hey hey hey I'm looking for a sweet place to call home and flatmates to have some beers, philosophise about how life sucks and also how life is pretty fucking awesome! I work with hospitality (so sometimes I can early bird and sometimes late night bat), I also work at pretty awesome festivals (Woodford previously and now The Planting). I would love to share craft skills, some yummys and beautiful moments in my next home. Thank you Gracias Obrigada :) Isa
Nice to meet you. I work in construction and I'm out for the better part of the day. I enjoy cooking and reading. I am looking for a place to relax to after a long days work.
Hello, I'm a French student doing my last year of engineering school in UQ, from July 2019 to June 2020. I'm looking for a room to live with other students. I've already lived in shared flats for 4 years in France, I'm sociable and well-organized, I like well-kept housings. I like going out and travelling.
Hello people of the internet I'm a social guy who enjoys the gym and live comedy. I work as an Auditor for the Queensland Government. Really easy going guy. Respectful, tidy, and considerate. Looking for a solid place to live 12 months+ with awesome people. Open to meeting new people from different backgrounds and lifestyles. Interested in New Farm, Fortitude Valley, West End and Woolloongabba areas (or anywhere inner city pretty much) Give me a message if you have something nice :)
Hi all! I'm Eden, a 21y/o nursing student at UQ. I've lived in sharehouses for two years now and have never been late with rent or bills. I'm always keen to help out around the place and like to keep things tidy and presentable. I'm pretty social and love a good chat, however also appreciate some time to chill out. I get along with pretty much everyone and am very easy-going and relaxed, but also well-organised and respectful. Generally I'm either studying, at uni, or with friends, and I like to focus on eating healthy and working out whenever possible but also can't say no to the occasional splurge on a night out. I'm a huge fan of indoor plants and would love to live in a vibey home with like-minded people. My main focus is finding the right place with the right housemates - I'm aiming to find somewhere I can relax, have fun, and call my home. Some things I'm looking for: - cheap rent - ceiling fans - built-in wardrobes - decent sized room - off-street parking (I recently bought my first car and am trying to keep her safe) - maximum 4 housemates I'm interested in both rooms in existing sharehouses and teamups, preferably with at least one or two other girls. Hit me up if you reckon I'd be a good addition to your house, or if you want to know anything else about me!
I am here in Brisbane, visiting from the United States. I was first traveling around Australia for two months, but then decided to stick around longer and am now on my Work and Holiday Visa. I am excited to become more immersed in the community and have been enjoying events trying new things and seeing new places, through Meetup. I am currently subleasing a room while a girl is on vacation, but she returns the end of next week. I am pretty open to most living situations, though really want my own room (after living in shared accommodations for several months). I recently started working and am looking forward to a place that feels like home. I have been living in Colorado the past 6+ years and really enjoy adventuring in the outdoors: hiking, backpacking, canyoneering, mountain biking, rafting, paddle boarding. I am looking forward to getting more into these activities here. I also love photography, making lists, and thrift shopping. I am an easy-going roommate. I appreciate good conversations and shared space, but also like time to myself as well. I am up for drinks every now and then but am not looking for a party house. I do my dishes and work to keep common areas tidy. Thanks for your consideration and please let me know if you have any other questions. Michelle
Looking for 1 – 2 girls to join us in finding a 3 – 4 bedroom place. We're both in our final year of study doing Graphic design, we work part time, are quite social & enjoy having a few drinks and going to gigs on the weekend, but enjoy our own time too. We also have a 1 year old cat called Lenni! Please message if you think we'd be a good match!
Hello! I'm currently looking for a place to move into around early May (lease ends on the 9th). I’m 19, a full time student at QUT studying interior design and architecture, super chill, friendly, respectful of privacy, and don't typically party much but won't mind if you do xx Feel free to message me here or on FB at Wendy Do
