The house is on a small plot which makes for easy cleaning =)
I am looking for a house mate to share a 3 bed, 2 bath house in the Swan Valley (Caversham). The house is only 4 years old, and I have put a lot of effort into making it a beautiful home. The bedroom on offer is unfurnished, and very large/huge, with a walk in robe. You will have your own bathroom and toilet - the bedroom is on the opposite side of the house to the master bedroom. The room would suit someone who has their own bedroom furniture, but not much else, as my home is fully furnished and equipped. I am a quiet and clean professional and I would like to share with someone similar. Access to a double lock up garage is possible if your car is not too large. The area is new and developing all the time. There is a Coles shopping centre with all the other essentials (cafe, newsagent, chemist, bottle-shop etc) within a short walk (about 400m) from the front door - very handy. Access to the northern work suburbs and city is also relatively easy by car. Guildford is a 5 minute drive and I am on the doorstep of the Swan Valley and all it has to offer. The kitchen is amazing, and there is a living area as well as a theatre room that is a nice sanctuary on occasion. The street and suburb is super quiet which I love. Weekends are very peaceful. I have super fast 100Mbps broadband/wifi that would be included in the cost of the room. I'm only looking to share with one person at the moment, so the room is not suited for couples or twin share arrangements. LGBT friendly.
In a beautiful location in the swan Valley. Close to the airports and quaint Guildford. Local super market a 5 min walk. Lots of amazing restaurants and wineries on our doorstep. Large master bedroom with fourposter king size bed, walk in robe, roller shutters on the windows, and an ensuite bathroom with double rain shower. Theatre room and open plan living dining sitting room. Large back patio with entertainment area, day bed hammock, and garden. Our house is a new build with all the mod cons granite large kitchen, air conditioning etc. We have two small dogs and a bird we recently rescued. All are well behaved and have their own sleeping areas that are at the opposite end of the house along with our bedroom and the other spare rooms and so they wont disturb you. We have space for two cars on our driveway plus street parking is available.

Hello future house mate, I am seeking to share my home with someone who can appreciate a clean and comfortable place to hang your hat. You can choose a furnished or unfurnished room with your own bathroom. As I work odd hours you would mostly have the house to your self. If you enjoy to cook the kitchen is gas top and stove and is fully equiped. There is a courtyard with a seating area for BBQ's and quiet drinks when the weather is right. There is street parking for visiting guests and a lock up garage for you. If you do not drive and take public transport, there is a bus stop 5 mins walk from the house. Ellenbrook/Midland/Morley are all a short drive away. Not to mention the Swan Valley. If this is something you are looking for please comtact me and let's meet. I look forward to hearing from you.

down to earth guy, responsible and like to chill at home more so these days. Mums just moved over East and decided to not take over the lease ... currently looking for permanent work. I am on center link hopefully for not long :) and i do a bit of Laboring for a family friend in meantime.
I am currently studying Full time (3 days), and working part time at Coles. I am easy going, shy at first but social once you get to know me. I love art, crafts, nature and am a big fan of dining out! (and cooking). I love travel, relaxing with Netflix and wine, and would love to live in a house with pets!
I am very tidy and easy to get along with, I can adjust with people easily and I am non judgemental. I am prepared to take on my own responsibilities in this team. I have just finished school and am currently working, really would like to move out of home and start my life. I am from Perth and have moved all over Australia throughout my life, my hobbies include listening to music, yoga and fashion. I'm not looking for a place at the moment to live but options for next year would be greatly appreciated
Hi Everyone, I'm a 28 year old gay male (Not an overwhelmingly flamboyant stereotype) haha I'm a very clean, tidy, reliable, and a quiet person. I am an animal lover as I'm a qualified ex veterinarian nurse. Now I work part time and study part time as well. I would love something on the midland line as I don't drive so public transport is a biggie for me. I am planning on moving to Melbourne early to mid next year to further my studies so I would like to maybe do a 3-6 month lease at a time. If you think you could help me out send me a message. :) Thanks Luke
In a quiet cul de sac in Beechboro - Very central location, 10 mins from Perth Airports, Swan valley (wineries), close to many shopping centres. Bus stop around the corner. Only 20 mins to beach & 15 mins to Northbridge/City. Roller shutters on all windows, full security. Reverse cycle a/c and ceiling fans. Basically have half side of house to yourself, own toilet and bathroom. Room fully furnished. All house hold goods available to use. Do your own cooking etc though.
Hey there, I'm currently in the process of looking to move out as the house I'm in will be going up for sale soon. I'm currently living by myself but prior to that I've always house shared. I would really like to be able to find a place that I can stay long term and call home. I work full time at a childcare centre in Ballajura so don't really want to stray too far from my work place. I'm an easy going, clean, trustworthy and respectful person who always pays rent on time. My week nights are usually spent just chilling out at home while my weekends tend to be me out and about. I'm super respectful of other people's space but ideally I'd like to be able to live in a house hold that is comfortable to be in with housemates you can have a chat to, I like to think that if we're living together then we might as well build some sort of friendship from it :) I'm not a party person but don't mind a cheeky glass of wine every now and again. I do have a cat, she was a rescue and has been a big part of my life for the last 7 years. She's a super affectionate fluff ball!
