I’m a 1st year apprentice mechanic at a high performance mechanic shop Ive recently moved down from Brisbane and looking to move out of my Aunty’s and uncles house would also be good to make new friends cause I know barely no one down here
Friendly, outgoing, Active, clean and a fun time to be around! I’m a full time teacher so I am out of the house most of the time through the week. I’m looking for a place with other flat mates that are clean, respectful, social (but also still like their own time) and enjoy having the odd bevvy on a weekend! I have a beautiful well behaved doggo named Macy that must move with me! She can be an outside dog with no issues. Looking for a place with a decent yard, she does not bark or dig and gets along with other animals!
Super modern house, fully fenced property with a large back yard including a great entertaining area on a back patio, off street parking, ducted air con through out the house, main bedroom is up for grabs which has built in wardrobes. Short drive into Newcastle CBD and not far from the Uni. Only one neighbour as live next door to a cafe. Few minutes from the local shops. Surrounded with loads of bush land great for bush walks, BMX track for riders and 4x4 driving. Must be clean and preferably working full time.
Live in maryland at the moment, looking to move into a quiet share house as i work every weekend, i am only home in the morning and late after work, have 2 week days off that i am usually out doing things.
Clean and tidy, non smoker, non drinker. Keep to myself, happy to watch a movie together and have a chat. My furbaby is 9 and is outside when I’m out and inside like my shadow when I’m home. Ideally looking for newish style of house that has main and en-suite at different end of the house to 2 bed and main bathroom. I work full time and study as well.
Hello! Our names are Tim and Emily, we are both currently studying to become teachers whilst working part time. We both enjoy anything outdoors such as walks/adventures and fishing as well as a drink or two and some days out. Rainy days aren’t the worst with board games, Netflix being there as well as just relaxing around the house most likely doing uni work when needed. We are looking for a couple or individuals to move in with or find a place with to obviously help make it a bit cheaper on everyone. We are neat and tidy and more than happy to have a share of the house work as well respecting others privacy as we do appreciate ours. If you are keen to talk about things or are interested in our ad then please feel free to message me.
Im pat, 29, working full time in the Hunter Valley. Im looking for a share house preferably with a mixture of guys and girls who all hang out and are social together, but im open to all options. Im tidy, and am more than happy to get on the lawn mower, or help out around the place with general duties. Ill cook a BBQ any chance i can get. This is my 1st time in a share house situation, and im looking to make the most of it and make some new friends along the way. I do have a dog that id love to bring along, but i understand due to the nature of a share house, he might not be suitable, and he does have another place he can go.
Hello there! From Woy Woy, Central Coast. I'm a UON physio student looking to move in asap. As I have part time work and commitments back home, I will be traveling to and from the property for the late weekdays/weekend. I'm easy going and clean and more than happy to complete chores and contribute towards the cleanliness of the house. I play basketball, tennis (not that great) and piano with keen interests in movies, music, NBA and video games. I look forward to hearing from you, thank you for your time and consideration 😊
You will have your own clean, light filled furnished room, ( can be unfurnished if you prefer ). 1 bathroom but 2 toilets, 2 living areas ( 1 air conditioned), storage shed if you need it and pool. Netflix, wifi. Quiet culdesac, walking distance to shops, coles, bus, hotel and club.
Hi I'm Josh, starting at uni for open foundation to do teaching eventually, i'v done a little of everything for work, i have an older grumpy cat i inherited who keeps to himself, i'm clean and considerate, love a good chat but also my own space.
My partner and I are looking for a new housemate. I'm a 30 year old school teacher and she is 22 and works in hospitality whilst studying at uni. We have a lovely airconditioned 3 bedroom, 2 loungeroom brick and tile home with large outdoor entertaining area in Minmi. It is fully furnished except for the room available for rent which can come either unfurnished or partially furnished. You would basically have primary use of the main bathroom and toilet as we have our own ensuite. The only time the main bathroom would have to be shared is if there are guests at the house. We are a relaxed couple who are social but also like our own space and respectful of our house mates. We have two beautiful and loving outdoor (only) puppers that everyone adores, unfortunately for that reason we can only consider people with selfcontained pets (birds, fish, etc) Rent is $200/week inclusive of water, electricity and NBN broadband. Lawn Maintenance is an extra $15/fortnight but if you own a lawn mower we could always save money and share that chore instead 🙂
Hi, I am 27 years old and I have moved to Newcastle to work as a Landscape Architect for the Lake Macquarie City Council. Before this, I was based in Geelong, VIC where I was studying. Back then, I was staying in a shared accommodation and I resided in the same house throughout the last 2.5 years. I am a very clean and hygienic person to live with and I like to keep myself occupied with something or the other as I don't like to do nothing. Some of my hobbies include playing badminton, listening and playing music, watching movies and socialising. I am a happy go lucky person who likes to come across new people and make friends, therefore am a people's person. At this point of time I am looking for a studio apartment or a granny flat around the area of Boolaroo (preference is Speers Point, Glendale, Warners Bay, Argenton and Elermore Vale). Staying in a house which has a pet is no problem for me at all. Some Additional Criteria: -Rent should be inclusive of all bills. -Internet -Car Park space -Place should be well kept
Currently working at Coles in Glendale so looking to stay local. Have a gorgeous cat Tink who looks like she's still a kitten. She's fully house trained and is a giant sook. Have an entire house of furniture so just need your own stuff or I have some spare pieces you can use
Hi, my name is Emma. Myself and my 5yo son are currently (desperately!) seeking somewhere to call home, even if only temporarily! Looking at anything up to $255p/w. I am unemployed at the moment, having moved around a lot due to some unfortunate life experiences of late, however I can ensure that my rent is always paid on time every week! My previous job was in aged care and disability, so I have had the relevant police and working with children checks (qld). My son has recently started school in Speers Point, hence my ideal location would be within 15mins of there. He is a (mostly!) quiet, well mannered boy. We are quite happy to share one room too. I enjoy cooking and baking, I don’t drink, but I do smoke (cutting back and attempting to quit at the moment!), friendly and outgoing but like my own space as well. Look forward to hearing from someone who thinks they may be able to help us out in our quest for some stability! Thanks, Emma :)
Hey :) I'm Daniel (20) and am new to Newcastle. I'm pretty chilled out most of the time, reading and music being my main interests. I'm clean, easy to live with and usually keep to myself but It'd be cool to live somewhere with a more social vibe. Currently working and living an hour away and am pretty keen to move to Newy as soon as I can.
I’m a friendly, honest and reliable person. I enjoy socialising but respect people’s privacy. I work as a Pilates and fitness instructor but I am also a very creative soul and love good music, art and dance. I’m reliable, tidy and a great cook ;)
Looking for new housemate to share modern, split level townhouse! Spacious living areas with air conditioner, great for entertaining. House is made up of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of which you will share with one other housemate. Extra toilet downstairs. Room available has built in wardrobe with a ceiling fan. Walking distance to Fletcher Village which has a Coles, chemist, cafe, hairdresser and butcher. Five minute drive to the University of Newcastle and a fifteen minute drive to the heart of town.
