I have just secured this property in Richmond and looking to get a housemate to join me in establishing this place. I have most of the furniture and whitegoods sorted however would be great to have a new housemate contribute their own touch to the place. The house has two large bedrooms. No cupboards but plenty of room to add them in. The lounge room is also quite large which I will fill with a big L shaped couch and home entertainment system . There is a courtyard that I would also like to convert into a nice entertaining area for visiting guests and space to start a little veggie patch. Really close to Victoria street which has plenty of bars and restaurants. Public transport with train and tram close by. In a really quiet street. I have not yet collected the keys which I will be doing so next Friday so would be great to have people come view it next Sunday. Internet will be about 40-50 a month each with gas and electricity and water on top. I imagine this will be about 100 a month The bond is 6 weeks rent and you would also need to go on the lease.
