Hey Guys, well Im Nav, 34, Male, Straight. Presently, I work full-time in Sydney City for Australian Govt and a part time Uni student. I am easy going, friendly, respect for people, clean and tidy and sometimes keep to my own due to work and study commitments. I am looking for the same qualities in my house mates as well and making new friends in life :) What I am looking for is a non-overcrowded place to live in (max 3 people in the house), quiet people with common sense and respect for housemates. If you have this, please drop me a message. Thanks :)
Hi, My name is Jack, I am a 21-year-old dual citizen with full-time employment in the CBD. I'm clean respectful and importantly would like to treat your home as is my home. I will respect your privacy, however, I'm always available for a chat. In my spare time enjoy cooking and getting out and about. I will be looking to move at the end of March, have bond and rent money. I don't have much to move with me just myself and my clothes/personal belongings and a tv. I look forward to hearing from you.
Unfurnished room (3.3 x 2.5m) with built in wardrobe , available in a 2 bedroom security block unit in Waverton. This is a safe location close to the city and North Sydney. 3 minutes walk to Waverton train station, and approx 20 minutes walk to North Sydney. The unit is furnished apart from the room on offer, so all you really require is your own bedroom furnishings. I have most of the major appliances already including : Fridge, microwave, washer, dryer, UHD TV, Weber BBQ, Dyson Vacuum, Dyson Fan/heater, Steam mop....etc. Parking is on street only, however there is always plenty available. The rent does not include utilities (Electricity, Broadband), and we would share these equally. You should allow approx $20 per week for this. My ideal flatmate will be a female, looking for a new home for 1+ years, and who is reliable and sociable. I would prefer to live with a female as I find this dynamic works better, and like living in a clean and organised environment. I am hoping to find someone else who enjoys the same, and who will contribute with their share of household chores. I am not looking for romance, and I don't mind if you have a partner who may like to stay over a few days each week. I am looking for someone with whom I can share the odd meal, with a glass of something, some good conversation, and hope that we could become friends. I have been sharing for ages and enjoy a happy and social environment at home. I like to think that I am fairly normal and well adjusted, although I do hope to become eccentric one day. I enjoy cooking for flatmates, and even more when we can cook together. I am looking for someone who is not going to shut themself off in their room all the time, whilst recognising that we all need this occasionally. I have a very cute/sneaky 15 month old rescue kitty, who has no table manners, and who loves me (but won't admit it). I'm sure she will love you too if you give her nothing but love and affection. The bond is $1000, and the rent is payable monthly in advance. Sorry no couples. I may be able to accept another cat, however this is entirely up to "Mila Kunis". She also has the final say on whether or not you would make a good flattie. If this sounds like you, and you are prepared to commit to daily playtime, and tummy rubs upon request, then please don't hesitate to let us know. Paul (48) and Mila (1.25) :)
We are a professional couple working in the city and Macquarie park. We sold our house in Perth and relocated to Sydney. We are looking for a place that we can call home for 6+ months or more. We are a really easy going, hard working couple who respect others privacy and space. Please feel free to contact us if you feel you may be able to assist with a room in the areas that we are interested in renting. Cheers!

(I have to move by 7th April, and planning to stay for long term. ) I am looking for a place feel life home not just sharing a place. I get along with everyone, meet and adapt well to any surroundings. I don’t smoke, will work fulltime during normal business hours. I don’t mind to share a cleaning schedule if it fits you. I’m looking forward to hear from you. Thanks. Yuna

Hi, my name is Lilli, I am 32 and from Germany. I just arrived in Sydney beginning of Feb and am now looking for a nice Room to call home for the next few months. I work fulltime. I like to socialise and go out and explore or have friends over on the weekends. I do not smoke and am allergic to cats. I like to have it rather quiet and clean and tidy at home, but not completly OCD. Looking for a furnished or at least semi furnished room from mid/end March until sometime around August, shorter period might also work. Preferably anywhere with no more than 30min on public transport into the CBD. Not interested in sharing rooms. Preferabely rent no more than like $ 320/week inc. Looking forward to hearing from you. Cheers, Lilli
I'm A clean and considerate house mate that loves a chat but also likes to spend time by myself. I work full time in the Lower North Shore area and want a room in this area. Available to move ASAP
Heya! I am currently living in Kirribilli, and seeking a room in a household to call my new home in March when my lease ends. I work full time in Urban Planning and have a part time passion project in jewellery design. I love to eat, and in my spare time I love to dance and have a hit of social tennis. I am easy going, clean, respectful of personal space, and looking to live with like minded people. During the week I like to relax and unwind after work, I mostly keep to myself but also love to share a laugh and drink or two with my fellow roomies.
Working full-time in television, so I keep busy with my work. I'm friendly and reliable. On the weekends you can find me outdoors cycling, running and generally enjoying what Sydney has to offer.
I am looking for a furnished room not far from City. I am an accountant, working all day and study CPA in the evening so I prefer to stay in a place that is quiet at the evening and at night. I use my room mostly for studying and sleeping and meet with my friends or do other activities outside my home but I am very happy to meet with new people and have new friends. I don't have any furniture so I am looking for a furnished room . I need an air-condition. In my free time I like hiking.
I am self employed with my own hairdressing salon. I Work 30 hours a week at the salon and another 30 from any beautiful location I can find to inspire me. I am clean/tidy, I like early nights and even earlier mornings. I go to the gym, run, and am currently trying to find a work life balance by including some hobbies (yet to be discovered). I like my own space as well as a chat every now and then.
My name is Hevi, I´m from Germany and I´m doing an exchange semester in Sydney. I know how to take good care of a flat since currently living in my own. I´m a friendly and open-minded girl, I like to cook healthy food, watch movies, read a nice book or go out for drinks or dinner. Looking for students to share a flat with, Preferably females :).
I am a friendly, clean and easy going guy, working full time as technology consultant. Enjoy socialising but also respectful of people’s personal space. I am originally from Mexico but have been in Sydney for the last 6 years. Looking for a place to live, either team up or move into a shared place in Sydney CBD and the surrounds. Feel free to message me with any other questions.
My name is Andrea. I'm 29 years old from Manila, Philippines, and I just recently moved Sydney to start a new full-time job in The Rocks area (I work in Finance in a Big 4 accounting firm). As my first time living in a new country, I'm looking for a welcoming, homey place (preferably fully-furnished private room) with good location (near a train station and bus stops as alternative mode of transport) and easy-going flatmates (tenants only). I initially just had one week to look for a semi-permanent place to stay before my work started so I just took the most decent one I could find that was available right away and I was not really able to take my time and look for somewhere I can settle. I would prefer an initial minimum stay of 3 months, but will hopefully extend if it's the right fit. I'm pretty easy going myself, loves to travel (when I get the time), enjoys bonding over good food and drinks. I value privacy but I prefer if my flatmates can be my friends as well and won't act like complete strangers. Growing up in a family-oriented environment, it will also be nice if the flatmates won't mind a very occasional (read: once or twice a year) visit from a friend or a family member.
Hi everyone! We are a spanish couple looking for a room! We are working full time, we are tidy, easygoing, with positive vibes and we like keeping everything clean. We love coooking at home, watching series and doing some outdoor sport. We would love to find a relaxed home to rest in our free-time with easygoing housemate(s). We hope to hear from you very soon!! Cheers.
I'm a full-time practice manager at an orthodontics practice in North Sydney. Australian born Malaysian, so I loove food ! Love travelling. I clean up after myself. Love creative work and making pottery. I don't really party too much anymore but love to chat over a glass of wine or umeshu!
I am a full time employed engineer in Nth Sydney. I enjoy hanging out with friends, sightseeing & exploring around sydney, the beach, cycling and the occasional round of golf. I am clean & tidy, and respectful of other people within the house. I prefer to come home after work and relax and watch a bit of TV or netflix, always up for a glass of wine and a chat too!
I'm a performing arts professional who works very long hours. When I'm home I love nothing more than a quiet, chill, and clean environment. In fact, I love nothing more than cleaning - it's like adult colouring in or white noise. A chance to relax. Oh yeah. I'm 32 and accordingly don't host massive house parties (see the above section on cleaning). I'm a self-sufficient adult who would love to share a place with others of the same mind. Kindness, diplomacy, respect - those are the things that have made my past flat share experiences so good. Lived with a group of two for a year and not a single raised word or passive aggressive post-it note. How's the serenity.
Hi my names Jodie, I’m from England on a sponsorship visa as a nurse. I do 12 hour shift work nights and day, so not at home at the conventional times. I’m 33, single and looking for a room North of the Bridge, unfurnished and fairly decent size. I’m hoping to find housemates that will become friends, someone I can have a wine with or go to the pub with of an evening, or chill with but respects sometimes you just need a bit of alone time. On my days of I tend to go to the beach, cinema, diners, drinks and sometimes shows. Love reading and seeing new exhibitions. If I sound like your sort of person then drop me a message.
