Hello! My name is Olivia (29) and my friend Leah (30) We are looking for a team up with a 3rd professional, around a similar age to us (25-32), who would like to be apart of a friendly house around the lower North Shore area. We are both clean and tidy, and considerate house mates. We have been living together for 7 months now, and are looking to move out with a 3rd. I have a cat, Blinky, who is a 2 year old tonkinese and really sweet. She likes people, tuna flakes, and ponytails. We have a washing machine and dryer, but would like to split the purchasing of the remaining house hold items between all 3 of us (i.e., dining table, couch etc). The ideal house mate will be friendly, have a good communication style, be clean, tidy, considerate, and looking to live in home, not just a flat share. That being said, I am hugely considerate of the personal space of others and love my alone time as well. Please get in touch if you are interested! Olivia
Furnished room with a built in wardrobe, available in a 2 bedroom security access unit in Waverton. I have just furnished the room with all brand new furniture and bedding. This is a safe location close to the city and North Sydney. 3 minutes walk to Waverton train station, and approx 20 minutes walk to North Sydney. I have most of the major appliances already including : Fridge, microwave, washer, dryer, UHD TV, Weber BBQ, Dyson Vacuum, Dyson Fan, Steam mop, portable air conditioner....etc. Parking is on street only, however there is always plenty available. Internet is an unlimited NBN 100/40 connection. My ideal flatmate will be a female, looking for a new home for 1+ years(3 month minimum), and who is reliable and sociable. I would prefer to live with a female as I find this dynamic works better, and like living in a clean and organised environment. I am hoping to find someone else who enjoys the same, and who will contribute with their share of household chores. I am looking for someone with whom I can share the odd meal, with a glass of something, some good conversation, and hope that we could become friends. I have been sharing for ages and enjoy a happy and social environment at home. I like to think that I am fairly normal and well adjusted, although I do hope to become eccentric one day. I enjoy cooking for flatmates, and even more when we can cook together. I am looking for someone who is not going to shut themself off in their room all the time, whilst recognising that we all need this occasionally. I have a very cute/sneaky 2 year old rescue kitty, who has no table manners, and who loves me (but won't admit it). I'm sure she will love you too if you give her nothing but love and affection. The bond is $1000, and the rent is payable monthly in advance. Sorry no couples. I may be able to accept another cat, however this is entirely up to "Mila Kunis". She also has the final say on whether or not you would make a good flattie, and she is open to bribes :D If this sounds like you, and you are prepared to commit to daily playtime, and cat tummy rubs upon request, then please don't hesitate to let us know. Paul (49) and Mila (2) :)
Hey I'm Noriko! Looking to move to a new home starting mid July. During the week I'm pretty busy with work and trying to keep fit whist also having a social life! In the weekends usually out with friends, eating/drinking or just chilling at the beach/home. Looking for nice flatmates who are also friendly and up for a chat every now and then

I'm very clean an tide, social and outgoing, easy going, live to talk and have a dinner together. I can do a really good Brazilian style barbecue ;) and really appreciate a beer or wine. I'm honest and respectful too. I love traveling, good food, sports, culture and music. Looking for my own room (long term). Looking for a nice place to call home with nice and friendly people. Cheers.

Hi all! I'm an international student who is going to study at USYD! I consider myself as being laid back, open-minded, as well as over-emotional and over-enthusiastic when watching sports. So in order to relax, I need to drink some booze from time to time. So if you're looking for a flatmate who is funny and brings positive vibes to your microcosm, feel free to contact me!
Super friendly and easy going (seriously, anything goes) pretty dedicated my strict work / gym routine during the week. I eat super clean, wouldn't say I cook a whole lot and clean my dishes straight away!! pretty outdoorsy so on the weekends I'll be at the beach, seeing mates or going for a motorbike ride. Work in sales, extremely courteous of others, pretty much do my own thing, but at the same time don't mind coming home to a social group of flat mates! Ideally like to find something for 200$ a week but for the right place will pay more
Hi there! My name's Sarah - I work at UNSW and am currently looking for somewhere new to live, either a bit closer to work or any kind of body of water :) I'm a pretty easy going, clean and tidy flatmate. Not a great cook - so hey, I won't take up the kitchen that often ;) Bit of an arts enthusiast - at my happiest when I'm at a gig, an art gallery, the movies, etc. I also sing in an acapella group, which is a lot of fun (and yes, a fair bit like Pitch Perfect, haha). Work can be quite hectic, so on weeknights I can often be found just chilling out in my room in front of a good TV show (or a bad one, depending on your opinion ;). Weekends I'm usually out-and-about a bit more though, exploring the city and looking for adventures. I'm very independent and respectful of other people's space and privacy. But always keen to have a chat around the house, or go out for drinks/dinner every now and then too. It'd be great to share with people who'd eventually become friends as well :)
Hey there! I am looking for a place to call it home around North Sydney (or easy to travel there). I am considering 2 options lately. 1) renting a private room in a nice place with respectful people or 2) Willing to rent the whole place (lease) with someone interested in, around 2-3 bedrooms, for 6 months - 1 year lease, moving in max 2-3 weeks preferably. My priority is a modern nice clean place near public transport, preferably around North Sydney or CBD or easy to travel there ( max 3-4 train stops around will do too). About me; Engineering graduate, used to work in arts and music as backstage coordinator in Europe and in a pharmacy and opera here, however I am dealing with marketing lately. I will be studying and working most of the time. But I won't miss a movie or wine&dine night with flatmates. Most of the time, I love to keep it to myself and respect other's space. I am definitely sociable , sarcastic, fun but quiet as a housemate. I enjoy art, wine and cheese; nice flatmates who are clean and respectful to others. I have been sharing with many different people and living in different countries, I really enjoy parties outside of the house and love coming to a warm peaceful home :) Just to clarify again, I do not want to share with loud-party people who does not respect others life and having trouble to understand meaning of common sense ;) I am hoping to be lucky enough to get a nice place with great souls! I always rented for long term before, min was 6 months, so I would be happy to call it home and stay longer if we are all happy ;) PS; If you are interested in renting the whole place please let me know, I am up to team up, I can also be flexible with time and location :)
