Hi guys I'm from the Macedon ranges daylesford area area where I also have been running a construction building company after moving from North Balwyn where.i grew up and completed schooling at Trinity Grammar Collage in Kew,

I have alot if experience in commerical , mining and building sectors which is my main background of expertise, however want to dive into a more client personable type of role either in sales and marketing or consulting as I find my passion is working with people and that's what I enjoy most.

With my plans I want to pursueI'm now making the move to be more central to Melbourne for the near future as work, health, life commitments dictate in closer to the CBD for practicality reasons.

Looking to rent a room with ensuite pref... But you can't always get what you want !

Would prefer a Fully furnished house, room so I don't need to bring furniture from Macedon and transport etc , but can arrange anything for the right place if we need to be flexible.

I've personally had a few health battles that have given me a bit of a wake up call... Suffering heart failure which will need surgery and also torn leginents in my right knee also going to need to go under the knife to fix....

That being said I'm still fully alive and kicking and still very independent and keeping a positive outlook on things.

I'm pretty socially id say... don't mind a chat or even a shared meal sometimes...happy to binge of a tv series or watch movies if it's something id ebjoy... Enjoy going out or just doing my own thing and enjoying some downtime by myself.

I enjoy cooking and games and love my cars ..travel and good food.

I'd say I'm Happy go lucky,I like to stay positive andglass is half full type of guy.... I Don't sweat the small stuff .. I'm trustworthy, honest , approachable and friendly and I'm respectful of other people's places and personal space and clean up after myself.

I do smoke sadly sometimes .., only only ever outdoors.....I enjoy clean and tidy spaces and know how to look after my self.

Am used to animals as I have 2 field spaniels on my family winery I've had for 14 years so easily adaptable if you have. Pets

Our Macedon ranges estate is called is called Butlers lane vineyard in Glenlyon.....we don't open to public anymore it's for private use only, but we do have seperate accomidatiob that sometimes we will rent out.
