I am 26 and currently living in Beecroft, due to the lease ending I am now seeking new independence and looking for a new home. I am kind, friendly and I am usually remembered for my love for life and 'being to happy', if that's even a thing? :) I am tidy, love to cook and excited to make new friends and memories.
A big room (3.5m x 5m) available to rent for a single female ($220pw) or a couple ($300pw) in West Pennant Hills. This house is new, clean, secure and very quiet. Tenants' residential area is totally devided by landlord’s. Even the entrance door and kitchen are separated from landlord’s area and tenants’ in one house. This house for renting area has got two bedrooms with built in wardrobes each and all facilities. The facilities includes kitchen, bathroom, laundry, powder room and lounge are exclusively for tenants and share by no more than three occupants. Currently a single female university student occupies one of the rooms. There are direct buses to Castle Hill, Beecroft station, Macquarie Uni and to the City within 1 minute walk. You would be better to come and have a look first. Catrina
We have a large bedroom in our amazing share house opening up at the end of this week (8th dec)! It's the only bedroom downstairs, with your own bathroom too (my housemate and I have our own upstairs, so this one is all yours!) It's $250 a week for a single, $320 for a couple (and there is plenty of room for a couple!) There is a bus stop across the road that runs express buses to and from the city (peak hour takes just under an hour, off peak is only 30 mins). There's a Coles 15 mins walk down the road, and a Woolworths 3 minutes drive down the other direction (you don't wanna walk that. The hills are excruciating!) The property is situated on the edge of a national park, so if you're the fit type you'd have some amazing running tracks through the park! We also have a little spa tub in the deck, which works great on hot summer days or icy winter nights. Air con, in floor heating, electric gate, carport, double glazed windows, storage underneath, the list goes on. You'd be living with two gay guys. I'm a full time worker, and part time drag queen. The other is a full time student! We like doing meals together, the occasional bevy and social ciggy. We're both pretty into our video games so if that's your jam, that's a bonus for all of us! Place is fully furnished, however your room will not be, so bring your stuff! Or just pitch a tent in there, we don't mind. No pets :( (I know, all that yard gone to waste) Available from 8/12! Please excuse how messy the place is in the pics. We have two people moving out so it's like a bomb went off! (The pictures also seem to make the place look tiny. It's pretty damn big!)

I have lived in staff accommodation on and off for 15 years so I know how and how not to behave. I enjoy cooking however this does not mean I am good at it. I enjoy a social drink too. When I am not at work or the gym I will be at the beach surfing with my son. I am about to start work on the North Connex Project and I start on 7/11/16. Length of stay is negotiable but if its relaxed it will be as long as practical. Good luck

I am from the UK but have been in Australia for just over a year on a working holiday visa. I am currently a housekeeper/Au Pair for a family in Glenorie and have been living and working for them on and off for 12 months. Come the new year I will be working in a gym as part of their reception team, so I may not be in the house a great deal in the week, but when I am you will most probably find me cleaning and I am more than happy to help out with any household chores including the ironing. I am quite a sporty and active person and prefer to be on the go than sitting around, unless the sun is out, then you will find me lazing around trying to top up on my tan. Happy to answer any questions :)

I'm looking for a place for myself and my three year old boy. I am from China. We are looking for a room of about 20+ square meters, plus kitchen and bathroom which can be shared. We are healthy cooking and eating, very clean, honest, friendly, educated, enjoy going to workshops, festivals, and markets. Interested in naturopathy, herbalism, aromatherapy, bushwalk, beach, etc. We don't watch TV. During the day, most of the time we go out to playgroups, library, pre-school, and children's places. We are back before dinner time. We are generally quiet except when he can become frustrated with difficult toys, for instance, when I will comfort him. We are looking for people who are clean, respectful, and patient.
Hello. I am a nursing student in my final year, looking for a house/home. I'm looking for somewhere balanced between friendly and respectful. To me, this means nice people happy to have a meal together every so often and responsible enough to pick up milk on the way home. I think the dynamic of balanced sharing (bills, food, cooking) works well. I enjoy a range of hobbies including knitting, rock climbing, camping, and cooking. I value the relationship of my flatmates over the flat, a good laugh at the end of the day is more important than a good view. I am a very down to earth and moral person, and I appreciate self awareness. I don't really mind too much where I live, as long as it has a train line and good flatmates.
I am a outgoing and friendly flatmate with excellent references whom is looking to relocate to Sydney from Perth. I enjoys a friendly chat from time to time, other wise a very quite individual. I am a Bit beyond my partying days and am a clean and tidy individual. please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or wish to discuss my profile further.
