Hello future flatmate! My name is Catherine, I work full time in book publishing at Allen & Unwin. I'm a pretty quiet, tidy person. I've recently started a new job and am looking to move closer to crows nest reduce my comute time from my current place in Randwick. I'm a massive reader with my own mini library collection that is constantly growing. Looking for a place that will fit accomodate my three bookcases and comfy green reading armchair in the place :) I love to cook, especially sweet treats, and am known to cook for my flatmates at least once a week. Don't mind a glass of wine every now and then, but not a big drinker or into parties. I'm looking for a flatmate who is more of a friend that just someone to live with. I am looking to move early Jan around the 13th but need to lock in a place this week.
Im a 32 yr old builder/Carpenter. I have the best behaved and most-human Staffie (female) who goes to work with me everyday. I understand this could seem like a potential hassle, but can’t stress enough how it’s not and would really appreciate you giving it some thought. As far as the room/house goes, I am really easy. I will take the cheaper option of any available because I am saving for an investment. As far as housemates go, I’m not looking to move into a party-every-weekend kind of sharehouse, however I have no problem with the occasional party or friends over. I am social myself and would much rather a happy and relaxed environment than a sterile one. About myself, I’m very outdoors based. Love camping trips away. Going to friends properties and taking the boat out. I’m also chasing my Private Pilots License as a part-time hobby. I look forward to meeting whoever I’m going to meet in this new chapter!
Large size, fully furnished master bedroom available with built-in and QS bed (firm) (excludes linen), in sunny, airy two bedroom fully furnished apartment. The apartment has polished floors (excluding the bedroom). There is a balcony and great city/harbour views (on-street council permit is also available).
Hi, I have an unfurnished room (3.3 x 2.5m) with a built in wardrobe, available in a 2 bedroom security access unit in Waverton. The picture makes it look small, however it is actually quite decent. I have previously had a double bed, side table, Tall boy, and a fairly large desk and chair in the room. This is a safe location close to the city and North Sydney. 3 minutes walk to Waverton train station, and approx 20 minutes walk to North Sydney. The unit is furnished apart from the room on offer, so all you really require is your own bedroom furnishings. I have most of the major appliances already including : Fridge, microwave, washer, dryer, UHD TV, Weber BBQ, Dyson Vacuum, Dyson Fan, Steam mop....etc. Parking is on street only, however there is always plenty available. Internet is an unlimited NBN 100/40 connection. My ideal flatmate will be a female, looking for a new home for 1+ years, and who is reliable and sociable. I would prefer to live with a female as I find this dynamic works better, and like living in a clean and organised environment. I am hoping to find someone else who enjoys the same, and who will contribute with their share of household chores. I am looking for someone with whom I can share the odd meal, with a glass of something, some good conversation, and hope that we could become friends. I have been sharing for ages and enjoy a happy and social environment at home. I like to think that I am fairly normal and well adjusted, although I do hope to become eccentric one day. I enjoy cooking for flatmates, and even more when we can cook together. I am looking for someone who is not going to shut themself off in their room all the time, whilst recognising that we all need this occasionally. I have a very cute/sneaky 2 year old rescue kitty, who has no table manners, and who loves me (but won't admit it). I'm sure she will love you too if you give her nothing but love and affection. The bond is $1000, and the rent is payable monthly in advance. Sorry no couples. I may be able to accept another cat, however this is entirely up to "Mila Kunis". She also has the final say on whether or not you would make a good flattie, and she is open to bribes :D If this sounds like you, and you are prepared to commit to daily playtime, and tummy rubs upon request, then please don't hesitate to let us know. Paul (49) and Mila (2) :)

After work chances are i'll be out running or at the gym. I am super easy to get along with a love a good chit-chat. Oh, and I clean up after myself. I've done the whole uni stint, graduating in 2017 in both Human Resource Development and Management. Currently living in the Eastern Subs.

I usually try to get out on weekends and overall I'm not home too much, but I would like to host my friends sometimes. Been living in Sydney for a year now. I'm looking to move in early January and would like a fairly long term stay (at least 6 months)

Hey! Looking for a place to call home with some awesome flatmates I can call mates (preference for girls). I’m from Sydney, work the standard 9-5 at North Sydney, go to the gym during the week, enjoy cooking healthy, and like catching up with friends on the weekends for brunch, drinks or outdoor adventures. Bright, bubbly, friendly person who is respectful, tidy and really easy going. Love to socialise, but also enjoy my downtime too :)
Just a normal, clean and tidy, friendly and easy to get on with gal moving back to Sydney after living in NYC. Ideally would love a house with other similar minded women who are down for a chat but happy to have alone time. I work full time in finance and work longish hours. I love a bit of sport (touch footy), a huge fan of F45, and heading out and about with mates. A furnished place would be ideal and I plan on staying for at least 6 months preferably 12.
We are both quiet, clean, and introverted. we are not party people. open to diversity and others of different backgrounds. we usually just keep to ourselves and occassionally have one or two friends over, nothing extreme. no pets or children.

Hi, I'm a 33 year old professional working in the North Sydney area. I'm originally from WA but have been in Sydney for almost 2 years. In my spare time, I try to get to the gym, swim, study and watching NHL. I'm easy going and have experience in share houses. I'm fairly quiet and keep to myself at home but would love a house mate I can be friends with, have a wine or two with and some giggles. I would prefer a room large enough to room a queen bed, bedside tables, and a desk, with ensuite and car park. Open to housemates with well-kept pets My current lease has expired and my move date is 7 January 2019.
Hi! I’m 28 and work as a property manager in the city. I’m a very chilled person who loves all things fitness. Train early and work full time so rarely at home. Wish to move to a more central location to work.
Hi I'm Phoebe. I'm a massage therapist working in Crows Nest. I love the outdoors and enjoy trail running, hiking, surfing. I'm not a partier, but do enjoy a quiet beer evert now and then and some good conversation. I also love music and play a bit of guitar here and there. I'm after a chilled and relaxed house mate, who is clean, tidy, up for a bit of conversation here and there, but also happy just to go about their day to day. If this sounds like we might be a fit, shoot me a message :)
I'm moving from Brisbane to Sydney to work with SBS News as a Cadet Journalist. I'm hired straight out of university, having previously freelanced with Channel 10. I'm on a 12-month contract to start from February 4, working regular full time hours Monday to friday, although my shifts will likely change as breaking news occurs, and I'll be spending stints in Melbourne and Canberra as part of my training. Unsurprisingly, I do watch and consume a lot of news, both national and international. I'm also a big sports fan, really into Cricket and Formula One and always keen to go for a match. I'm also geeky about pop culture, movies, comedy and videogames. I play the drums, piano and guitar (although I'll only be bringing the guitar down from Brisbane). I can sing but will only do it when you're out of the house (unless you don't mind it). Music taste is firmly rooted in Classic Rock. I am hoping to take my car with me (it's a Hyundai i30 wagon with an absurd amount of boot space and would prefer a place with off street parking. A reasonably fast internet connection would be nice as well. I'm a quiet person at home who likes my personal space but am always keen for some conversation at the dining table or in the lounge. All in all, I'm a quiet, chill, gay, christian male who doesn't drink, smoke or swear. Ideally, I'd like someone who shares some of the same interests as me in their 20s who is happy to live with a friendly nerd like me.
Design architect, quiet, straight, mature, friendly, and reliable. Have been renting for the past few years, have seen and experienced all kinds of things, been a housemate, landlord, caretaker myself. If you can read this, then I'm still looking!!! Have a 2.4m long table, so it needs to go somewhere :( If the room is a 3x3, the table will effectively use up 50% of that space, fyi. Also have 2 x corner chairs and a car. Don't need to be furnished. Speaks Mandarin and Malay and some other useless dialects too. Career driven, I'm always busy with something work related. I'm also flexible with the location, as long as it is not too far away from public transport.
I'm a 25 year old medical assistant/beauty therapist working with plastic surgeons in Mosman during the week and off weekends. I'm pretty chilled and quiet but i love to meet new people and socialize. i loveeee cooking and always trying new things. I would ultimately prefer to live with females but open to a mix. Flexible with my moving date (:
I’ve recently graduated from law and business and will be working in Sydney CBD full time starting in February. I’m moving up from Hobart but am originally from Germany. I am clean, fun and outgoing but I like to have my own space. In my spare time (which I probably won’t have too much of) I like to spend time with friends and go to the gym. I’m looking for a clean and tidy flatmate somewhere close to the CBD but will want to have my own space with my own bathroom.
Friendly and chatty British 23 year old, I'm always up for trying new things and meeting new people. I've lived in 5 countries so far (already including Australia from the age of 2-8) and love travelling. I play water polo and run a lot, and am very into music too (my Sydney job is in the music industry!) Just graduated from University. I already have a job for my working holiday sorted so I'll definitely be able to pay the rent!
