Whilst I am no gardener or a professional cleaner, and my room will probably not be show home ready, I do like to pull my weight, and have even hired a cleaner occasionally to ensure I am not letting the team down. I've never had any problem getting the full bond back. I like a happy household. People would describe me as enjoyable company and a pretty kind, honest and quiet person although I can be extroverted at times. My interests are wide and esoteric in music, reading, movies and gaming including magic the gathering. Probably too much unnecesary detail here but hope it gives you the idea. I am available to move in ASAP, ideally next week after 29th August and I am happy to be on the lease or I can find short term accommodation if the right place isn't move in ready yet.
