I'm from the UK, working in North Sydney for a communications agency. I love food, exploring and meeting new people. I'm looking for a furnished double room ideally within 15 minutes walk of a train station for my commute.
I have an unfurnished room (3.3 x 2.5m) with built in wardrobe, available in a 2 bedroom security access unit in Waverton. The picture makes it look small, however it is actually quite decent. I have previously had a double bed, side table, Tall boy, and a fairly large desk and chair in the room. This is a safe location close to the city and North Sydney. 3 minutes walk to Waverton train station, and approx 20 minutes walk to North Sydney. The unit is furnished apart from the room on offer, so all you really require is your own bedroom furnishings. I have most of the major appliances already including : Fridge, microwave, washer, dryer, UHD TV, Weber BBQ, Dyson Vacuum, Dyson Fan/heater, Steam mop....etc. Parking is on street only, however there is always plenty available. My ideal flatmate will be a female, looking for a new home for 1+ years, and who is reliable and sociable. I would prefer to live with a female as I find this dynamic works better, and like living in a clean and organised environment. I am hoping to find someone else who enjoys the same, and who will contribute with their share of household chores. I am not looking for romance, and I don't mind if you have a partner who may like to stay over a few days each week. I am looking for someone with whom I can share the odd meal, with a glass of something, some good conversation, and hope that we could become friends. I have been sharing for ages and enjoy a happy and social environment at home. I like to think that I am fairly normal and well adjusted, although I do hope to become eccentric one day. I enjoy cooking for flatmates, and even more when we can cook together. I am looking for someone who is not going to shut themself off in their room all the time, whilst recognising that we all need this occasionally. I have a very cute/sneaky 15 month old rescue kitty, who has no table manners, and who loves me (but won't admit it). I'm sure she will love you too if you give her nothing but love and affection. The bond is $1000, and the rent is payable monthly in advance. Sorry no couples. I may be able to accept another cat, however this is entirely up to "Mila Kunis". She also has the final say on whether or not you would make a good flattie, and she is open to bribes :D If this sounds like you, and you are prepared to commit to daily playtime, and tummy rubs upon request, then please don't hesitate to let us know. Paul (48) and Mila (1.25) :)
Hello! My name is Javier! I am very tidy and orderly. I love cooking, sports (especially climbing), studying and going out with my friends. It's very easy to talk to me about anything. I'm working on VFX for cinema, and I love it :) If you want to know anything else about me, do not hesitate to ask me.
Work in finance in North Sydney. I'm friendly but will likely keep to myself mostly and I won't be home until fairly late most days during the week. Love the gym, beach and surfing. Very clean and tidy.
Hey there, I'm Kristjan - 26 year old Male, born in Iceland, however I've lived in Sydney almost my whole life. I'm a full-time professional working in Media as an Analyst. I'm easy going, tidy/clean, respectful and sociable. I'm usually down to have a beer/chat after work when im not going straight in for an afternoon nap (and as an introvert I totally get wanting to be left alone sometimes!). I am a horrible cook and eat out/get takeaway whenever I'm not heating up an easy meal in the microwave. I don't smoke, I'm out most of the weekend and I regularly work late. So I will often just be home to sleep! I work in Pyrmont so I would ideally be looking to stay somewhere along the L1 Light Rail line but I'd also be happy to consider something 10-20 minutes train from Town Hall Station.
My girlfriend and I are looking for a nice apartment or house (full property). We both are full time employees, clean and tidy, no pets and no kids.
I'm new to Sydney as work has relocated me down from Brisbane/Gold Coast. I am a easy going and clean person who is really into AFL and enjoy a cold beverage. During the week I will be at work out in Macquarie Park but I would like to explore the city and the surrounds a bit more on the weekends.
Easy going, respectful, can binge watch a “good” reality tv show and I’m not opposed to a glass of rosé. Looking for a relaxed roommate to look for a house on the north side of the bridge
Hello all! 24 FEMALE student. Super friendly and easy to get along with. Moving from Coffs Harbour to Sydney. I am studying business/marketing full-time and will be working casual/part-time. Juggling these two roles will keep me busy most of the time, but I love a good night out with friends/housemates or just chilling at home. Looking to move into a share house early June. My budget for rent and bills (including internet) is $300 or under, and parking nearby would be amazing. Let me know if this fits your situation.

I am happy to have a chat in the evening with a glass of wine and netflix but I hugely respect others privacy About me : love outdoors, training, travel, food, hiking and eating healthy. Ideally i would like to live with one friendly, professional and like-minded person. If you think I might suit your place or you might want to look for a place with me, please don't hesitate to send me a message. Thanks, May
***All female flat preferred*** I migrated from Hungary to Australia 4 years ago as an architect and totally loving it! The weather and the beaches are beautiful and the people are so nice. I work as a project manager for fitouts at an international Design & Consultancy company during the week and teach children for synchronised swimming on Saturdays. That sport is my passion, I’m a half pro competitor and participate at national and international comps. As a flat mate I’m respectful, easygoing and tidy, love preparing healthy food. Most of the time I work or train but when I don’t, I like relaxing on the beach or having bbq/drinks with friends.
I am a tidy, easy going guy from Scotland :) I am here in Australia on a working holiday visa and looking to be working full time in Sydney, looking for a stay of around 3 months to start. It hoping to stay longer term if possible :)
Respectful, sociable, a little reserved, good humoured, responsible. I'm a mature flat mate who has a steady professional job. I am very sociable but am not looking for a party or busy home. I live a hectic lifestyle and home is a sanctuary for me. I'm also looking for flatmates who I can build trust with - not people who lock themselves in their room but know how to share common space while recognising boundaries. Would be great if friendships form but this isn't a requirement because it's something that only evolves and shouldn't be forced. I have a diverse range of interests and am a very pro-active person. I'm a non-smoker and looking for same.
I’m Terry, a 30 year old Software Engineer, working full-time @ Surry Hills. I also go to Macquarie Uni part-time where I learn more things about computers. I generally work normal working hours during the week, with at least one day working from home. In my free time, I try to keep active by playing tennis, mountain biking, yoga, running and during the winter, skiing and snowboarding. I also like to chill and read, binge-watch good (and bad) TV series, play the occasional video game and listen to music, eat burgers and learn German at gruellingly slow pace. I think I’m an easy-going, uncomplicated person who doesn’t take himself too seriously, and probably most would agree :) It would be nice to live with someone similar! My personal space is pretty tidy and I like to make sure the whole house is too - though I'm not over-the-top about it. I’m not a party-type guy, but I do like to drink good beer or wine or whatever is going with my friends (and housemates) over some good conversation. Looking for a largish room, with built-ins and enough room for a desk in a quieter part of town. I have a bike and snowboard/skis I need to store somewhere if possible. I also have a car, so need somewhere with on-street parking would be great :)
Hi I am an Australian engineer looking for place im crows nest or neutral bay. Im clean, chilled out, and pretty friendly person to chat to with a glass of wine after a crap day at work! I do not smoke but dont mind living with smokers.

I'm a 30 year old artist/art teacher. I am clean, reliable with bills, social and conscientious. I work fairly long hours from my studio in North Sydney, and am focused on my career - so looking for a relaxed environment shared with like-minded people. In my spare time, I enjoy movies, theatre, music and running. I'm easy going and personable, but not up for a big party house.
I am a fun and friendly girl who enjoy spending my weekend at home cooking or going on outdoor recreations. I work fulltime in media advertising from Monday - Friday and enjoy a quiet evening at home after work. Although I enjoy parties, I tend to keep this outside the house because I see home as my sanctuary where I can relax and rest. I LOVE food and enjoy cooking it too. So, I would consider my next housemate(s) lucky as they will be able to taste all my scrumptious food and baked goods. :) My current lease ends in May, so I'm looking for a loving housemate to share a new place together. I can supply fridge, washing machine, 32" TV and some kitchen appliances to share in our new home. I also have a car, so will need a place that has a secure car space or off the street parking at the very least. Message me if you any of the above suits you! :)

Hi there, I’m Kat! I’m relocating from Brisbane to Sydney, and looking for a place to call home. I work full time in media and advertising, which means I sometimes work crazy hours. When I’m not at work I enjoy staying active, catching up with friends, cooking, watching Netflix, going to beach and dining out. I’m a very easy going, reliable, sociable and drama-free person. I am always considerate of others and respectful of their privacy. I take pride of where I live and like to keep tidy and clean. I’m also a mum to a fur baby. He’s almost 8 years old, long haired chihuahua. He is house trained and I take him out 2-3 times a day. He’s friendly, quiet and lived in an apartment building most of his life. I am happy to negotiate a pet bond if required, as well as provide references from my previous house mates. I'm looking to relocate sometime between 28th of April and 5th May as I start in my new job on 7th of May. Cheers, Kat
