Hi. I am a tidy, quiet, friendly, respectful 35m. Working professional in the Water Science industry that keeps me fairly busy. In my down time I enjoy watching the odd documentary, going to the gym, photography, travel, having a beer or wine with family/ friends. I am looking for a flexible date share, as i may stay longer or shorter depending on how it all gels!
I'm an out going guy and friendly to get along with. Love sports in general, love to socialize, meet new people and get to know different cultures. Currently working full time.
Hey everyone, Looking to join a share-house with easy going people. Preferably Inner-SouthWest, something along the Westside Bikeway (Camden Park to Mile End) would be ideal, but I'm open to nearby options. I am a Project Manager in the imported gourmet Food industry - basically your great food and wine are actually my job ;-) I have great history with sharing accomodation, both agencies and privates, and references available including from my current flatmates. I have lots of interests: food (it's for work!), cycling, road-trips and anything you can do outdoors, rock climbing, photography, music, 4x4, camping, fishing but also movies, reading (I'm a news junkie), new technologies, the random nerdy stuff... and more. When I'm home, if I'm not doing some work-related email catching-up or watching idiot clips on instagram, I'm open to socialising during dinner or a glass of wine if that's the type of house, otherwise I respect other peoples' spaces and quiet times. I'm a non-smoker, mostly health/fitness minded, social but respectful person. Details aside, just feel free to contact me and we'll see how we go from there. Cheers! Some random facts: - I have saved thousands of marine turtles in Mexico; - I'm Italian but I don't like soccer; - I do cook amazing food, I'd love a foodies' house! - (Apart from Italian) I speak Spanish, and it'd be great to practice my French :) - Eventually in a few years I want to quit everything, buy a sailing boat and go places. PS: lastly, I'm not in a rush to move so I'm ok to plan things. The only reason why I want to change is that my current place can get a bit noisy at night, and I'm a bit of a light sleeper.
I am an easy going and happy person. I am respectful and tidy. I work part time as a Makeup Artist. I am looking to live with someone happy and easy going. I would love to find someone who I can consider a friend, who is happy to have a wine together but equally happy to keep to their own space. I work approximately 4 days a week (sometimes more). I am social and do enjoy going out with friends. I have an almost 2 year old Border Collie called Arlo. He is very well behaved. I have rented two properties with him before and can provide references. I have also been a home owner. I am hoping to find a 6-12 month lease! :)
The property is a 2 bedroom unit, with a combined living and kitchen area. It is managed through Toop and Toop and has an inspextion roughly every 3 months. The entire place is furnished excpet for the room which I'm looking to rent out. This room can be seen in the pictures and on the floorplan is listed as Bedroom 2. The room is $152.50 per week, plus bills, which are electricity (roughly $400 per 3 months), water and I have unlimted internet which would be $30 per month if you want in on that. There is a lounge set, TV stabd, kitchen table and chairs, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwashing machine and clothes washing machine. The coolest thing is the balcony, which is basicaly the best place in Adelaide to have a beer over summer, or any other time haha
Hi :) my name's Veronika. I'm 28 y.o, working part time in retail and studying part time in tafe. I'm pretty chilled out to live with; clean, quiet, not big on binge drinking or partying, and I dont do any drugs, but I'm definitely up for a bit of socializing and casual drinks. I've been in share-house situations where no-one ever socialized and I felt confined to my room; just saying this is not the type of living arrangement I'm after. I've got a few hobbies, right now I'm attempting to write my first novel, so on my days off I like to just sit at my laptop and type my life away. I'm from Largs Bay, I've grown up in this area and ideally wouldn't like to veer too far from it. My "moving date" is flexible, I only set it for the end of the month because it would give me time to arrange bond etc.
We are offering a room on a short term casual basis. Minimum 3 nights, maximum 4 weeks. $40 a night or $260 a week. Ideal for anyone moving to Adelaide to live and haven’t found the right place. The bedroom is large with built in robe with a brand new reverse cycle split system and comes fully furnished. We have a diverse group of housemates who are friendly and respectful of each other’s space and but enjoy having a drink occasionally with each other. The age group is between 20 and 29 years...mix of males and females. The property is on 1200sq and has several private areas. The house is in one of the best streets in West Beach with the beach only minutes walking distance and a small shopping complex just around the corner. All bedrooms and living areas are spacious. Weekly house cleaner and a regular gardener to keep the house a clean and tidy. International visitors are most welcome!
Full time Veterinary nurse, also studying as well. I have one STRICTLY indoor ONLY cat who cannot go outside what so ever. Very clean and tidy, hate mess especially in shared spaces. Not a party animal, often spend my weekends in.
I’m Louise and I’ve recently moved back home to Adelaide after 17 months in Melbourne. I work in Law and study HR at uni. I am a fit and healthy person who absolutely loves being active. Due to this I come with a very active one year old German Short Haired Pointer by the name of Ollie. I also have a rag doll named Miah. As I have been living on my own in Melbourne I am very independent and clean. I do however love being social and would enjoy a housemate I can enjoy a drink or two with after work. I would love to meet you 🙂
Hi, I'm Zara, an international student at ANU. Since that I will be graduate from July, I decide to move to Adelaide for holiday so here I am on Flatmates, up looking for a cozy place in Adelaide. I'm pretty laid back, would love to chat over dinner time but also respect people's privacy. I like to go jogging in the afternoon or evening time enjoying beautiful sunset sceneries in Canberra; sometimes I go climbing mountain or camping during a beautiful weekend; or some other times just lying around and binge watching Netflix. Hit me with a message if you happen to be interested in sharing a nice cozy place with me:)
Hi! I am a laid-back, happy, clean and sociable Brit, arriving on a one year visa in August. Looking for a furnished room in west Adelaide, I am 29, love to cook and spend time with housemates (preferably 25+) but also like my own space. Hoping to join a choir and lacrosse club once I'm settled. Obviously we'll want to meet and chat before deciding if we want to live together so please note I won't be in Adelaide until 27th July...
Independent with work taking me away from home up to 2 days a week. Seeking accommodation following financial settlement with new home some 12 months from completion. Seeking room with ensuite in share house. I am semi-retired but work part time for SA Government agency and volunteer for local council driving the community bus. Accordingly I have all expected documentation available regarding national Police Checks, accreditation from Dept of Communities and Social Inclusion for all screenings including working with; vulnerable persons, children, aged care and persons with a disability. I also hold a current first aid accreditation. All available on demand. I am a quiet non-smoker single looking to re-establish a new life but still working part-time to supplement public service pension. I have references available from real estate agents and other work related referees. Ideally I will be available to move in early August 2018 onwards for any time period but negotiable for 12 months.
Hi, Myself and my colleague Ben are looking for a room each to rent in a property near the Airport. We both work full time jobs as Pilots and have both recently relocated to Adelaide to pursue our career. I am a 23 year old from country Victoria who is very active and loves to get out. I am a very easy going person and will spend a lot of time away for work. Ben is from country NSW and has similar hobbies and interests. We are both respectful of each others space but enjoy spending our days off out and about exploring the city.
Hi there! About me.... well..... I like to have my own space but socialise too. I love animals so if you have pets YAY. I would love to own a fur-baby of my own one day. I can be bubbly, full of energy, generous, honest, willing to change while also being secluded and quiet. No matter if i have a lazy or productive day I will always clean up after myself. I pride myself on a clean house. I don't throw parties and if i have a drink it will only be glass of wine or whisky to unwind from a long day/week at work. Thanks for reading this!
Im a friendly, respectful and clean person, always pay my bills on time. Have a part time job during the week and work at a nightclub on saturday nights. Both jobs are in the city so i’m looking for a house that’s within about a 20min drive of the city. Looking for a pet friendly house as i have a 3 year old dog (border collie x kelpie) thats currently not living with me. * I currently am in a lease till the 30th of october so i’m not able to move until around then, so please don’t message me if you’re looking for someone now *
I've lived all over Australia, and I recently decided to move to Adelaide for a change of pace from the busy Melbourne life. I love to travel, walk along the beach (when it's not cold... like right now haha), and relax with a good iced coffee. I'm very neat and tidy, quiet (but do also enjoy a good intelligent conversation). I also love a good netflix binge. I'm currently working and studying online.
Hi there, My Name is Nadia and I am a self-confessed work-acholic :) I love my own space but at the same time enjoy the company of others that have similar interests. I run my own business and I'm right into personal growth & development, fitness, health, business and property and right into Abraham Hicks and Law of Attraction etc etc I'm Just looking for a fun positive house mate Shoot me a line if you are interested
Myself and my mate Jake are both commercial pilots who enjoy an active lifestyle. We are both from out of state and are looking for a quiet and comfortable place within close proximity to the airport. We are super casual and very easy to get along with.
I am a friendly personal that is happy to keep to themselves but am always up for a chat and hanging out. Love cooking for others more than myself and enjoy cleanliness. I am pretty social and out frequently. Passionate about health, fitness and spiritual growth. Not a partier but love a quiet wine or two (especially in winter).
Hi. I am Christos. I would like to find a person who will be respectful, clean and not a party animal. I like swimming, playing basketball, strolling with my motorbike near the sea, I like summers as I come from Greece :) , I am a very clean, easygoing and quiet. It would be nice if you like music as I play guitar sometimes at the weekends so we would have the chance to sinG together!!! I also love to cook in my free time and go to the beach for a walk. If you have some commons and you like what you read, I appreciate it and send me a messaGe! :)
I'm a very quiet tenant who is full-time employed at an engineering company and I'm involved in a number of community organisations. I'm very socially engaged, have some interesting pastimes, and have a very wide and extensive group of friends that I visit regularly however rarely have over. I like watching old movies, listening to old music, and reading old books (there's a pattern there) but I'm very interested in new things and look forward rather than backward. I'm open minded on social issues and enjoy a good belly laugh. I try and keep myself in good condition though I am susceptible to a nice shiraz. I have recently enrolled at uni (online). I am LGBTQI friendly and keep my nose out of other people's business. A great day for me is breakfast at a nice cafe and a walk or swim at the beach. My life is an open book so if you'd like to know something then just ask me. I'm looking for long term accommodation however never say never. Please note I am not looking for share house accommodation.
