Hi guys

Been battling heart problems as of lately looking to secure accommodation but closer to hospital as j was living in regional Macedon ranges at our family's winery and just made the move to be more central to Ballarat for the time being

Looking for decent spare room or apartment around or not to far

Have cardiac battles and also I'm on work cover from a knee fall where I hurt my knees a few months back I'm needing surgery eventually on also

Enjoy cooking and a bit house proud and don't mind a chat but also like my own down time

Am used to animals as I have 2 field spaniels on my family winery I've had for 14 years so easily adaptable if you have. Pets.

Don't have to many socially connections except for my brother's who's a engerneer and works for V lineas project manager

I'm easy going
Honest
And know how to tidy up after myself.

Have weekly income so no trouble paying your rent

Oh and I love music !
