I am a clean and tidy housemate who is happy to have a chat and also have my own down time. I like a party but don't to bring the party home. I will respect your personal space and privacy and always prefer to work together.
About me I'm 29, from Perth, and a Project Manager with Transport. I'm also a ginger and in a pipe band, so I'm clearly cooler than most. I'd like to think I'm pretty easy going with a good sense of humour. I'm currently living on my own, but have done houseshare for about 9 years. I've lived with the best and the worst, and it's certainly taught me what to look for in a housemate, and how to be a good housemate! About you Looking for someone in a similar age bracket and gainfully employed. No preference for male/female but no couples. Chasing someone who is tidy but not a clean freak, and I'd be pretty keen to get a cleaner in say once a week or fortnight. Given that I work 9-5, someone who is respectful of noise when it's 11 at night (ie not using the blender to make smoothies!), a non smoker and a bit of fun. The house My office location changes a lot so I don't want to be more than a km from the train and I'm looking North Sydney/Wollstonecraft area. I'd prefer to get something newish, or renovated. I've lived in dives before and I'm over it! Similarly, I'm of the view that shared areas aren't for storing all the crap you can't fit in your room, and like to keep them tidy. I have a flat full of matching furniture and all the stuff needed in a kitchen, but no washing machine. I'd rather not have to get rid of my furniture. Looking for someone who would want to get a nice place, and keep it that way! I'm all for splitting bills and cleaning, regardless of how much time you actually spend at home (unless you insist on cranking the aircon 24/7!) I have a car, so would need a place with at least one parking bay. I have to give my current place 3 weeks notice, and would like to have moved by the 20 of October, when the rent goes up! Give me a buzz if you're keen to meet and discuss getting a place
Hey guys, I am 30 year old professional working fulltime in the TV industry and have lived in a houseshare environment for more than 3 years. I am clean, tidy and respectful. I am a social person but also like my own space at times too. I work long hours during the week so mainly just like to have a chat or chill when I get home. On the weekend I'm usually out and about catching up with friends or relaxing at home watching some Netflix. I'm looking for a place to call home for at least 6 -12 months. I am also looking for rooms with an ensuite or private bathroom. I have a car so easy street parking or a car spot is essential. I also would like to be walking distance to a train station as I catch the train to work 5 days in the fortnight. Please get in touch if you think your place would suit :)
Hi! We're a sociable couple looking for a place to start our experience in Sydney
I'm about to move to Sydney to start a new job as a lawyer. I love Sydney and I'm really excited to be moving back. I enjoy eating delicious food, having a drink with friends, reading, watching movies, keeping fit, and going to the beach. I'm a relaxed and laid back kinda guy, but also considerate and respectful. I like to keep a clean and tidy house but without being OCD. If you would like to know anything more about me please ask.
Hi I'm Dan, a teacher originally from the UK. I'm searching for a furnished room in a friendly, clean shared flat/house to move into in September. I'm sociable and it would be good to get to know new people :) I like to cook, go for walks, watch movies, swim, try to dance salsa, and am up for anything that will get me on the path to physical fitness. But also a bit of a foodie and like the occasional good wine or belgian beer. I've not surfed, dived, or climbed, all of which I'd like to try sometime.
I'm starting University in Feb. I've lived in Sydney before but I'll be just coming back from the Northern Territory so need somewhere to live :) I like to think I'm fairly healthy, I enjoy working out and it's an important part of my life so it'd be nice to be around like-minded people as it's always a good motivator. I am alright at cooking and can always chuck something together- but not desserts I'd rather buy them! I like being outdoors so I'll hopefully be mostly out and about especially in summer, or I'll be in my room with some music on trying to motivate myself to study, or write, or exercise. I'm hoping for somewhere with good transport links to the city whether it be the bus or train (preference is train). I don't have a car so I don't need a parking space. My preference is a decent size room, as I intend to be staying somewhere for six months or longer and being more of an introvert I am likely to spend more time in my room than in communal areas. That being said, I am not a recluse.
Hello! I study full time at MQ and work in Darlinghurst, i usually work until 2/3 am so main objective is finding some humans that don't mind the sound of the shower at that time! As reward I can supple beer and dumplings. I wouldn't mind housemates that can share a dinner or drink every now and then but if it's a great house that's not about that communal life then I'm amazing at keeping to myself also. I'm usually home 2 mornings and 2 evenings per week and not much more. Don't need a car space but would LOVE to get a pet bird at some point in the next 6 months so if you're cool with pets that would be fab. I'm all about cooking and making beautiful food, YES IIcan cook for you when I'm home, and the best thing about it is that I clean up after myself, "wait what, she's tidy AND relaxed?" you say "she must be a unicorn!" you exclaim.
We are Pia and Martin, a couple of professional Argentinians working in advertising and media. We are looking for a new home. We love Sydney and to be in contact with people from around the world.

My names Michael and i'm a 25 year old who's working full- time and studying part-time at Sydney Uni. I work in the medical devices industry and i'm starting a new Job in Belrose so I'm looking for a place thats a little closer to work. I'm an easy going guy who lives an active and healthy lifestyle and is always keen for a chat. Im also a movie buff and an avid music lover. *3 month minimum, but can stay longer :-) Hi everyone! I'm Lucy - I am currently studying at uni and I teach pilates. I love pilates, yoga, cooking, running and coffee. I am positive, outgoing, and very respectful of personal and shared space. I'm the smiliest person you'll ever meet and I love cooking for people, seriously! My boyfriend Chris is a pilates instructor as well. Chris is crazy - he loves rock climbing, trampolining, slacklining, obstacle courses of any kind however he is super organised and disciplined (having served in the Army for 7 years). He is the most hardworking, caring and most genuine guy you will ever meet. A really good handyman too- if ever something needs fixing, he will fix it in a heartbeat! We love animals heaps so if you have a pet we would consider that a bonus! Please contact us if you have a room around the lower north shore area of Sydney accepting couples and we sound like a good fit for your home! I've put 3 months just as rough minimum, but happy to stay for as long as the agreement works for you.
Hey there, I am looking for an fun and friendly share house / apartment to join. I enjoy cooking good food, travelling, and generally hanging out with friends ect. I take pride in my home and have always got on well with my housemates, if not become great friends! I do enjoy down time at home during week and mostly out and about on weekends, looking forward to meeting you!
I'm Lau...I am 27, work at an ad agency in Crows Nest Mon-Fri heading up the insights department. Sometimes long hours. I am pretty quiet, clean and respectful...definitely quiet during the week but enjoy a glass of wine and socialising on the weekend. I enjoy getting to the gym in my down time and love food (but admit I can't cook), trying new restaurants/cafes...spending time with family and friends and boyfriend. Love to travel, and I have a little trip to Tokyo coming up! I would prefer to move into a house which I can call home...definitely not looking for a party house! **PLEASE NOTE** I am in Japan from the 23rd August to the 1st of September so replies may be delayed.
I am a fully employed professional who work as a tech Consultant. I'm mostly based in the CBD but sometimes travel across AsiaPac for work (am a Sydney local). I'm clean, responsible / pay bills on time and generally just a pleasant person to live with (awkward silences don't offend me). On weekends I usually get up early for my usual skate practice at Macquarie ice rink hence why I'm searching for a place somewhere reasonably close.
My hobbies include running and playing netball, I also love to travel overseas. I spent 12 months living in China in 2016 and have always loved experiencing new places and meeting new people. I like to stay in on most weeknights and relax after work but I'm quite social on the weekends, whether it's with friends or family. I've recently finished university so am adjusting to the full time work life while working in North Sydney. I do have a pet cat but she can stay with my parents long term if my flatmates prefer not to have animals around.
Relocating to Sydney after a couple of years in Perth. Fairly relaxed personality, clean and tidy. Like the company of others but also enjoy some time alone, travel, reading, coffee and wine. usually fairly quiet during the week depending on work hours. Enjoy cooking and sometimes getting out for a coffee or lunch/ on weekends. Have a small car, but OK with on street as alternative. Prefer locale with good transport links, nearby cafe, shops, green space etc in walking distance
