Hey potential flatmates!! :) I will keep this short and simple. I'm very clean, social and always respect other's space. Originally Jordanian, been living in Aus for 5 years now. I work In Media at Macquaire park, have been sharing since I moved here, never had any issues but expanding family like and friends circle. "LUCKLY" Looking for like minded people to share with, please contact me if you have social yet clean spot. Furnished preferred and parking is needed. Not really keen to live with a couple unless someone else is also living there. And hey, please please get back to me if I messaged asking about a room or something, it's not really nice to see you read it and ignored. This is not Tinder!!! lol be like it's not available anymore or sorry we looking for something different. Speak soon!
I'm Allan, 30-years old, work full time in video production in the CBD. I'm pretty laid back, and I usually keep to myself after work hours, but I do enjoy having chats on the couch over a drink, or sharing dinner round the table. Weekends I might be out half the time or at home relaxing/reading/playing computer games. If you have a movie night I'll be there. Also if you have any board games I'd love to try them out. Room would preferably have a built-in wardrobe. I have bedroom furniture as well as a small desk & computer so it would be great to squeeze these in my bedroom.
Hi! I am looking for easy going, respectful flatmates who love a cup of tea as much as they enjoy a beer :) Mon-Fri I work at a media agency in North Sydney and on the weekends I enjoy spending time with my friends. I like hiking, swimming and checking out local markets. My housemate skills include (but not limited to) cleaning and keeping share spaces tidy, making dumplings and watering plants :D
I'm a neat and quiet, reliable person to live with. I work full time and I don't smoke. I'm no party animal but I still like to be social. I want to live with roommates who are like-minded. =) I like to spend my free time split between hanging out at home and going out with friends. Initially I would only like to agree to renting for a period of six months, which could be extended to another six months if all goes well. I would ideally like a room with a decent amount of wardrobe space and a private bathroom/ensuite if possible in a place that is close to public transport and shops.
I work full time in the city in marketing and I am about to start studying online full time. I can be very mature which usually winds up in people mistaking me for being much older than I actually am. Just up until a few weeks ago, a lady who i had been working with for 18 months thought I was 28. I'm not a massive partier, I like to think of myself as very friendly, but very respectful of others. I am tidy and do like coming home and hanging out in my room watching Netflix sometimes. I am looking for a home, not just a house share and i want something long term. I love animals also!
We both love to cook and in case you are interested in some special meals from Europe, you´re welcome to join us when having dinner. We are an European couple, met in Germany and now living in Sydney. We are both non-smokers, clean and we love animals. But, just in case you have cats - sorry, one of us has an allergy. Up to now, we are attending a course at College in Sydney but it finishes soon. Afterwards, we would like to visit some places in and around Sydney. We are looking for a place to stay as a couple for around 1 month and afterwards I might live on my own here in Sydney, because my partner is flying back to Germany.
I'm moving to Sydney from Perth and will be working as a software developer full-time in the CBD. I'm clean and respectful of others. Not a huge party animal, but not a total hermit either -- I like to have some level of social life when I'm not at work or the gym. I won't be a total stranger, but recognise that it's important for everyone to have their own space (me included!).
A furnished room in a cute three-bedroom cottage is available on a short-term or long-term, two blocks from the train, with the 265 bus stop across the street. You can get to Wynyard in 15 minutes from your front door if you time it right. It's in a freestanding house/cottage with a small front yard, backyard and private deck. (Message me and I'll send you a link to a Youtube clip of it - I can't include a URL in this profile ) There's also a friendly black cat who lives here, me and my girlfriend and one other guy. Interested in someone who would see the flat as a sanctuary, rather than a spot for regularly entertaining guests. There's a cafe two doors down, a couple of restaurants and shops at the train station (2 minutes walk), and a tiny wee beach and a lovely marina a half block away and down some steps. Rent $280/week, plus $25/week for utilities. Or $360 for couples, including utilities. There's plenty of off-street parking, not that you necessarily need it with the train so close. I haven't bothered to get a residential parking permit ($52/year and available online) as there's a street nearby where you don't need it. The room has a bed, a small table and a wardrobe.... really everything you need.
Hey! My name is Tereza and I’m soon moving to study and work in Sydney from Czech Republic. I already studied in Canada, where I have been in homestay. So I do have previous experience with living abroad and sharing a place to live with people of multiple nationalities and all walks of life. Experience suggests respect and honesty are essential, so let me tell a bit about my preferences. Overall I like my personal space clean and organized (little bit of OCD, haha), so I tend to get best along with people of similar preference. I’m fun but an introvert (INTJ), never party and don’t smoke/have pets/have children. I don’t get along well with loud, party loving, unorganized people I lead healthy, minimalistic lifestyle, and like open spaces, my own personal space and dislike clutter Own (semi)furnished room would be preferred, the closer to center and train the better. My budget is $300/w (including bills). Fast internet is a big plus for me! Happy to answer any questions! :)
Hi my name is Arthur Angus-Hill, I am 20 years old and currently on an amazing gap year travelling through Europe. Next year I am returning to Australia to start a degree at Macquarie University. By that time I hope to have found a place to stay with some nice people so I can get cracking on with things. I am easy to get along with, cook nice food, neat and tidy, very respectful of peoples things and space, love to play board games and play sports, all in all you would probably say hmm this fella is nice, clean, pays his rent and is good company If you are looking for a tenant to take up a long term contract beginning next year and reckon I fit the bill send me a message and hopefully we can organise a meet up of some sort for when I return this December
Hi! I'm Jasmine 22 years old, from Adelaide and planning to move to Sydney for full-time work (ideal move in date is 5th of September). I am friendly, outgoing and sociable. I like to travel, read&write short stories and poetry, and hanging out with friends. I like socialising with people and I also do enjoy my alone time. On my spare time or days off, I often clean, do house chores and groceries. Preferably live with all females and close to the train/bus station and grocery stores.
The bedroom available has a built in wardrobe and has a Queen sized bed if you need it. All other sections of the house is fully furnished and appliances. I have worked out the rent amount to include unlimited wifi and electricity (additional charges apply for excess use) in the cost. It definitely helps in doing the budgeting. The room available is situated in a 3 bedroom semi-detached house in Waverton. The house is very spacious with large open entrance, kitchen and lounge room area. We also have a private area for guests available should you happen to have any visiting over a weekend. The house is easy clean with tiles throughout apart from the bedrooms which are carpeted. The house is in a great location, only 5 minutes walk to the Waverton local shops, cafes, and train station. From the station to get into the city - it's an easy 3 stops or 12 minutes. North Sydney station is only 2 minutes away.
I finished year 12 last year and decided that this year I’d be been working to save up and study my Certificate III in Captive Animals and I’m just about to begin that. I work 5 days a week and I’m a vegan which means I cook for myself almost every night, it’d be great fun to find someone else who’s a vegan/vegetarian to live with and eat together! I live in turramurra and hoping to move somewhere close. I’m very excited to move out and grow as a person.
I work as a Marketing Director during the day. In my down time I like to play tennis and squash, explore beaches and walks around Sydney, enjoy a decent wine (or gin!), and (I won't lie...) occasionally slob on the sofa to watch movies :) I am clean, tidy and respectful of your privacy. I'm a non smoker and have no pets. Looking anywhere, either on a train line to North Sydney or close by, with down to earth people. I can move in whenever and flexible on budget for the right place. Looking to stay long term in the right place, but a minimum of 6 months ideally, as moving house is a pain!
I am well traveled, have lived with people from all over the world. In addition, I cook a mean Malaysia/Indian chicken curry to name a few. Originally from Malaysia and have been living in Auckland, New Zealand for over 4 years. Having been a head tenant, I know the importance of quiet & own space, discipline and paying rent on time. I am easy-going, quite funny (you'll see :) ) and believe food and laughter makes the world go round. So, I am looking for a place that is the closest to North Shore, North Shore station (the closest to Blue Street, wins!)
I am an easy going person easy to live with. I work full time and most of the time am outside the house or will be sleeping. Keen to have a drink at the end of the week or the day if it allows. I am a quite person and like the place to be quite but keen for a gathering or a small gathering or a night out. I am clean and tidy person and you will have no issue with living with me and hope to find the same in my other flatmate especially in the kitchen and the toilet. I guess this is it for now. Working in north sydney so looking for something close by or: double bay, edge cliff, zetland, waterloo. I like to go to the gym 4-5 days a week and eat healthy. Would love to have house mates that they are active too. Note: parking is essential for me wither it was on street parking with no restrictions or off street like the unit or the house has a parking space.
Date of availability still TBC. I'm regretfully moving out of my beautiful room in Waverton and am looking for another girl to take over my spot on the lease. The apartment is stunning; has views of Cockatoo Island from the bedroom window; and rent is only $220 a week. Your room is unfurnished but the rest of the apartment is fully furnished and nice and homely. Our apartment is located on the 10th floor and only a 3min walk to Waverton station. There's plenty of untimed on-street parking available, there is also a single car garage. We are looking for a clean and tidy like minded flatmate who also works full time. Please send me a message if interested
I love to be involved in a social environment but that also respects the right balance of privacy and down time too. I enjoy cooking and always happy to do so for others which sums up my "what's mine is yours" attitude and I am clean, tidy and respectful of my home and housemates. For a living I own a little coffee shop and in my spare time you will find me at the gym, playing footy or cricket on the weekends, going out to dinner and bars with friends or chilling with movies or listening to music. I am Australian and Sydney has been my home since the start of high school.
I'm a full time engineer working in North Sydney. I'm originally from the Philippines but I've lived on the Gold Coast for over ten years and have recently moved to Sydney for work. I love reading, hiking, camping, BJJ, eating out and a lot of the time I just love to chill out at home and watch movies on my computer. I'm friendly and happy to have a chat but I'm very respectful of other people's privacy and space and am often happy to do my own thing. I'm tidy and always clean up after myself especially in shared spaces. I'm looking to live with considerate, respectful and reliable people who I get along with.
