I am self sufficient, independent, a good communicator and creative - photographer, writer, creative. I like cooking (Asian predominantly) like clean and tidy (but not OC) enjoy a fitness regime that includes 5-8 kilometer daily walk. Having worked for a long time with a diverse age spectrum I am comfortable with flatmates of any age. i previously lived and worked in Toowoomba. My major interest in addition to the creative endevours is music an interest shared with many musician friends (predominantly in Sydney) My preference is to share with one person / property owner or alternatively team up and lease with one other. I am a non smoker, very occasional drinker and also Taekwondo Black Belt. My television interests are limited to Music, Wild Life, News and Rugby without being fanatical. With qualifications in Art, Education and Photography I have worked across all areas including major magazine and advertising clients, taught in Secondary and Tertiary institutes and spent 16 years in automotive sales.
My name is Ali, I'm 36 and a student. I'm currently obtaining my Diploma in Youth and Community Services. Although I'm not home most times, I do enjoy good company (I love to discuss any topic, controversial or otherwise), cooking and maintaining a light mood all around. Most of all, I take great pride in keeping my immediate living quarters clean and presentable. My current conundrum is that the house I live in will be up for sale and thus, I have to vacate no later than September. Hopefully I'll be in a new home by then :)
Hello, I am looking for a place as a transition point into Melbourne. I have recently applied for mid-year University entrance and I am waiting for an acceptance letter from them. I am a quiet, clean person with a tendency to keep to myself. I enjoy reading, visiting the city and spending time on my computer. I have a cat that I would like to bring with me, however if that is a problem I can leave her behind.
I am working, studying and playing sport full time. I am very easy going, clean around the house and hardly home due to a busy schedule. Looking to move in the next month also.
Hi! My name is Jess and i have been renting for 8 years now (yikes i'm old). I work full time as a nanny and study on weekends. I have a 5 y/o cat Luna who is the love of my life (and will be yours too i'm sure). Have lived in my current house for 4 years but looking to move somewhere a bit newer and with a decent backyard (would love to adopt a dog in the near future). Luna is a fully indoor cat so you would need to be comfortable with her being around 24/7. I love a good netflix session, and trying out random new vegetarian recipes (oh yeah, i'm also vegetarian but don't care if you eat meat). Other than that i think i'm pretty chill to live with. I'm clean (almost obsessively) and like things to stay that way. Not looking for a party house by any means, and not ready to move right away. Ideally looking for the right person to start a new sharehouse with. If that's you, hit me up! Please note: Not looking for a room in an existing house. Looking to team up to start a new house, or ideally live alone

Hi everyone! My roommate and I are looking to replace our current housemate (who moved out today!). The house is fully furnished excepting the bedroom on offer, and is very modern and clean. The is only one ensuite (currently used by my roommate) so main bathroom would be shared with myself. (Actual address is 1 Edinburgh Circuit- but website doesn't recognise it!). Rent is $585 per month, which excludes bills. Bills are received quarterly and would never amount to anything more than $100 a month. No on site parking, however being the corner house means you're able to park in the street bays only metres from the front door. The area has a very country vibe; a quiet running track, small lake, and a surprising number of kangaroos! Happy to answer any questions promptly. Cant wait to hear from you! x
