I've been living in Wollstonecraft almost 2 years after relocting from Canberra to be closer to my young son. Prefer to stay in the Wollstonecraft / Waverton / Greenwich area. Working in QHSE roles in marine / mining industries as safety specialist. Some work travel but trying to limit it these days to get more time with my little son. Hybrid work arrangements means regular WFH (Mon / Tues + some Weds), and on site remaining weekdays (early starts). WFH arrangements can be negotiable at a new place, happy to rent office space separately if easier. Looking to relocate due to change of circumstances for owner of the rental I'm currently in. Can provide excellent reference from my awesome female housemate.I'm fine sharing with someone who works unusual hours or shift work or FIFO. Very active lifestyle. * non-smoker * no drugs * no pets * appreciate a clean tidy environment, past housemates can confirm * can supply furniture / white goods as needed * require parking ideally off street or on street if untimed. I have a boat moored nearby where i spend a lot of time hanging out or sailing when I can including overnight on weekends; meaning I'm not sleeping at home 100% of the time and can allow housemate some space. Seeking ideally a self contained room / granny flat in the area where my wife and 4yo could visit from time to time. Open to team ups for future lease.

$500/week•30 year old woman
Hi there! I'm a full-time professional working in the Supply Chain industry and studying part-time at USYD two nights a week. I live a quiet, healthy lifestyle - Pilates, simple cooking, regular exercise, and sunbathing at the beach 😊 I'm easygoing, friendly, neat and tidy, and always respectful of shared spaces. I work from home two days a week and commute the rest, so I’m looking for a place that’s close to public transport and ideally no more than 30 minutes to the city. I’d love to find a sunny spot near the beach, with good vibes and great housemates. I can comfortably afford rent and am just looking for a peaceful, welcoming place to call home. Budget: $300-$500 per week depending on location, whether bills included, and how many people sharing the same bathroom

$500/week•35 year old man
Hi I'm Ben, I'm a Speech Pathologist from the UK working in Sydney. I'm looking for a friendly sociable house share, ideally with other professionals in their 30s for a 6-12 month period. I like sport, hiking, going to stand-up shows and travelling. As I'm now well into my 30s, I'll admit that I have found myself becoming interested in birds (will lend binoculars upon request). I'm working full time in a hospital 8:00-16:00, so I'm looking for house mates that have a good balance of being chilled and sociable. I'm easy going, respectful of people's space and tidy. Let me know if you think I'd fit in with your place.
