Best way to describe myself would be an organised multipotentialite. I am working in Northern Beaches as a physio and trying to start an online business. I wake up early, eat well and I am very active. I love riding bikes, I attempt to dance salsa weekly and I am practicing gymnastics. I clean up after myself and am a bit of a minimalist, so therefore enjoy clean, uncluttered areas :) I am completely respectful of privacy and need my alone time for reading books and work however love outgoing people like myself. Looking for like minded people to share a place with :)
I am a working professional who is neat and tidy. I enjoy cooking and relaxing on the weekends. I am clean and house proud. I have a 7yr old daughter who is well behaved and would visit every second weekend and possibly once or twice during the week if need be. I work in the city 9 - 5, sometimes longer days and weekends too. I am happy to move in with either a male or female, preferably someone who is mature but also easy going. If you have any questions please ask. Thank you.
Down to earth, social, local Sydney finance professional currently studying a Masters of Business Administration. I have a spirit for outdoor adventure and trying new things while also being able to take it easy and kick back and relax. Studying, social activities, the gym and outdoor pursuits keep me fairly busy, however I do enjoy sharing a meal or conversation with like minded house mates. I take pride living in a clean home, respect personal space and enjoy living in a relatively stress free environment.
Hi. It's a decent process trying to find a room or new flatmates. You really want to get all the variables right: location, price, flatmate compatibility, social influence. I just finished an Electrical Apprenticeship; I'll be qualified soon and I want to move into the city. I'm contemplating learning sales or working in a bar before I jump back into the electrical industry, if it all. I'm sort of over it for now. I have a few months annual leave saved up giving me some time to suss out the options. Anyways. I don't enjoy the whole job-as-identity idea. Let's get to the good stuff. I'm all about adventure. Some of my outdoor hobbies of have been surfing, skating, hiking and salsa. This year I want to learn something cool like Krav Maga or parkour. I generally try to get out of the house and be social. I like my music. I don't like top 40, hardstyle or melbourne bounce. I'd be lying if I didn't say I enjoy a good party but I do like to keep them occasional. One of my biggest red flags for housemates is getting sucked into a wormhole of weekly mindless binge drinking. Don't get me wrong I love a few beers but I happily head out to gigs sober. On the flip side of all this I enjoy taking time out to focus, read, plan and ponder. A less adventurous hobby I want to take up this year is writing. I'm a big fan of health, fitness and self-development. To sum things up I'd say I'm focused but chill. If you think we'd get along get in touch. -Adam TLDR; I'm adventurous and introverted. I like learning things.
Hello...it's me* I am a 25 year old business development manager at a global firm based in the Sydney CBD. I travel a lot for work (mostly domestically), so am looking to create a peaceful and modern home with a like-minded 20 or 30-something, professional female. I enjoy trying out new cafes, healthy eating, adding to my book collection, staying in with Netflix, and trying out fun activities like indoor rock-wall climbing. Whilst I love to have conversations over wine and home-cooked dinners, I am also mindful of personal space and cleanliness. I have my own (quite large) fridge, and a brand-spankin' new dinner table with six chairs, plus bedroom furniture. I am happy to share the costs if need be for furnishing a new place. I also have my own car, so would prefer a place that has a car space, or garage, basement parking, etc. You should also know that I come with a 40+ tea collection, but that means lots of homemade matcha pannacotta for you and I. Looking forward to hearing from you :) *I'm sorry, I had to. Big fan of dropping song/TV/movie references everywhere!
I am sociable and enjoy the odd glass of wine during the week. I like to go to the gym after work and keep fit. I also like cooking and would like to live with people we can share the odd meal with. I am 27 years old and from the uk. I did my regional work to extend my visa so currently have 18 months left on my visa. I have just started working in north ryde full time and would like to live near a train line. It would be great to meet up and see how we get on☺️

I'm working full time and looking for a place that I can relax after a long day at work. I'm an easy going person, respectful and like to keep my place clean. I enjoy house chat but I also respect your privacy. I like to go out for dinner and a glass of wine occasionally. I also interested in team up.
I'm looking for somewhere that is central or on the main train routes as I'm working as an admin assistant for NSW transport and so based at Central. I'm currently living with my brother and so the move in day is very flexible. I plan on staying in Sydney till at least March, but don't have set plans for afterwards, so flexible with the length of stay. I was brought up in a family of 10 so know how to respect other people's privacy but also like to socialise. I spend most of my free time being active and doing sports/activities.
A bit about me: I'm 24 years old from Brazil and I've been in Australia since mid 2013. I currently work as a service delivery manager for an IT company in Frenchs Forest, Monday to Friday. I consider myself being a very friendly person, tidy, clean, and love watching some Netflix and movies during the week to relax. Going out for drinks and food every now and then is something I enjoy doing as well! On the weekends i like going to the beach, do some snorkelling and catch up my partner and friends most of the times. Happy to answer any other questions you might have :)
I am a 27yo engineer who has been living in Sydney for a year after relocating from Melbourne. I am a friendly, clean, respectful housemate who is looking for a sharehouse with people of similar interests and social activities in close proximity to the CBD. I have a tendency to work pretty long hours however I am always up for a drink or a weekend activity. On the other hand I do thoroughly enjoy a TV binge session on the couch. I also love my AFL and am always on the lookout for another diehard fan. I am currently in a long term relationship however my partner will be remaining in Melbourne for this year at least. If you think I fit the bill please don't hesitate to contact me and we can arrange an inspection or have a chat. Looking to shift the weekend of the 28th October however would be happy to move earlier if a good fit pops up Cheers, Will
Hi! I am an international student at the university of sydney. I am easygoing and friendly and respect other's privacy. I speak English, Mandarin and a little bit Spanish. I enjoy reading, jogging, watching movies and making new friends. :)
Hi, I'm Kelly and I recently moved to Sydney from the UK. I'm on a working holiday visa and I have a Monday-Friday office job. I'll be in Sydney till the end of January and I'm looking for somewhere to live with laid-back, sociable flatmates. I'm not a party person but I like having a glass of wine and a chat after work. In my spare time I like running, swimming and exploring Sydney :)
It's an awesome house in a great location. As plagiarized from realestate.com: Idyllically positioned in a street steeped in history, this charming 1892 semi is a real surprise package, displaying proportions that are rare in this area. Blessed with dual street access and parking at the rear, it spills across its site offering a private bedroom wing and sprawling open plan indoor and outdoor living. From its whisper quiet cul-de-sac setting it's just moments to the rail, bus and Blues Point Road's fine eateries. - Endearing from the street with its traditional facade and porch - Timber floors, high ceilings, two generous bedrooms, air conditioning - Stepped down sprawling open plan living and dining with fireplace - Large bright modern kitchen with gas cooktop and quality appliances - Bi-folds open to the side courtyard, large and sunny alfresco terrace - Main bathroom with claw foot bath, under house storage, internal laundry
I am 43 and work full time as a nanny in Lane Cove. I have a 10 year old, house trained, gentle and sweet male french bulldog. He is an indoor dog and sleeps in my room with me. He comes to work with me most days. I work 12 hour days so on weekends I like to relax. I take my dog out for long bush walks or the beach and lounge about at home with a movie and a bottle of wine or have quiet meals out with friends. I love movies, cooking and jazz. Originally from Malaysia, I lived in NZ for 10 years where I went to uni before settling here. I don't actually know many people in Sydney so I rarely have people over. I am looking for a quiet place that is safe for my dog and I and somewhere we can call home. I am tidy, quiet and easy going and would like to be in a home where the occupants are stable without dramas. Perhaps an owner/occupier as I prefer a long term stay (1 year or more). I have lived on my own for 10 years but am starting to find it very unaffordable. I'd like to flat with people of similiar age and lifestyle (quiet, tidy and no party types). Ideally, I'd like my own bathroom.
My name is Hevi, I´m from Germany and a Master Student of Public Management. In January I will be heading to Sydney for a semester abroad and can´t wait to visit beautiful Australia! That is why I´m in need of a nice place to stay in :) I know how to take good care of a flat since currently living in my own. I´m a friendly and open-minded girl, I like to cook healthy food, watch movies, read a nice book or go out for a walk or dinner. I am quite the relaxed type of person that gets along with people very well. I´m totally open for activities together and am fine with self-time as well. Preferably FEMALES only.
I am outgoing, friendly and warm. I like to keep common areas clean and tidy and carry my weight with household cleaning duties. I am social and will happily join in on house family dinners and tv/movie nights. I study full time and work part time and am at cheer leading training two or three times a week these days as competitions ramp up. When I'm not doing those three things, I like watching catch up episodes of the block, binge watching netflix, going to the movies or going out occasionally for drinks and pool with friends.
I'm a 34yr old professional Chef. I am originally from Perth but have lived in Sydney for last seven years. Being a Chef, I value cleanliness and organisation which I carry through my everyday life. I am very much into my fitness and taking care of my body and I enjoy watching sport and playing if I have the time. I am a private and reserved type of person but I do enjoy a drink with nice food and generally an easy person to get along with.
I am looking for a room in a share house with friendly people. I am a fun, active, sociable twenty something, quiet and tidy. Up for a laugh and a good time, but equally happy to lounge around after a hard days work and relax. And I love baking!
Hey, I'm moving back to Sydney, after living in Toronto, Canada for the last 7 years. I'm very clean, tidy and contribute throughout the house, while also paying rent on time. I'm very chill, and tend to make friends with most new people I meet, and would expect the same with my future flatmate. I'm a working professtional, and would be working Monday - Friday with my head office being in North Sydney. Look forward to hearing from you! Feel free to send a message! Cheers! Nareg (friends call me Regg)
