Heya! My name is Britt and my doggo Marley and I are looking for a new home. 🐶 I’m 28 year old PhD student, studying Fire Ecology at the University of Melbourne (Creswick campus). I’ll be pretty busy in the lab/with work, but when I’m home I love drinking coffees in the sun, taking Marley to the dog park, hiking, and heading out to the nearest op-shop. Marley is a beautiful 5yr old English Foxhound rescue. Her favourite past times include lying in the sun, sniffing things on walks, and thinking anything is food. She’s super friendly, and will love any attention you give her. She is housetrained, and is trained to sit for pats/food, but unfortunately isn’t good with cats. Marley is best suited as an inside/outside dog - I’d love for her to sleep inside and be able to have some cuddles when supervised, but she’d be outside while I’m not home. Unfortunately, I’m not keen for her to be an outside only dog due to the extra cold winters in Ballarat. A fully secured yard is a must! I’m hoping to live in a house that has their own stuff going on, but loves some shared meals, bevs, life debriefs or watching the occasional movie/tv series. I’m well trained in sharehouses, and am keen to contribute to a clean communal space and the homely vibes 🌞🍃 I hope I sound like a great fit and I can’t wait to meet y’all.
