There are certain house rules and cleaning schedule that will be followed by every housemate to ensure that the house remains neat and clean. Furniture to the house and rooms have been provided by the house owner and it would be the best if they are left in the condition that they come in. There is an alfresco at the back of the house where we usually hang our laundry and there is a bit of a backyard space if you like to do your own gardening. If you require parking, there are off-street parking available at the entrance of the complex. This is completely safe as many other residents have parked there before.
