Perfectly positioned in the South Side's very own New Farm; West End. If you get drunk enough and can ignore the electricity posts, we've got some pretty good views of the city. The unit itself is newly painted, newly carpeted, modern kitchen, everything is silver and white and there's basically no character. It's perfect. There's cable internet shared with me at $45 each (4.5mb/s on Steam) and electricity was $400 last quarter. Lease going to be extended so looking for people who will stay for 6+ months. Anytime Fitness, Aldi, and the City Glider are all 100m away and the 199 stops just outside. The noise it makes is mostly offset by it's 15 minutely convenience. The 199 and CG run from West End through to the Valley and New Farm. I'm using the garage, sorry.

I'm a junior doctor that did most of my growing up on the Gold Coast. Just came back from 6 months working in Alice Springs. I've really gotten into offroading, camping, and those sorts of adventures. Pretty handy with a wrench too. Generally quiet, helpful, and friendly but I might be working all sorts of odd hours. Keen to get back into Swing dancing while I'm in Brisbane. Planning to stay in Brisbane until at least Jan 2019 and pick up occasional locum jobs while travelling the world thereafter. Looking to live south side mainly, ideally walking distance to a train station, but pretty easy to be honest. One thing I do need is a garage or at least a car port. I do minor regular maintenance on my own vehicle.
