Hi!I am a 28 years old laid back girl from Reunion Island. I just moved 3days ago to Brisbane,im currently looking for a Job in Hospitality. I dont smoke and i love to cook ,i really enjoy to spend some time with my flatmates.
Easy going, friendly travel professional on the lookout to team up for a move into the South Bank area and surrounding suburbs. I work pretty long hours between my day job and helping my family business in the evenings, so I actually won't be home for most of the day. I enjoy travelling, photography and music. I'm a non smoker and only drink on occasion. I enjoy a good conversation and am pretty outgoing, but I'm also very independent and can keep to myself if needed. About you: Just really looking for someone who is self sufficient, can pay rent on time, is clean around the house and a non smoker. I don't mind if you're a student, working professional or something in between. About the property: I'm ideally looking for a brand new and modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. I also have a car so will need a garage space. As my office sits on top of South Bank Station, the closer to South Bank the better. I have all my own furniture, so all you'll need to bring along is a bed. Should you not have one, I can also provide a double bed.
27 year-old journalism student at UQ searching for housemates around my age to live with who are fun, independent and socially like-minded. Despite also working, I'm always up for being social on weekends. I like to run, head on toadtrips out bush, great at cooking, currently do surf lifesaving on the Gold Coast, takes dance classes and despite being well-travelled to places like the US - have amazing stories to tell. Look forward to hearing from you!
Hi everyone :) I'm a quiet person, looking for an animal friendly place. I usually keep to myself, but I'm not against socializing. I'm known be be rather silly! I'm into art and technology. I love computers and video games. Dressing up and going to geeky conventions. I like making things - drawing, painting, sewing, knitting or any other random crafty thing I can think up. Binge watching anything to do with sci-fi and/or fantasy. :P I'm pretty laid back, not really into parties etc. Don't mind a shared meal or a drink once in a while over some board games. :) I come with a Jack Russell, Buffy, who wants to be your best friend. She loves people and other animals. If you have kids, she will wear them out so they go down for a nap! Also in tow is my tortie kitty, Siggy. She wants the cuddles (and food). Both are well behaved snugglemonsters! But wait, there's more! I also work with a wildlife rescue group, which means I take care of cute little furballs with built in pockets! Yep, that's possums! I rescue/rehab/raise orphaned or injured little ones until they are ready for release. :) I will be attending uni in the new year, to become a zookeeper/animal attendant. Please don't let this deter your judgement. The're pretty amazing! :D They're rather clean animals, and also are very clever and full of personality! I know it's a lot to ask in this crazy world we live in, but I'd be super grateful if there was an area where I could set up 2 cages. Either on the veranda or perhaps under the house if it's a QLDer style home? Pretty please? :) In return I can take you to a place where you can cuddle with baby roos and wallabies! :D

I am a quite and I like to think quite responsible for my age. I work between 20-40 hours a week on average as a waitress at a cafe in the city. I am looking to find a nice friendly place that my plant collection and I can call home. I also have an interest in records and anything that comes from between the 60s to the 80s. I can be somewhat shy at first but once you get to know me I can be great company. In my spare time I can be found rock climbing at urban climb in west end. I also love art with my favourite mediums being graphite, charcoal or watercolour however I am experimenting a bit with pastels. I am currently on a working gap year but intend on taking up study some time in the future. Anything anyone would like to know feel free to message me I am interested in joining an established sharehouse or teaming up and finding one with a couple of other people.
I'm looking to make a move to Brisbane to study. I am clean and sociable, but also like to keep to myself when I am studying. I will also be working casually so I probably won't be in the house very much.
We love our (not so) little place tucked down from Dornoch Terrace in West End. It's fully furnished with the essentials and practically every kitchen appliance you'll ever need (minus a microwave... and bonus points if you've got a Kitchenaid mixer). We also have a patio area with an outdoor setting, lined by an abundance of plants that receive intermittent bursts of love followed by guilt-inflicting neglect. The available room easily fits a queen bed and a dresser or desk. It also has private bathroom. Storage is plentiful with a double built-in robe and linen cupboard that we're both super jealous of. There is no shortage of car spaces on Dornoch Terrace. (We have 2 spots, but both of us have cars). We keep the place fairly tidy and happy to have guests over. We're generally just respectful of each other and we avoid any issues. Looking for someone who's on a similar schedule / life stage as us - happily does their own thing but equally happy to chill and catch up on our latest Netflix binge or local discovery. Bills are roughly $200-250/quarter for interwebs, gas and electricity. You would be required to join the lease. **Please only email as I'm travelling overseas until 26 October**
Hello! We are a couple (Australian and American) who have been living in the USA for the past few months. We are about to come back to Australia (on November 17) and we are looking for somewhere awesome!!! We really want to make friends in our new house as we are leaving a lot of ours behind here. Any orientations, preferences, or identities are a-okay with us. We like a beer, a glass of wine, and cooking. We aren't huge partiers, so we are looking for housemates who are just down to chill, watch an episode of something or play some board games. We no longer smoke but if you do, it's not a deal breaker for us. While we are health conscious, we are not vegetarian or vegan but if you are, please let us know so we can make sure we respect your kitchen and food area :) We do own a very friendly small-medium dog (a Kelpie mix named Chia) who is currently at her grandparent's place. She is an outside dog and prefers to stay outside as she is a rescue dog. Ideally we would like a space with a backyard that accepts pets or already has pets, but we understand it's difficult. She gets very spoiled there so it's not an issue if you do don't allow animals. I'm a hospitality veteran and Mike works in software development so he uses his computers a lot. I am also studying Journalism online and I'm in my final stages, so that keeps me pretty busy when I'm not working. I hope to start a placement soon after I graduate, so I'll be out a lot. I am more than happy to pay upfront for the bond and four weeks rent (inc. utilities) if you are interested in taking us. Since we are coming back from the States we have no furniture at all; so if you're moving and need to get rid of yours, please let us know! Even just a bed would be a great help. We look forward to meeting you :) Mike and Tayla

Gorgeous Riverfront Complex within 10 minute commute into the CBD! Generous Double bedroom becoming available in this brand new, spacious, modern & clean luxury apartment on the river (West End). The unit is very much a home and has become a haven, for myself and my little dog. The room itself is furnished with a double bed & mattress, desk and chair, bedside table & HUGE wardrobe. You have your own bathroom as well. The whole apartment is furnished so all you need is to bring your belongings. The unit itself is really secure, and the complex itself is huge, and has two large bbq areas, a 'meeting room', gym within the complex, library, herb garden and of course, a beautiful pool. There is no bond, but equivalent to 2 weeks basic rent is paid as a deposit, returnable on vacating the room. Transport: Approx 3-5 mins from the unit is the bus stop, which has the City Glider and 192 running frequently (peak hour every 5 minutes). The City Cat is also a 10 picturesque minute walk from the apartment complex. Shops: Aldi is a 3-5 minute walk away, and Coles is about a 2 minute drive. The Davies Park Markets are also every Saturday where you can grab fresh produce! Everything West End has to offer is just a few moments away.
I am a holistic practitioner in my 30s moving to Brisbane for a graduate degree (the course starts in November so looking to find a place by the 7th) and looking for a private room, preferably larger size, furnished or semi-furnished, with an ensuite ideally. My preferred move in date is on or before Thursday 3rd November. I have an affectionate mostly indoor elderly cat, who sleeps all day, so I am looking for somewhere pet-loving. He gets along with other pets, mostly by ignoring them! I am into a healthy vegetarian lifestyle, live music, markets, the arts, a serious film buff & cafe lover, love my down time, but also a good chat and an occasional outing. Also love gardening, so access to a yard or leafy verandah would be lovely...If this sounds like a fit give me a shout, thanks!
Hello! I will be heading back to full-time uni at QUT changing my course to a Bachelor of Mass Communication (Entertainment and Media & Communication). I am a very positive gal, who loves keeping active, the beach and anything to do with art and music. I am a very tidy person, always clean up after myself and respect shared areas. I love socialising and exploring parts of the city but also like having private down time. I am looking for an apartment in a great location, sharing with mainly all females.
I'm a musician. Female, 24. I'm quiet but am social. I have a lap dog (Mini Foxie x Corgi), she's house trained & desexed. She is fine around children and strangers, just not so much with other dogs. She has been brought up as an inside dog. I am also full-time studying via distant ed. so WiFi is a must. I'm a non-smoker, single & no children.

A great lifestyle beckons. Take a short walk to find some of Brisbane’s best cafes, a diverse choice of restaurants, cool bars and interesting shops. Popular Orleigh Park and the City Cat stop are just around the corner. It’s a peaceful, fully-furnished stand-alone house with open plan living area opening onto a back deck, which overlooks a leafy, private back garden. Perfect space for entertaining and you are welcome to have friends over. The bedroom has a double bed, desk and built in wardrobes. Wireless internet, electricity and gas are included in the rent.
This house is brand new! It's just been renovated. It's 2 storey and has 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 4 toilets and a car port. We've got 2 bedrooms taken already and a couple in the third bedroom from January. So, we're looking for a short-term rental for the master bedroom and 3 long-term flatmates for the other 3 bedrooms. It's a 3 minute walk to the restaurants on Hardgrave Street, same to the 196 bus stop and a short walk to Boundary Street cafes and the river. It is also in walking distance to the Southbank Park and Griffith Uni, Riverside Park and the ferry to UQ. The house downstairs has a large combined air conditioned living/dining area that flows through to a large patio and a grassy backyard. The kitchen is brand new with a dishwasher, gas stove and stainless steel oven. There is a bathroom both upstairs and downstairs with a separate toilet on both levels. There is a large, separate laundry as well. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs, which open onto the dining area and the kitchen. They both have built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans. The other available bedroom is upstairs. It's a reasonable size bedroom but doesn't have a built-in. There is a big deck overlooking the garden at the back of the house. And two small living rooms/ study room at the front of the house. IT'S A REALLY GREAT HOUSE! PROPERTY FEATURES: 2 Full Bathrooms PLUS 2 Additional power rooms 2 separate, additional toilets Air conditioned Main & Living areas Separate Laundry Polished Timber Floors 2 Study areas upstairs Lush Landscaped Backyard Covered Carport and Off street parking

Please share your interests, preferences and personality. Thanks, Elizabeth, Aamer, Johannes and Koren
Hey there, I'm relocating to Brisbane in a few weeks and will need a place to stay. I will be a bit of a ghost throughout the working weeks as the office demands long hours, but am looking for a relaxed place to stay - preferrably partial to a drink or two on the weekends.
