Hi, I’m Tegan. I’m 28 and moving to Sydney to start full time work in St Leonards mid March. I’m originally from northern NSW but have just returned from living in the UK. I love a little adventure, travel, hiking, the ocean, nature, food, wine and live music. I’m easy going, enjoy time to myself but also like to socialise with housemates such as enjoying the odd wine or beer. I’m a tidy housemate and will be working ~8-5 Monday - Friday with some weekend work.

All the pots, pans, and utensils you can ever need. Laundry includes washing machine and dryer (outdoor clothes line drying also available). Outdoor BBQ, and large outdoor seating. I'm 22 and studying science and nutrition at usyd, working part time in hospitality. i love to keep fit and healthy so enjoy going to the gym and cooking meals for myself, but i also love to go out and socialise with friends over food and drinks. I'm very sociable and like going out but also love my own quiet time and reading, watching netflix or just chilling out at home. I'm currently living at home and am looking to move out for the first time, keen to have a new experience and make new friends. I'm used to living with two sisters and parents who work long hours, so I'm used to cleaning rosters/weekly chores and just keeping a tidy house in general. I'd love to meet you if you think you'd like me as a roommate!
Hi, I have an unfurnished room (3.3 x 2.5m) with a built in wardrobe, available in a 2 bedroom security access unit in Waverton. The picture makes it look small, however it is actually quite decent. I have previously had a double bed, side table, Tall boy, and a fairly large desk and chair in the room. This is a safe location close to the city and North Sydney. 3 minutes walk to Waverton train station, and approx 20 minutes walk to North Sydney. The unit is furnished apart from the room on offer, so all you really require is your own bedroom furnishings. I have most of the major appliances already including : Fridge, microwave, washer, dryer, UHD TV, Weber BBQ, Dyson Vacuum, Dyson Fan, Steam mop, portable air conditioner....etc. Parking is on street only, however there is always plenty available. Internet is an unlimited NBN 100/40 connection. My ideal flatmate will be a female, looking for a new home for 1+ years, and who is reliable and sociable. I would prefer to live with a female as I find this dynamic works better, and like living in a clean and organised environment. I am hoping to find someone else who enjoys the same, and who will contribute with their share of household chores. I am looking for someone with whom I can share the odd meal, with a glass of something, some good conversation, and hope that we could become friends. I have been sharing for ages and enjoy a happy and social environment at home. I like to think that I am fairly normal and well adjusted, although I do hope to become eccentric one day. I enjoy cooking for flatmates, and even more when we can cook together. I am looking for someone who is not going to shut themself off in their room all the time, whilst recognising that we all need this occasionally. I have a very cute/sneaky 2 year old rescue kitty, who has no table manners, and who loves me (but won't admit it). I'm sure she will love you too if you give her nothing but love and affection. The bond is $1000, and the rent is payable monthly in advance. Sorry no couples. I may be able to accept another cat, however this is entirely up to "Mila Kunis". She also has the final say on whether or not you would make a good flattie, and she is open to bribes :D If this sounds like you, and you are prepared to commit to daily playtime, and tummy rubs upon request, then please don't hesitate to let us know. Paul (49) and Mila (2) :)
Originally from North Queensland and have been in Sydney for a couple of years now. I’m an engineer working for a start up near the city and looking to find a place in the lower north shore or inner west. I’m an organised person and am very busy during the week with work, sport and socials and I value keeping my place clean and tidy so I’m looking for a place that shares similar values. I am looking to move in from 22nd March onwards.
Quiet and respectful professional, clean and tidy. I work in North Sydney full time so wanting to remain close. Most of my time is spent working, sleeping, eating, playing soccer and playing video games. Animal lover.
An easy-going male who moonlights between the corporate and cooking worlds. If I'm not in front of a computer I'm making chutneys and selling them at farmers markets. Love a chat and some wine and very clean too (working in restaurant kitchens keeps you that way).
Easy going, cheerful and friendly. I'm sociable, but like my own space sometimes and value that others do too Tidy, but not OCD about it. Work in Architecture, obsessed with soccer, and a board game lover.
Hi :) lovely to meet you! I'm a 29 year old working professional looking for my next place. I am extremely clean and have quite a busy job, I'm not much of a partier but enjoy having a wine/tea on the couch at the end of the end of a busy day. I like going out to eat and traveling, into make up and shopping as well. I'm friendly but also am a big respecter of privacy and boundaries. I don't have any furniture (except for my bedroom) but am happy to contribute. Happy for team ups as well :) Feel free to ask any questions!

Hi future flatmate! I’m a considerate friendly person looking for a flatmate who is mindful of personal space but also wants to have a wine every now and then like myself. I work full time in the cbd 8:30-5. Through the week I might go to dinner one night and workout after work but generally I have quiet nights. On weekends you’ll usually find me at a market or trying a new restaurant. I hope you think we’ll be a good fit, please shoot me through a message to find out more! :)
Hi there :) I'm a small town girl who's fallen in love with the big city life and I'm looking for somewhere to live long term. Unfurnished room is required as I have my gear I'd like to hang onto. I'm quite an active person who loves the outdoors, especially hiking and camping! I'm honest and respectful, cleaning up after myself, keeping the noise down and always paying my bills on time. I'm passionate about health and I love to cook when I'm home. On the weekends I'm fairly social, enjoying regular catch ups with friends and a beer or two! :P
Hey! Looking for a place to call home with some awesome flatmates I can call mates (prefer girls). I’m from Sydney, work the standard 9-5 at North Sydney, go to the gym during the week, enjoy cooking healthy, and like catching up with friends on the weekends for brunch, drinks or outdoor adventures. Bright, bubbly, friendly person who is respectful, tidy and really easy going. Love to socialise, but also enjoy my downtime too :)
I can cook a mean Malaysian Indian chicken curry or vegetarian soup depending on your diet requirements, have been a head tenant so on top of rent payment and keeping the place clean. In addition, I’m a professional who lived in NZ for almost 5 years living with many other nationalities which makes me multi cultural :). Oh did I also mention I’m a dog lover? Just putting it out there. 😄 Would be great to have a double bedroom for visiting Mum or mate.
Looking for a flat share for my girlfriend and I. Possibly also out little kelpie Luna. She usually lives outside and is a year old. Easy going love to cook. Both work full time.

Hi I'm Louisa, working a full-time corporate job and and in my late 20s. Tend to work long hours during the week, but otherwise I'm relaxed and friendly whilst tidy and respectful of my housemates' privacy and space. Looking for the same characteristics in other housemates. Happy to answer any further questions you might have.
Hi, my name is Kesh, I'm 32 and work full-time within Financial Services. I enjoy keeping fit, eating healthy and/or just chilling to some good TV shows and movies . I tend to be a fairly private person, but quite laid-back, genuine and don't mind the odd beer or wine on the weekends. I am looking for a private room not too far from my office in North Sydney for mid to long term stay in a share flat with no more than 2-3 people in total. I like to keep my environment neat, clean and tidy and I would get along with anyone who holds the same qualities.
