car park at $50 per week.
I love a good chat and am down to earth. I study economics and finance, with a passion in economics. I also enjoy going for runs, concerts and a good wine with friends at a bar is where you will find me on a friday night.
I currently work 2 jobs, Part Time at Grill'd and Casual at Big W. I also do full-time study at SAE Creative Media Institution. I am studying Game Design so needless to say I am a gamer. I also enjoy movies, tv and reading (mostly comics, and the occasional novel). When I'm not doing any of the above I'm hanging with friends. Love to meet new people all the time.
Hey! I am an Indian, coming over to Sydney to pursue a postgraduate coursework at USYD. I've been into Digital Marketing, now a Professional Vedic Astrologer. I love to connect with like-minded people. I am a friendly person, love to have conversations over a cup of tea/coffee or drinks, make new friends, stay happy. Hygiene is of utmost importance to me, I like to keep things neat and tidy. I’m looking for a house with like-minded people around who don’t mind being friendly and connect the chord but also respect space when needed. I look forward to hearing from you!
