My name's Joel, I'm 23 years of age, I currently work doing onsite computer repairs, but am looking to fill up my spare time with either study or more work. I'm well dressed, take pride in having a clean house, ranging from the kitchen, to the bathrooms. Besides what I do for a living, I'm also into fitness, love to cook(I generally make a meal every three hours or so containing meat, with two-three sorts of veggies, happy to make you a plate too from time to time), and love to feed my brain with new information which is relevant to living, whether it's men's fashion, how to fix stuff or even just what the best tools are to clean different rooms. I have a Maltese Shihtzu who is nearly three years old, she's extremely well trained, rarely makes a noise(unless she sees another dog outside through the window during the day), I can't remember the last time she went toilet inside a house. I enjoy being social; having a chat, watching a movie, although I'm terrible at initiating a conversation due to my anxiety, especially with new people, which I'm starting to work on. I rarely have people over, and if I do it'll be someone that I've known for many years. I do smoke cigarettes, which would have to be my only negative that I can think of(I know, it doesn't exactly go with the fitness theme), although strictly outside. Emma(my dog) is very person-friendly, when it comes to other dogs, she's actually quite shy, I think she gets that from me. I've had very poor luck with my last few accommodations, ranging from illegal subletting, housemates not being able to pay rent in full, therefore being evicted, and being told my dog was allowed, then to find out three weeks later that in fact we were hiding it from the landlords. Depending on how things go, I may be interested in staying longer. I'm also looking to team up, to find a a house where we could put our name on the lease, although ideally if I was going to do that, it would preferably be with two other people so we can get a nice modern house. I look forward to hearing from you, to see what opportunities arise next. Yours Truly, Joel

Physicist, teacher, writer -- I work six days a week teaching physics and maths and creating curriculum for mentoring programs. I'm super organised and clean and I like a chill and tidy living space. I'm a gluten-free dairy-free vegetarian that recycles and tries to buy second-hand as often as possible. Hoping to adopt or live with a cat (though I also love dogs). Do not smoke cigarettes, ocassionally have a few drinks and when time permits I love to go dancing. I cook often, I play video games when I have a chance, am a big sci-fi/fantasy fan, and I am a sporadic part-time VJ. I love to be ridiculous whenever possible. Looking for only one other flatmate to live with (I've had my fair share of packed living situations), preferably a cis female or gay male and around the same age as myself as to avoid any dramas that can come about with potential attraction. If you love to have a sit down once in a while and wax philosophic, more the better. =) My favourite things include: dancing under the stars, cats, physics, astronomy, yoga, the ocean, and quality conversation. <3
