My name is Ben and I am a 35 yo male. I am an easy going polite and friendly person. I enjoy keeping fit and healthy and love watching sport in particular footy. I am also keen on cooking and eating healthy food. I am not a party person and rarely drink and prefer to just use my home as a place to unwind and relax. Without being a neat freak I do like to keep a tidy house.
I am friendly, clean and relatively easy to get along with. I am working full time so hardly home and when I am home, I enjoy being social. I enjoy getting out and about on my weekends. Would be happy to share a meal and enjoy going to the beach and seeing friends.
Hi there , Am renting a temp house until 14th June , am not looking to view properties until then as there is a possibility I may stay here if so will be in touch closer to the time . To live with I feel I am considerate and respectful however social and interactive . I enjoy to share as well as having my own space at times and understand this of others . I love coming home it is where the heart is to feel relaxed in your four walls is important : ) Cooking , watching movies , listening to music , cleaning and de cluttering are all things I love to to do around the house, to share the joys of others and learn from fellow housemates new hobbies or ideas would also be good : )
Currently working at Harbourtown and hoping to be living closer so I can guarantee extra hours or another casual position in the area. I am learning how to cook and absolutely adore being in the kitchen, have a bearded dragon (Pancake) who has an amazingly beautiful nature and loves the beach, and I am focused on living healthily and doing very regular "Treat Yo'self" days. Love having my own space, but it would also be nice to have housemates who are open to shared dinners, a couple of drinks and socialising on occasion. Happy to answer any questions or provide information on request :]
- Quiet and easy going - Studying full-time, working part time and swimming/training competitively (5-7 times a week) - Love dogs - In my spare time I like to relax at home, go and see friends and go to the beach - My ideal place will have a dog, friendly and respectful house/flatmates, bedroom window in a quiet suburb
I currently work for Great Southern Rail on the trains. It's a part time job but I'm away for anywhere from 3 days to 1 week at a time. Outside of work I like to spend my time cooking, hanging out, cycling, hiking and skiing (when the weather permits). I have been living in share accomodation for a year and half now. I am very considerate of others and tidy but as an extrovert I also like a good chat. I also like to keep the house nice and tidy but relaxed about it also haha. The reason I am looking to move from my current area is that I am pursuing a career as a Police Officer. As much as I would love to stay where I am currently, I need to move closer to the training grounds.
We are two girls in their early twenties looking for a third member to add to our home. We are located in West Beach at a beautiful three-bedroom home and with the best backyard. You would be sharing a decent sized bathroom with one other person, and your room comes with an inbuilt wardrobe. We are pretty laidback people and we are looking for someone similar. You just have to respect the space, respect us and live consciously in the shared space. Ja feel? We also like to socialise and enjoy sharing our space with friends but not excessively and never enough to impose on each others space. We don’t expect you to have family dinner with us every night but we do expect you to know at least on quote from step brothers. Thank you!
The property is on 1200sq and has several private areas. The house is in one of the best streets in West Beach with the beach only minutes walking distance and a small shopping complex just around the corner. All bedrooms and living areas are spacious. Weekly house cleaner and a regular gardener to keep the house a clean and tidy. The bedroom is large with built in robe with a brand new reverse cycle split system and can be furnished or unfurnished. All the housemates work full time and are very busy and hope to find someone similar to be the new housemate who will enjoy living at the house with us. International visitors are most welcome!
Originally from Adelaide currently living in Melbourne. Looking to return home to beautiful SA. I'm clean and tidy. I have a full-time job. I'm not a party animal. I'm happy to socialise with housemates and chip in for spring clean Sundays etc. Only requirement I need is a garage or secure parking to park a vehicle. Although I keep to myself alot I like to live in a bit more of a homely environment with housemates I can communicate and hang out with but also know when to respect eachothers space Look forward to hearing from future housemates Cheers
Hi I'm Chris, a 22yo Bar Manager with a passion for hospitality. I like to keep the fridge full of cold beers and hummus. When I'm not working I'll probably doing some form of activity whether it be playing guitar or going to the gym. I don't eat anything that comes from an animal, so you don't have to worry about me stealing your snacks. Always down for a cheeky beer.
I am studying at unisa to be a Occupational Therapist and working throughout the weekend in hospitality. I have had many leases, shared accomodation. My last housemate bought a house with her partner and now I am moving because the lease is up and they sold this house to an older couple who are going to live here. My house (as pictured) is beautiful, I have all furniture and many plants indoor and outdoor. I just bought a new fridge and outdoor seating area, bbq, hammock. Iam looking at places where we can both have our own bathroom. I would additionally be paying per square foot and functionality of the ensuite as I want to have a master bedroom for once in my leases, haha. I will prfessionally work it out so that it’s always fair. I have 4wd also but I do not mind about street parking if there’s a garage as it is a huge old landcruiser. I often take it camping and hiking in my spare time. If this sounds good pleade message, text or call.
I'm a very quiet tenant who is full-time employed at an engineering company and I'm involved in a number of community organisations. I'm very socially engaged, have some interesting pastimes, and have a very wide and extensive group of friends that I visit regularly however rarely have over. I like watching old movies, listening to old music, and reading old books (there's a pattern there) but I'm very interested in new things and look forward rather than backward. I'm open minded on social issues and enjoy a good belly laugh. I try and keep myself in good condition though I am susceptible to a nice shiraz. I have recently enrolled at uni (online). I am LGBTQI friendly and keep my nose out of other people's business. A great day for me is breakfast at a nice cafe and a walk or swim at the beach. My life is an open book so if you'd like to know something then just ask me. I'm looking for long term accommodation however never say never. Please note I am not looking for share house accommodation.
Hey! I´m Leslie, 19 years old and from Germany. I love to ride my bike, a ktm smcr 690 and to hang out with friends. As long as you protect me from nasty spiders, I will share my delicious german food with you;) I am an adventurous girl and can´t wait to meet you guys!
Hey everyone, Looking to join a share-house with easy going people. Preferably Inner-SouthWest, something along the Westside Bikeway (Camden Park to Mile End) would be ideal, but I'm open to nearby options. I am a Project Manager in the imported gourmet Food industry - basically your great food and wine are actually my job ;-) I have great history with sharing accomodation, both agencies and privates, and references available including from my current flatmates. I have lots of interests: food (it's for work!), cycling, road-trips and anything you can do outdoors, rock climbing, photography, music, 4x4, camping, fishing but also movies, reading (I'm a news junkie), new technologies, the random nerdy stuff... and more. When I'm home, if I'm not doing some work-related email catching-up or watching idiot clips on instagram, I'm open to socialising during dinner or a glass of wine if that's the type of house, otherwise I respect other peoples' spaces and quiet times. I'm a non-smoker, mostly health/fitness minded, social but respectful person. Details aside, just feel free to contact me and we'll see how we go from there. Cheers! Some random facts: - I have saved thousands of marine turtles in Mexico; - I'm Italian but I don't like soccer; - I do cook amazing food, I'd love a foodies' house! - (Apart from Italian) I speak Spanish, and it'd be great to practice my French :) - Eventually in a few years I want to quit everything, buy a sailing boat and go places. PS: lastly, I'm not in a rush to move so I'm ok to plan things. The only reason why I want to change is that my current place can get a bit noisy at night, and I'm a bit of a light sleeper.
Looking for en-suite, modern clean non-shared bathroom. I am a new Lecturer at UniSA. I will now prefer places close to the beach between Henley and West Lakes.
I am a free spirit and love music and art. I do a lot of busking around Adelaide which is also fun. I even teach guitar to anyone wishing to learn how to play. A lot if what I play is composed by me. I wrote a great little ballad for my late grandma who passed away at 102 + years - "Gandi's gone". I was born in Kenya but came here when I was very little
