About me Hey! I'm Sam, 28 yo from Southern Italy (Puglia). I'm an apprentice neuroscientist who loves travelling and discovering different cultures. Up til now, I have been co-living in Norway, Finland, Sweden, Singapore and Tanzania, building up adaptability and resilience. I'm a very sociable, open-minded, and talkative person; I love socialising, drinking wine, cooking and eating with people. In Melbourne, I will be working full-time as a research assistant at the Florey Institute of Neuroscience (Carlton). What I am looking for I'm seeking a room in a shared apartment (possibly no more than 2 other flatmates) from mid-October/beginning of November for at least 6 months. I prefer an accommodation within about 30 min. by public transport from Carlton. I'd like Bruswick, but other districts are fine too. Must: double bed and plenty of natural light. Budget: max. 350$/week bills included. What I expect and who I am as a flatmate I am open to living with males and females, and I expect open communication, respect and kindness. An absolute must for me is living in a clean and tidy environment (not a compulsive cleaner, but a clean environment gives me peace). I'd like to bond with my flatmates, but I value privacy and personal space too. I generally like to have some personal space after working days, and be more active and social at weekends. Anyway, I'll always be up for a chat!

I have a strict daily routine I do to make every day a fresh one, making my bed etc. I want to deep clean the spaces I use at least once at month - no expections of anyone I live with abiding to that standard.
